In recent years, some methods for generating emergency alternatives have been included in practical CBR applic...Case-based reasoning(CBR) is one of the best methods for generating an effective solution in an emergency. In recent years, some methods for generating emergency alternatives have been included in practical CBR applications, but there have been no in-depth studies of these processes. In this study,we propose a new method for dynamic case retrieval with subjective preferences and objective information, which considers the personal preferences of the decision makers and changes in the attributes of the emergency as the situation develops. First,we present a formula for calculating the case similarity and changing trends in the case considered, where similar cases are obtained. Next, we describe a method for measuring the overall assessment value with respect to similar historical cases, which is obtained by aggregating the case similarity, the utility case similarity, the first response time, and the implementation effect.The subjective preferences and objective information are also integrated in the decision-making process. Finally, we present a case study based on the emergency response to a fire in a highrise building, which illustrates the applicability and feasibility of the proposed method.展开更多
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of infusion of gemcitabine(GEM) and fluorouracil(5-FU)through the celiac artery and superior mesenteric artery in the treatment of pancreatic carcinoma(PC).Methods:We analyz...Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of infusion of gemcitabine(GEM) and fluorouracil(5-FU)through the celiac artery and superior mesenteric artery in the treatment of pancreatic carcinoma(PC).Methods:We analyzed 20 patients diagnosed clinically or pathologically with PC,without metastases,who had an estimated survival duration of>3 months in our department from May 2009 to December 2014.Nine patients were treated directly without surgical resection of the tumor,while the other 11 patients were treated after surgery.In all patients,the femoral artery was punctured using the Seldinger technique,and a catheter was placed in the opening of the celiac artery or the superior mesenteric artery.We administered 500 mg/m2 GEM and 500 mg/m2 5-FU.Observational data included data on clinical efficacy and survival rates during the follow-up period of 3-72 months.Results:Twenty patients were treated 85 times with transcatheter arterial infusion chemotherapy(TAI).The survival rates were 80%,40%,35%,20%,10%,and 5% at 3,6,12,24,and 72 months,respectively.Conclusion: TAI chemotherapy with GEM and 5-FU may be a therapeutic option for the treatment of PC.展开更多
A method for internal participation in rescue decision-making of emergency volunteer teams considering psychological behavior is proposed to address the time sequence of rescue tasks.Firstly,the problem of multi-taski...A method for internal participation in rescue decision-making of emergency volunteer teams considering psychological behavior is proposed to address the time sequence of rescue tasks.Firstly,the problem of multi-tasking and multi-operation within the emergency volunteer team is described.Secondly,considering that task leaders are influenced by behavioral and psychological factors in the evaluation,the required time for the job is used as a reference point,and the expected time that volunteers can complete the job is used as an attribute value.The task leader's prospect satisfaction value for each volunteer is calculated based on prospect theory,and the perceived utility values of disappointment theory and regret theory are calculated to measure the task leader's satisfaction with each volunteer.Furthermore,a multilayer coded genetic algorithm is used to construct an optimization model for emergency volunteer decision-making with the objective of maximizing the satisfaction value.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are illustrated by an example analysis.The result shows that the efficiency of rescue tasks can be improved through decision optimization within the volunteer team.展开更多

This method is applied to solve the multiple attribute group decision making problems under single valued neutrosophic liguistic environment, in which the attribute weights are completely unknown. First, the attribute weights are obtained by using the entropy of neutrosophic linguistic sets. Then three generalized single valued neutrosophic linguistic operators are introduced, including the generalized single valued neutrosophic linguistic weighted averaging(GSVNLWA) operator, the generalized single valued neutrosophic linguistic ordered weighted averaging(GSVNLOWA) operator and the generalized single valued neutrosophic linguistic hybrid averaging(GSVNLHA) operator, and the GSVNLWA and GSVNLHA operators are used to aggregate information. Furthermore, similarity measure based on single valued neutrosophic linguistic numbers is defined and used to sort the alternatives and obtain the best alternative. To solve the problem of volunteer dispatch during the Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic,a many-to-many two-sided matching volunteer dispatch method based on an improved predator-search algorithm is pro-posed....To solve the problem of volunteer dispatch during the Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic,a many-to-many two-sided matching volunteer dispatch method based on an improved predator-search algorithm is pro-posed.First,different evaluation index sets for volunteers and rescue tasks were developed,and weightings were determined using the analytic hierarchy process.Subsequently,the actual and expected values of the different indicators of the two parties were determined,and the triangular fuzzy number was used to calculate the satis-faction of the two parties.Based on this number,we used a linear weighting method to calculate the combined satisfaction and build a many-to-many two-sided matching model according to the demands of both parties.Sub-sequently,an improved predator-search algorithm was used to solve the model.Finally,taking the recruitment of volunteers for pneumonia epidemic prevention and control in Chun’an County as an example,the method proposed in our study was verified.A comparison and analysis of the results further demonstrated the feasibility and advantages of this method.展开更多
