We report on soft c-axis point-contact Andreev reflection(PCAR)spectroscopy combining with resistivity measurements on BaFe_(2)(As_(0.7)P_(0.3))_(2),to elucidate the superconducting gap structure in the vicinity of th...We report on soft c-axis point-contact Andreev reflection(PCAR)spectroscopy combining with resistivity measurements on BaFe_(2)(As_(0.7)P_(0.3))_(2),to elucidate the superconducting gap structure in the vicinity of the quantum critical point.A double peak at the gap edge plus a dip feature at zero-bias has been observed on the PCAR spectra,indicative of the presence of a nodeless gap in BaFe_(2)(As_(0.7)P_(0.3))_(2).Detailed analysis within a sophisticated theoretical model reveals an anisotropic gap with deep gap minima.The PCARs also feature additional structures related to the electron-bosonic coupling mode.Using the extracted superconducting energy gap value,a characteristic bosonic energy Ω_(b) and its temperature dependence are obtained,comparable with the spin-resonance energy observed in neutron scattering experiment.These results indicate a magnetism-driven quantum critical point in the BaFe_(2)(As_(1-x)P_(x))_(2) system.展开更多
BACKGROUND Kommerell’s diverticulum(KD)with aberrant left subclavian artery is a rare congenital deformity and also has very little research literature about it(35%of case study).There are three types of aortic arch ...BACKGROUND Kommerell’s diverticulum(KD)with aberrant left subclavian artery is a rare congenital deformity and also has very little research literature about it(35%of case study).There are three types of aortic arch diverticulum.Even literature concerning the treatment options are limited.CASE SUMMARY We present a case report of a 50-year-old male with KD in the right aortic arch with aberrant left subclavian artery.We conducted a total endovascular repair procedure,which is innovative and will spread more light in the medical world.Our patient has no past medical history and is a non-smoker and non-alcoholic.Patient presented with shortness of breath,chest pain and dizziness for six months.Blood tests were done and computerized tomography(CT)angiogram of the chest confirmed the diagnosis,illustrating showed a 3.9 cm KD.On Day 1,the CT angiogram showed mild dilatation of the thoracic aorta,adjacent esophagus,trachea was compressed and displaced.Surgery was planned as the treatment modality.Carotid-Subclavian artery bypass and endovascular aortic repair was conducted.We used prolene 5-0 C1 sutures to precisely anastomose a 6-mm Dacron graft to the left subclavian artery.Haemostasis was secured and wounds were closed.Protamine was administered and patient was shifted to intensive care unit.Post-operative,patient responded favorably and was discharged.Regular follow-up is done.CONCLUSION The procedure we performed is novel.This will help the cardio-thoracic surgeons a better insight about the full procedures we conducted,thereby bringing more light and better treatment options in managing KD with aberrant subclavian artery.展开更多
High-quality superconducting Ca_(1-x)Na_(x)Fe_(2)As_(2)single crystals have been successfully grown by the NaAs-flux method,with sodium doping level x=0.4–0.64.The typical sizes of these crystals are more than 10 mm ...High-quality superconducting Ca_(1-x)Na_(x)Fe_(2)As_(2)single crystals have been successfully grown by the NaAs-flux method,with sodium doping level x=0.4–0.64.The typical sizes of these crystals are more than 10 mm in ab-plane and~0.1 mm along c-axis in thickness.X-ray diffraction,resistance and magnetization measurements are carried out to characterize the quality of these crystals.While no signature of magnetic phase transitions is detected in the normal state,bulk superconductivity is found for these samples,with a sharp transition at T_(c) ranging from 19.8 K(x=0.4)to 34.8 K(x=0.64).The doping dependences of the c-axis parameter and T_(c) are consistent with previous reports,suggesting a possible connection between the lattice parameters and superconductivity.展开更多
