Delay in diagnosis and surgical intervention directly contribute to high morbidity and mortality rates,Here we report a case of obturator hernia where the diagnosis was made by emergency preoperative abdominal CT scan.展开更多

Most authors recommended aggressive surgery to improve survival. However, it is dependent on medical and technical feasibility. Herein, we report a case of a 72-year-old woman with duodenum metastasis from RCC 10 years after radical left nephrectomy and hepatocellular cancer (HCC) resection who simultaneously underwent local resection of duodenal mass, and evaluate the isolated surgical management for the unusual condition.展开更多
