【目的】明确适宜稻田施氮量以保障水稻产量和稻米品质提升,协调土壤养分和水稻品质之间的供需平衡。【方法】以“沪旱61”为供试水稻品种,设置了4个稻田施氮量(折合纯N分别为0、100、200和300 kg hm^(−2))以解析稻田施氮量对水稻产量...【目的】明确适宜稻田施氮量以保障水稻产量和稻米品质提升,协调土壤养分和水稻品质之间的供需平衡。【方法】以“沪旱61”为供试水稻品种,设置了4个稻田施氮量(折合纯N分别为0、100、200和300 kg hm^(−2))以解析稻田施氮量对水稻产量和稻米品质的影响。【结果】施氮处理的水稻产量在5.2~9.0 t hm^(−2)范围,比对照提升41.0%~71.7%。随施氮量的增加,稻米中的蛋白质含量增加;而直链淀粉含量、胶稠度和食味值下降。随施氮量的增加,土壤中铵态氮和硝态氮含量增加;速效磷和速效钾含量下降,降幅分别达9.7%~45.5%和23.3%~70.7%。稻米食味品质是影响稻米综合品质的关键因素。统计学分析表明,稻米的蛋白质含量与土壤中硝态氮、速效钾和速效磷含量呈负相关,而直链淀粉含量与土壤中硝态氮、速效钾和速效磷含量呈正相关。【结论】在保证水稻稳产和稻米品质提升的前提下,“沪旱61”水稻栽培的最佳氮素用量为200 kg hm^(−2)。展开更多
Objective:To study the effect of total flavonoids of Rhizoma Drynariae on the expression of NMDAR1,GluR2 and CAMKⅡprotein in model mice of kidney deficiency induced by exogenous glucocorticoid hydrocortisone and its ...Objective:To study the effect of total flavonoids of Rhizoma Drynariae on the expression of NMDAR1,GluR2 and CAMKⅡprotein in model mice of kidney deficiency induced by exogenous glucocorticoid hydrocortisone and its mechanism.Methods:Kunming(KM)mice were randomly divided into the blank group,the hydrocortisone model group,the anti-brain failure capsule group,the Drynaria total flavonoids group,the Drynaria total flavonoids+ER blocker group,with 15 animals in each group.Except for the blank group,all groups were injected intramuscularly with hydrocortisone(25 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))to create models.The water maze experiment,new object recognition experiment and platform jump experiment were used to conduct behavioral investigations.HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of mouse hippocampus,and Western blotting detected the expressions of NMDR1,GluR2 and CAMKⅡproteins in the hippocampus of mice in each group.Results:The experimental results showed that compared with the model group,the learning and memory ability of the mice in the Drynaria fortunei total flavonoids group was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the expression of NMDR1 and GluR2 proteins in the hippocampus of the mice was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the level of CAMKⅡprotein significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion:The total flavonoids of Rhizoma Drynariae may enhance the expression of NMDAR1 and GluR2 protein in the brain of hydrocortisone model mice through ER,reduce the expression of CAMKⅡprotein,and alleviate the damage to the brain tissue of the model mice and play a neuroprotective effect.展开更多
Objective:To study the protective effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the learning and memory ability of D-gal induced aging mice using GC-MS metabolomics method.Methods:Twenty-four three-month-old kunming animals we...Objective:To study the protective effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the learning and memory ability of D-gal induced aging mice using GC-MS metabolomics method.Methods:Twenty-four three-month-old kunming animals were selected as experimental samples and randomly divided into control group,model group and Buyang Huanwu Decoction according to their body weight.The memory level of experimental animals was detected by novel body recognition test,and the neuron structure of experimental animals was detected by HE staining.The plasma of each group of experimental animals was quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and the important metabolites and main metabolic pathways in the process of pathological changes were traced by using plasma metabolism.Results:In HE staining,compared with blank group,hippocampal neurons in model group were disordered and morphologically abnormal.Compared with the model group,the hippocampal neurons in Buyang Huanwu Decoction group arranged regularly and had normal morphology.Compared with blank group,the index of new object recognition in model group was significantly decreased(P<0.05);Compared with model group,the new object recognition index of Buyang Huanwu Decoction group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Five different metabolites of AD were identified by GC-MS,which were L-pyroglutamate,lysine,pyrophosphoric acid,creatinine andα-lactose.Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction has a significant effect on D-gal model mice,and can effectively improve their learning and memory level.The mechanism may be related to glutathione metabolism and aminophyl biosynthesis.展开更多