High-quality Bi2-xPbxSr2 CaCu2O8+δ(Bi2212) single crystals have been successfully grown by the traveling solvent floating zone technique with a wide range of Pb substitution(x = 0–0.8).The samples are characterized ...High-quality Bi2-xPbxSr2 CaCu2O8+δ(Bi2212) single crystals have been successfully grown by the traveling solvent floating zone technique with a wide range of Pb substitution(x = 0–0.8).The samples are characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM) and measured by high resolution laser-based angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy(ARPES) with different photon energies.A systematic evolution of the electronic structure and superstructure with Pb substitution has been revealed for the first time.The superstructure shows a significant change with Pb substitution and the incommensurate modulation vector(Q) decreases with increasing Pb substitution.In the meantime, the superstructure intensity from ARPES measurements also decreases dramatically with increasing Pb concentration.The superstructure in Bi2212 can be effectively suppressed by Pb substitution and it nearly disappears with a Pb substitution of x = 0.8.We also find that the superstructure bands in ARPES measurements depend sensitively on the photon energy of lasers used;they can become even stronger than the main band when using a laser photon energy of 10.897 eV.These results provide important information on the origin of the incommensurate superstructure and its control and suppression in bismuth-based high temperature superconductors.展开更多

Objective:The study intended to show us the effect and safety associated with ultrasound-guidance during acupotomy treatment by a case report.Methods:The research presented a case study using ultrasound-guided acupoto...Objective:The study intended to show us the effect and safety associated with ultrasound-guidance during acupotomy treatment by a case report.Methods:The research presented a case study using ultrasound-guided acupotomy in back pain.The study took place in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,China-Japan Friendship Hospital.A 56-year-old woman with paroxysmal right upper back pain for more than 10 years,who was diagnosed as the rhomboid muscle and serratus posterior superior muscle injury.Results:After two acupotomy treatments,the Visual Analogue Score(VAS)of the patient declined from7 to 2.One month later,the pain disappeared and the patient was satisfied with it.Conclusion:Ultrasound guidance can be used to observe the anatomical structures clearly to improve the safety of acupotomy treatment.展开更多
Objective: To investigate the network pharmacology of Shexiang Baoxin pill(SBP) and systematically analyze the mechanisms of SBP.Methods: In this study, we excavated all the targets of 26 constituents of SBP which wer...Objective: To investigate the network pharmacology of Shexiang Baoxin pill(SBP) and systematically analyze the mechanisms of SBP.Methods: In this study, we excavated all the targets of 26 constituents of SBP which were identified in rat plasma though literature mining and target calculation(reverse docking and similarity search) and analyzed the multiple pharmacology actions of SBP comprehensively through a network pharmacology approach.Results: In the end, a total of 330 Homo sapiens targets were identified for 26 blood constituents of SBP.Moreover, the pathway enrichment analysis found that these targets mapped into 171 KEGG pathways and 31 of which were more enriched.Among these identified pathways, 3 pathways were selected for analyzing the mechanisms of SBP for treating coronary heart disease.Conclusion: This study systematically illustrated the mechanisms of the SBP by analyzing the corresponding "drug-target-pathway-disease" interaction network.展开更多

文摘Objective: To investigate the network pharmacology of Shexiang Baoxin pill(SBP) and systematically analyze the mechanisms of SBP.Methods: In this study, we excavated all the targets of 26 constituents of SBP which were identified in rat plasma though literature mining and target calculation(reverse docking and similarity search) and analyzed the multiple pharmacology actions of SBP comprehensively through a network pharmacology approach.Results: In the end, a total of 330 Homo sapiens targets were identified for 26 blood constituents of SBP.Moreover, the pathway enrichment analysis found that these targets mapped into 171 KEGG pathways and 31 of which were more enriched.Among these identified pathways, 3 pathways were selected for analyzing the mechanisms of SBP for treating coronary heart disease.Conclusion: This study systematically illustrated the mechanisms of the SBP by analyzing the corresponding "drug-target-pathway-disease" interaction network.
