针对燃煤电厂风机等低温烟气过流设备的腐蚀状况,采用了数十种聚合物涂料涂装制备成涂层试样。根据风机中腐蚀和磨损共存的现象,采用多种合金丝材,应用高速电弧喷涂设备,喷涂制备了几十种热喷涂涂层试样。选用在风机现场收集物配制成的... 针对燃煤电厂风机等低温烟气过流设备的腐蚀状况,采用了数十种聚合物涂料涂装制备成涂层试样。根据风机中腐蚀和磨损共存的现象,采用多种合金丝材,应用高速电弧喷涂设备,喷涂制备了几十种热喷涂涂层试样。选用在风机现场收集物配制成的腐蚀溶液,利用创新设计的一种新型组合式容器,对这两类涂层试样分别进行了超过6000h和10000h的环境、热态温度条件下的全浸渍单向腐蚀试验,最后锁定了耐酸蚀性能突出的W2和W16两种聚合物涂层和耐蚀抗磨性能较好的15#热喷涂涂层。在检测计算和分析比较的基础上,对这两类涂层的多项指标进行了客观的评价。并提出了提高电站风机表面保护涂层耐蚀抗磨性能的下一个新目标。 展开更多

Evodiamine and its derivatives have an asymmetric center at the C13 b position.Herein,isomers of evodiamine derivatives 2 and 3 were obtained by straightforward asymmetric total synthesis.Their inhibitory activities toward topoisomerases Ⅰ and Ⅱ and their cytotoxicities in cancer cell lines were evaluated.All the four isomers exhibited good to excellent antitumor potency and the(S)-isomers were generally more active than the(R)-isomers.The binding modes of(S)-2 with topoisomerases Ⅰ and Ⅱ were also clarified by molecular docking. 展开更多

This paper presents a novel method for assisting surgeons in automatically computing an optimal surgical plan by directly specifying the desired correction to a facial outline. First, the desired facial appearance is designed using a 3D sculpturing tool, while the cut regions of the skull are defined based on facial anatomy. Then, the deformation of the face meshes is performed using an improved biomechanical model in which virtual external forces are driven by the displacements corresponding to the differences of node coordinates between the original and specified face meshes, and free nodes and fixed nodes are defined in terms of the contact surfaces between the soft tissues and the bones within the cut regions. Finally, the shape of the contact surfaces is updated following the deformation of the soft tissues. After registering the deformable contact surfaces and the cut surfaces, the final positions of the cut bones are estimated. Evaluation of preliminary experimental results quantitatively shows the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多
