We present this case aiming to highlight Synthol injection which is chemical substance frequently used by athletics to increase their muscle size as it can trigger the occurrence of musculocutanous sarcoidosis. In conclusion Synthol should be added to the chemical list which can induce musculocutanous sarcoidosis.展开更多
