目的:探讨中医健康管理对中风后轻度认知功能障碍的影响,评价其有效性。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年9月玉溪市中医医院脑病科收治的中风患者215例作为研究对象,随机分为无认知障碍组(n=68),轻度认知障碍组(n=75)和轻度痴呆组(n=72),进... 目的:探讨中医健康管理对中风后轻度认知功能障碍的影响,评价其有效性。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年9月玉溪市中医医院脑病科收治的中风患者215例作为研究对象,随机分为无认知障碍组(n=68),轻度认知障碍组(n=75)和轻度痴呆组(n=72),进行分层管理。无干预组进行普通健康教育,干预组开展中医健康管理,运用MMSE、MoCA量表对干预前后中风患者的认知水平进行客观评估。结果:中医健康管理干预2周后在改善轻度认知功能障碍组MMSE评分,轻度痴呆组MoCA评分方面优于无干预组。中医健康管理干预6个月后在改善轻度认知功能障碍组MMSE、MoCA评分方面优于无干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对中风后认知障碍患者进行中医健康管理,能减缓认知功能下降的趋势、提高其生存率、改善生命质量,具有良好的临床推广应用前景。 展开更多

目的:观察丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死风痰瘀血证的临床疗效。方法:收治急性脑梗死风痰瘀血证患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予生理盐水治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予丹红注射液治疗,比较两组NIHSS评分、BI指数及... 目的:观察丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死风痰瘀血证的临床疗效。方法:收治急性脑梗死风痰瘀血证患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予生理盐水治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予丹红注射液治疗,比较两组NIHSS评分、BI指数及临床疗效。结果:两组治疗14 d后NIHSS评分均较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗后BI指数均较治疗前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治疗14 d后NIHSS评分和BI指数变化程度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死风痰瘀血证能改善患者神经功能缺损,恢复日常生活能力,提高临床疗效。 展开更多

After retrieving all papers with the theme of "apple ring rot" from 1994 to 2010, the article made a statistical analysis on locations, occurrence degree, regularity, prevention and treatments of apple ring rot according to published time. The results showed that the occurrence degree of apple ring rot increased year by year, and were uneven among the major apple producing areas with a trend of spreading gradually from east to west. Researchers had paid more attention to control and pharmaceutical experiments of ring rot, while the studies on basic research, projections and forecasts of the disease were not enough. Some prevention and control recommendations of apple ring rot were proposed based on the detailed analysis. 展开更多

大多数3D多目标跟踪方法独立优化目标检测和帧间数据关联部分,没有考虑单帧的特征学习和帧间关联学习的耦合性。为了实现单帧检测和帧间关联的耦合学习,提出了一种基于目标检测和场景流估计联合优化的3D多目标跟踪框架FlowDet-Track。... 大多数3D多目标跟踪方法独立优化目标检测和帧间数据关联部分,没有考虑单帧的特征学习和帧间关联学习的耦合性。为了实现单帧检测和帧间关联的耦合学习,提出了一种基于目标检测和场景流估计联合优化的3D多目标跟踪框架FlowDet-Track。在该框架中,提出了一个检测引导场景流估计模块来缓解不正确的帧间关联。为了获得更准确的场景流标签,特别是在旋转运动的情况下,提出了一种基于框变换的场景流真值计算方法。在KITTI MOT数据集上的实验结果表明,本文算法的车辆类别HOTA与DetA指标比PointTrackNet算法提升了25.03%和30.8%,表明本文算法的位置跟踪精度优异;此外,极端旋转运动条件下的对比实验进一步证明了算法的鲁棒性。 展开更多

Previous experimental and theoretical studies have demonstrated that a weak signal can be amplified and optimized by the assistance of noise. The response of the system undergoes stochastic resonance(SR) like behavior. The underlying mechanisms are fairly simple and robust. This phenomenon has been observed in a large variety of systems, including physical and biological systems. In the nervous system, the majority of synaptic input is too weak to make neurons fire a spike. This weak(or subthreshold) signals detection is very important for animal survival, and pulse detection is a simple but basic task of neuronal information transmission and processing. Some studies have found that subthreshold signals can be transmitted by the application of external noise. However, neurons are subjected to various kinds of inherent noise. Recently, theoretical work has revealed that this inherent noise improves signals detection ability. The detection ability of a single neuron is limited, and the neuronal circuit can perform this task very well by detecting the synchronization of presynaptic potentials. Here, we review recent studies of subthreshold detection by both single neurons and neuronal circuits. 展开更多
