The study of circadian rhythm performance is prominent in chronic diseases, such as multiple sclerosis(MS). Circadian rhythm dysregulation has been observed in several neurodegenerative disorders, including MS, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and Huntington’s disease(Videnovic et al., 2014;Hedstr om et al.,2015). In addition, subjects who work in shifts have an increased risk of developing MS(Hedstr om et al., 2015).
