Several new stripe rust pathogen races emerged in the wheat growing regions of China in recent years.These races were virulent to most of the designated wheat seedling resistance genes.Thus,it is necessary and worthwh...Several new stripe rust pathogen races emerged in the wheat growing regions of China in recent years.These races were virulent to most of the designated wheat seedling resistance genes.Thus,it is necessary and worthwhile to identify new valuable resistant materials for the sake of diversifying resistant sources,pyramiding different resistance genes and achieving durable resistance.Here,we identified the resistance gene,temporarily designated as YrH9017,in wheat-Psathyrostachys huashanica introgression line H9017-14-16-5-3.A total of 146 F2 plants and their derived F2:3 families in a cross of Mingxian 169 and H9017-14-16-5-3 were used to evaluate seedling stripe rust response and as a mapping population.Finally,we constructed a genetic map including eight simple sequence repeat(SSR) markers and expressed sequence tag(EST) markers.YrH9017 was located on the long arm of chromosome 2A and closely linked with two EST-sequence tagged site(EST-STS) markers BG604577 and BE471201 at 1.3 and 1.8 cM distance,respectively.The two closest markers could be used for marker-assisted selection of YrH9017 in breeding.展开更多
Based on the method of discrete phase, the law of droplets’ deposition in the last stage stationary blade of a supercritical 600 MW Steam Turbine is simulated in the first place of this paper by using the Wet-steam m...Based on the method of discrete phase, the law of droplets’ deposition in the last stage stationary blade of a supercritical 600 MW Steam Turbine is simulated in the first place of this paper by using the Wet-steam model in commercial software FLUENT, where the influence of inlet angle of water droplets of the stationary blades is also considered. Through the calculation, the relationship between the deposition and the diameter of water droplets is revealed. Then, the amount of droplets deposition in the suction and pressure surface is derived. The result is compared with experimental data and it proves that the numerical simulation result obtained in this paper is reasonable. Finally, a formula of the relationship between the diameter of water droplets and the inlet angle is fit, which could be used for approximate calculation in the engineering applications.展开更多

[ Method] Totally 350 F. graminearum strains isolated in 2014 were determined to clear their sensitivity to carbendazim and prochloraz. [ Result] ALl isolates were sensitive to carbendazim and procidoraz in Hubei Province, and carbendazim was still valuable in controlling Fusarium head blight. The control effect of prochloraz was better than that of carbendazim, and the combination of prochloraz and carbendazim at the proportion of 1:7 received the best control effect. [ Conclusion ] Combination of chemical agents will occupy a more and more important position in future prevention and control against Fusarium head blight.展开更多
