本文设计和制备了三组不同内部加强结构分布的Ti-6Al-4V空心点阵试样,开展了单轴压缩加载下空心点阵结构变形和破坏的实验和数值模拟研究,分析了加强结构分布及形状参数对空心点阵结构力学行为的影响规律.结果表明:相比于基本空心点阵结... 本文设计和制备了三组不同内部加强结构分布的Ti-6Al-4V空心点阵试样,开展了单轴压缩加载下空心点阵结构变形和破坏的实验和数值模拟研究,分析了加强结构分布及形状参数对空心点阵结构力学行为的影响规律.结果表明:相比于基本空心点阵结构(试样BS),当加强结构分布在试样节点(试样SN)时,其比弹性模量和比极限强度分别降低了7%和12%,试样在支柱区域发生剪切断裂;而当加强结构分布在支柱内部(试样SW)时,其弹性模量、极限强度和比极限强度则分别提升了20%,49%和13%,展现出了优越的力学性能.加强结构的不同分布,引起了胞元的结构薄弱区、应力分布和承载能力发生变化,从而导致试样表现出不同的失效特征和力学性能.试样SW的加强结构增强了基本结构的薄弱区域,提高了胞元承载能力,对试样SW加强结构形状参数的数值模拟研究表明:当加强结构高度与半胞元高度的比接近0.6,或者加强结构厚度与试样支柱内径的比接近0.1875时,胞元内部结构更加均衡,其应力分布更加均匀,更有利于获得力学性能优越的轻量化结构. 展开更多

设计和制备了孔隙率不同的3组规则多孔钛试样,采用分离式霍普金森压杆实验装置,开展了应变率范围在600~2100 s^(-1)的单轴压缩实验,研究了加载过程中整个试样和局部孔洞的变形失效特征。结果表明,试样展示出2种典型的变形模式:压缩变形... 设计和制备了孔隙率不同的3组规则多孔钛试样,采用分离式霍普金森压杆实验装置,开展了应变率范围在600~2100 s^(-1)的单轴压缩实验,研究了加载过程中整个试样和局部孔洞的变形失效特征。结果表明,试样展示出2种典型的变形模式:压缩变形模式和连通断裂模式。压缩变形模式主要发生在低孔隙率的试样,试样的外表面胞壁出现局部塌陷,而连通断裂模式易发生在高孔隙率的试样中,常在试样的一个或多个孔层出现连通的断裂。另外,2种变形模式下的局部孔洞也呈现出不同的形状变化特征,且在孔洞最小曲率的位置都形成明显的应力集中,相应的应力集中因子随试样孔隙率的增大而增大。微结构分析显示:剪切带是试样失效的主要机制,试样的断口容易产生韧窝和韧性条纹。 展开更多

The dynamic compressive deformation of cellular titanium with regularly distributed cylindrical pores is investigated to evaluate the effect of shock attenuation and obtain the shock Hugoniot relationship of the material. Dynamic compression experiments are conducted at room temperature using a single-stage light gas gun. The Hugoniot relations between shock wave velocity and particle velocity for the cellular titanium samples with porosities 20% and 30% are obtained. The shock response of the regular cellular titanium shows a clear wave attenuation effect. Numerical simulations are also conducted to supplement the experimental study.Inelastic deformation is observed in the samples using optical micrographs, indicating that the deformation of pores contributes significantly to the shock wave attenuation of the cellular titanium material. 展开更多
