Thin superconducting films of YBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7-Δ) have been prepared by magnetron reactive sputter deposition and subsequent heat treatment・The composition of the thin films has been determined by x-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis,the structure by x-ray diffraction,and the morphology by scannina electron microscope,The results indicated that the crystallization process of the thin films on different substrates are markedly different.Best results are obtained on film deposited on SrTiO_(3) substrate,however,there still exists some non-superconducting phase at the grain boundaries making the superconducting phase weakly linked. 展开更多

The magnetization M(T)at a fixed field,the magnetization M(H)at different temperatures of the Ba-Y-Cu-O samples with zero resistance at 91.5K have been measured.The results show that Ba-Y-Cu-O is a type-II superconductor.We also present the anomaly of M(T)at low temperature.At T approaching OK,M(H)changes from negative to positive.The relationship between the area of magnetic hysteresis loop and the critical current density is discussed. 展开更多
