Patran/ Marc 有限元软件,分析了某模拟发动机药柱在低温和低温点火升压两种载荷下的结构完整性,利用固体发动机冷增压试验系统对该型发动机进行了冷增压试验,考虑温度和压力载荷的不耦合特性,将试验结果与数值仿真结果进行了比对分析。研究表明,药柱在低温点火条件下安全系数为 2.46,结构完整性满足要求;试验结果与仿真计算结果一致性较好;相关研究方法和结论可为固体发动机设计、分析与试验提供参考。展开更多
