We report a case of a 53 years old female presenting with dyspnea on exertion, orthopnea and angina. Echocardiography and computed tomography are suggestive of a fistulous communication of RCA to CS with aneurysm of RCA. Patient was treated surgically and is asymptomatic after three years of follow up.展开更多
