In this paper,the aqueous two-phase systems(ATPS)containing n-ethylpyridinium tetrafluoroborate([EPy]BF_(4)),sodium-based salts,and water were studied and the extraction efficiency of 2-chlorophenol was measured to st...In this paper,the aqueous two-phase systems(ATPS)containing n-ethylpyridinium tetrafluoroborate([EPy]BF_(4)),sodium-based salts,and water were studied and the extraction efficiency of 2-chlorophenol was measured to study the ATPS performance in extracting phenolic compounds.The binodal curves of[EPy]BF_(4)+sodium carbonate(Na_(2)CO_(3))ATPS and[EPy]BF_(4)+sodium dihydrogen phosphate(NaH_(2)PO_(4))ATPS have been determined at 308.15 K,318.15 K,and 328.15 K and atmospheric pressure.After getting good correlation with Merchuk equation,the binodal curves together with gravimetric method were used to calculate the tie-lines data.Furthermore,the reliability of tie-lines data was verified using Othmer-Tobias and Bancroft equations.Then,the salt influence and temperature influence on the phase behavior were discussed and the results show the salt-outing ability of Na_(2)CO_(3) is better than NaH_(2)PO_(4).With the aim of studying the ATPS performance in extracting phenolic compounds,extraction efficiency for 2-chlorophenol at different temperatures were studied and the results show that[EPy]BF_(4)+Na_(2)CO_(3) ATPS is preferred than[EPy]BF_(4)+NaH_(2)PO_(4) ATPS in applications.展开更多
Objective Antibodies targeting programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)have become the mainstay of treatment for chemotherapy-refractory gastric cancer,characterized by high levels of programmed cell death ligand-1(PDL-1...Objective Antibodies targeting programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)have become the mainstay of treatment for chemotherapy-refractory gastric cancer,characterized by high levels of programmed cell death ligand-1(PDL-1)expression.However,the routine clinical implementation of PDL-1 testing is currently limited by the lack of robust detection methods.In this regard,the role of plasmaγ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),an N-terminal nucleophilic hydrolase,as an independent predictor of the efficacy of anti-PD-1 therapy remains unknown.In this study,we aimed to assessed the prognostic role of changes in plasma GGT levels(6 weeks vs.baseline)in patients with advanced gastric cancer treated with anti-PD-1 immunotherapy.Methods We retrospectively analyzed data from 57 patients with gastric cancer treated with anti-PD-1 antibodies(camrelizumab,sintilimab,nivolumab,tislelizumab,and toripalimab)at the Union Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Wuhan,China,from July 2018 to February 2021.Results We found that after 6 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences between responders and non-responders with respect to plasma GGT levels(P<0.001).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that the continuous value of the 6-week difference in GGT levels(OR=1.437,95%CI=1.116-1.849,P=0.005)and 6-week difference in GGT≥0 or<0(OR=53.675,95%CI=6.379-451.669,P<0.001)were independent predictors of disease control.Survival analysis indicated that a reduction in plasma GGT6 levels during treatment was significantly associated with a favorable progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(P<0.001).Consistently,univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses revealed that a reduction in plasma GGT6 levels during treatment was an independent predictor of PFS(HR=1.033,95%CI=1.013-1.053,P=0.001).Conclusion Alterations in plasma GGT levels during treatment can be used as a predictor of disease progression and survival in patients with advanced gastric cancer undergoing treatment with anti-PD-1 antibodies.展开更多
Aiming to lack the function of soil covering in the developed orchard straw mulching machine(OSM),a kind of bilateral counter-throwing soil-covering device was developed to eliminate the orchard fire risk caused by th...Aiming to lack the function of soil covering in the developed orchard straw mulching machine(OSM),a kind of bilateral counter-throwing soil-covering device was developed to eliminate the orchard fire risk caused by the straw layer.The soil-covering device was suspended at the rear of the OSM.Its core component was a pair of throwing wheels installed on both sides of a frame.Hydraulic motors drove the throwing wheels to take soil on-site and cover the straw layer.The adjustment range of the space between the throwing wheels on both sides was 1.4-2.1 m.Based on the analysis of soil-covering quantity,soil-covering width,thickness uniformity of soil layer,and power consumption,the key parameters such as the radius,the number of the vane,and the minimum rotation speed of the throwing wheels were determined.It was proved that the thickness uniformity of the soil layer by bilateral counter-throwing was better than by unilateral,and bottom throwing was better than top throwing.The blade of the soil cutter consisted of a straight blade and a curved blade,and the sliding-cutting angle was 14°-40°.The field test results showed the soil-covering device had good performance with a width of 1.4-2.2 m,a thickness of the soil-covering layer(TSL)of 23.2-40.7 mm,a standard deviation(SD)of 1.4-2.9 mm,width uniformity of 100%,and leakage rate of zero.The established model,between the thickness of soil-covering layer and trenching depth,throwing angle,and rotation speed of the throwing wheels,has a determination coefficient of 0.9757 and can be used to guide the operating parameters.The soil cutter reduced the power consumption and impact load of the throwing wheels by 64.77%and 60.88%,respectively.This work provides a type of new equipment for the mechanization technology of straw mulching in arid and semi-arid orchards.展开更多

文摘合理地设计和制备低成本、高效、稳定的非贵金属基碳纳米材料具有重要意义.本文中我们在不同温度条件下,通过有机配体交换将MOF-5转换为ZIF-8,其过程中可以捕捉到ZIF-8的中间态(ZIF-8-M)并得到最终态(ZIF-8-F).将掺杂Fe离子的MOF材料进行热解后,得到的Fe-ZIF-8-F-900材料具有大的比表面积、高的石墨化程度、丰富的碳纳米管以及高活性的铁物种等优点.这些特性有助于后续氧还原反应(ORR)更好的电子转移和质量传输.与Pt/C相比,Fe-ZIF-8-F-900具有优异的ORR性能,如较正的起始电位(0.982 V),大的极限电流密度(5.41 mA cm^(-2))和较小的Tafel斜率(40.6 mV dec^(-1)),且在10小时后电流保持率仍高达94.4%.此外,实验和理论结果均证实了Fe-ZIF-8-F-900组装的锌空气电池在实际应用中表现优异.本研究将为高效、低成本的非贵金属基电催化剂的开发和制备提供合理的设计策略,并为其在能源相关领域的实际应用指明方向.
