A 64-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with hematemesis and melena.Six years ago,he had undergone total gastrectomy with Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy for gastric cancer.Endoscopic examination revealed varicose veins at the anastomotic sites with cherry-red spots and hemorrhage.Abdominal computed tomography showed that the varices were supplied by a dilated jejunal vein.Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)and variceal embolization were performed.There were no major complications or episodes of bleeding during the three-month follow-up.We conclude that TIPS in combination with varices obliteration is an effective alternative method for treatment of ruptured esophagojejunal varices after total gastrectomy. 展开更多

绿色能源的应用,促使着电化学储能与转换技术的飞速发展。锂离子电池作为储能领域最成功的二次离子电池之一,已被应用于各种电子产品中,但是由于锂资源短缺造成锂离子电池的成本增加,限制了其在大规模储能设备领域的应用。因此,寻找价... 绿色能源的应用,促使着电化学储能与转换技术的飞速发展。锂离子电池作为储能领域最成功的二次离子电池之一,已被应用于各种电子产品中,但是由于锂资源短缺造成锂离子电池的成本增加,限制了其在大规模储能设备领域的应用。因此,寻找价格低廉、性能优异的二次离子电池是当下的研究热门之一。钠离子电池不仅拥有和锂离子电池相似的工作原理,而且还具有成本低、资源丰度大和可逆容量高的特点,有望成功地代替锂离子电池而应用于商业化生产。本工作主要综述了钠离子电池负极材料的性能研究进展,首先根据钠离子在负极材料存储方式不同,分析归纳了负极材料的插层反应、合金化反应和转换反应三种储钠机制,然后介绍了负极材料的结构修改、元素掺杂和材料复合三种改性方式,随后重点介绍了碳基材料、钛基材料、合金类材料、转换类材料和有机材料等几种关键的钠离子电池负极材料的电化学性能和所面临的问题,最后,以实际生产和工业应用为基础,展望了钠离子电池负极材料的研究方向。 展开更多

壳聚糖是天然多糖甲壳素经脱乙酰作用获得的聚合物,具有生物降解性、生物相容性、无毒等多种生理功能。壳聚糖广泛应用于食品添加剂、纺织、农业、环保、美容保健、化妆品等行业。其分子中的羟基和氨基可以形成活性界面,吸附染料分子,... 壳聚糖是天然多糖甲壳素经脱乙酰作用获得的聚合物,具有生物降解性、生物相容性、无毒等多种生理功能。壳聚糖广泛应用于食品添加剂、纺织、农业、环保、美容保健、化妆品等行业。其分子中的羟基和氨基可以形成活性界面,吸附染料分子,但由于机械强度和化学稳定性较弱,直接应用受到限制,需要进行化学改性。本工作以壳聚糖(CS)为基体,戊二醛(GA)为交联剂,二乙烯三胺(DETA)为改性剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备壳聚糖(CCS-DETA)水凝胶珠,研究了CCS-DETA水凝胶珠对废水中甲基橙(MO)的吸附性能,讨论了p H值、初始浓度、吸附等温线和动力学等因素的影响,并采用傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对CCS-DETA水凝胶微球的微观结构和吸附机理进行了表征分析。结果表明,CCS-DETA在低p H条件下发生质子化,吸附过程中与带负电荷的MO分子发生静电作用。在较高pH值下,MO上的O和N原子可与CCS-DETA上的羟基形成氢键。吸附结果表明,CCS-DETA水凝胶珠对MO有良好的吸附效果。当CCS-DETA水凝胶珠的剂量为30 mg、MO的初始浓度为20 mg/L、pH值为2、反应时间为12 h时,MO去除率可达91.33%,且CCS-DETA水凝胶珠表现出良好的稳定性。吸附动力学和热力学表明,吸附过程符合准一级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型。在温度为313.15 K时,MO的最大吸附量可达到209.68 mg/g。本研究表明,CCS-DETA可以通过氨基和羟基有效地吸附水中的MO,为染料废水的处理提供了一种潜在的方法。 展开更多

重金属污染是当今工业发展所面临的一个重要环境问题,传统处理含铬废水的方法具有工艺简单、操作方便等优点,但存在二次污染、处理成本高等问题。寻找成本低、去除效率高的重金属废水处理方法是当下研究的一个重要方向。本工作介绍了生... 重金属污染是当今工业发展所面临的一个重要环境问题,传统处理含铬废水的方法具有工艺简单、操作方便等优点,但存在二次污染、处理成本高等问题。寻找成本低、去除效率高的重金属废水处理方法是当下研究的一个重要方向。本工作介绍了生物质吸附法对含铬废水的处理研究,简述了生物质材料在金属吸附回收领域的优势,分析了当前生物质吸附材料的研究内容和发展现状,归纳了目前常用的物理、化学改性方法,并详细介绍了改性生物质材料对Cr(VI)的吸附效果,然后根据吸附剂表面活性基团与吸附质之间相互作用的类型,分析总结了生物质吸附材料对Cr(VI)的四种吸附机理以及在吸附过程中氨基、羟基、硫醇等活性基团作为电子供体对Cr(VI)的还原机理。最后,从研究与应用的角度,对生物质吸附材料吸附还原Cr(VI)的未来研究方向做出展望。要点:(1)介绍了生物质材料的物理、化学改性方法。(2)分析总结了生物质材料对Cr(VI)的吸附与还原机理。(3)指出了目前生物质材料的研究内容和应用局限性,提出了潜在的发展方向。 展开更多

Up to now,it remains unclear how normal stress affects the deformation mode transition of metallic glasses(MGs)at high temperatures.Here by constructing the deformation maps under both compression and tension,we show that the tensile normal stress can largely promote the transition from shear localization to homogeneous deformation while the compressive one may slightly suppress it,demonstrating a significant normal stress effect.The present results emphasize the critical role of stress state in high-temperature deformation of MGs,implying that the thermoplastic forming of MGs could be better controlled via adjusting the local stress state. 展开更多
