研究生教育注重培养学生的科学研究和创新能力。文献阅读与讨论(literature reading and discussion,LRD)对研究生创新思维和批判性思维的培养发挥积极的作用。然而,在传统的分子生物学课堂上,如何有效地实施大规模的集体LRD是一个巨大...研究生教育注重培养学生的科学研究和创新能力。文献阅读与讨论(literature reading and discussion,LRD)对研究生创新思维和批判性思维的培养发挥积极的作用。然而,在传统的分子生物学课堂上,如何有效地实施大规模的集体LRD是一个巨大的挑战。云班课是一款专门针对教学而设计的免费移动教学APP,具有强大的人机交互功能。在本研究中,基于云班课app的LRD被引入到研究生医学分子生物学课程中,并在云班课建立仅限于上课学生的私人在线讨论板(private online discussion board,PODB)。PODB建立了一种学生社区意识,是组织和促进大课堂讨论的有效方法。LRD中的小组学习有助于学生理解文献,并促进学生间的合作和讨论。总之,本研究表明,基于云班课的LRD有助于提高学生的学习效果。云班课中学生的学习风格与参与度、满意度和学习成绩之间的关系值仍需要进一步研究。展开更多

Attempts have been made to develop MMPIs. Recombinant MMPs have been used to screening MMPs in vitro assays. Because MMPs play roles in many important physiologic...Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) are a family of zinc dependent enzymes that can degrade the components of the extracellular matrix(ECM) and basement membranes. Because MMPs play roles in many important physiological and pathological processes, many MMP inhibitors(MMPls) have been developed with the aim of interfering in and treating diseases. The authors conclude via a fluorescence based assay in vitro that luteolin inhibits the enzymatic activities of MMP-2, MMP-7, MMP-9, MMP-14, and MMP-16. This compound most specifically inhibits MMP-7 of all the MMPs tested. Finally, we used molecular modeling to dock luteolin with MMPs and revealed the binding mode of the luteolin-MMP interaction. Our results suggest that luteolin may exert its therapeutic effects via MMP inhibition.展开更多
