Objective: The study evaluated the effectiveness of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT) in the treatment of lymphoblastic lymphoma (LL). Methods: We relxospectively analyzed the data from 41 patients with chemotherapy-sensitive LL who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) from December 1989 to December 2009 in a single institution. Results: HSCT was conducted as first-line consolidation therapy and salvage therapy in 36 and 5 patients, respectively. The median follow-up was 97.1 months (range, 24.6-173.1 months). The 5-year overall survival (OS) and event-free survival (EFS) rate were 64% and 47% for the initially treated patients, respectively, and were both 20% for the relapsed ones. Bone marrow (BM) involvement and chemotherapy cycles prior to transplantation were identified as significant prognostic factors for EFS in multivariate analysis. Conclusions These results confirm that AHSCT is a reasonable option for chemotherapy-sensitive LL patients in first complete remission (CR1). 展开更多

Objective:This study aimed to survey the characteristics and treatments of cancer pain in Beijing hospitals,China.Methods:At 20:00 on December 22,2009,there conducted a questionnaire survey in 2238 patients with malignant tumors of 26 hospitals in Beijing,and the survey results were statistically analyzed.Results:The 531 cases in 2238 patients had pained and 121 cases (22.79%) had outbreak pain with one week.At 20:00 on December 22,2009,199 cases (38%) in the above-mentioned 531 pain patients suffered the moderate to severe pain (pain scores ≥ 4).The number of pain (pain scores ≥ 4) patients in the consecutive three days from December 20 to December 22 were 150.Conclusion:In the 531 cancer pain patients of the surveyed hospitals,38% of the patients were not satisfied with the pain control.Doctors believed that the main reason for pain not controlled was the non-standard treatment,but patients considered to be afraid of addiction. 展开更多

Monolithic nanoporous copper (NPC) with tunable ligament size (107-438 nm) was synthesized by dealloying a new Cu-Ce binary glassy precursor in dilute H2 SO4 aqueous solution. The effects of the dealloying conditions on the morphologies of NPC were evaluated comprehensively. The results show that the ligaments of NPC can significantly coarsen with the increase of acid concentration, elevation of reaction temperature or prolongation of immersion time. These coarsening behaviors can be well described by a diffusion based growth kinetic model. Moreover, the surface diffusivity and activation energy for diffu- sion of Cu atoms were also estimated to investigate the formation mechanism of NPC, which is mainly governed by dissolution of Ce element in the glassy precursor coupled with nucleation and growth of Cu clusters via the precursor/solution interface. In the experiment of the degradation of methyl orange (MO) dye, the NPC fabricated by Cu-Ce metallic glasses exhibits superior sono-catalytic activity.2018 Published by Elsevier Ltd on behalf of The editorial office of Journal of Materials Science & Technology. 展开更多

Effect of the addition of Mg, Ti, Ni on the decoloration performance of AlCrFeMn high entropy alloy 被引量:1

Due to the excellent mechanical properties of high entropy alloys(HEAs), they have attracted wide attention of materials researchers, but their functional properties have rarely been reported. In order to study the functional properties of HEAs, the decoloration of azo dye Direct Blue 6(DB6) using equiatomic AlCrFeMn and AlCrFeMn M(M=Mg, Ti, Ni) HEAs synthesized by mechanical alloying was reported in this work. The decoloration rate of DB6 by ball-milled(BM) AlCrFeMn was about 3 times faster than that of by BM MgZn-based amorphous alloy, which was the best one reported in the metallic glasses so far. In order to further improve the decoloration efficiency, we considered adding the fifth elements(Mg or Ti or Ni) to AlCrFeMn. Both of Mg and Ti could improve the decoloration performance of AlCrFeMn, but Ni played a negative role. The reaction activity of AlCrFeMnMg and AlCrFeMnTi was more than 2 and 1.2 times faster than that of AlCrFeMn. The effects of initial pH, temperatures and dye concentration on the decoloration efficiency of AlCrFeMnMg during reactions were systematically investigated. The reaction activity of AlCrFeMnMg in alkaline and acidic azo dye solution was about 37.5 and 16.6 times faster than that of neutral solution, respectively. This work had implications in reaching an attractive, low cost and efficient method for functional applications of HEAs. 展开更多

In this study,a wire oscillating laser additive manufacturing(O-WLAM)process was used to deposit 2319 aluminum alloy samples.The optimization of the deposition process parameters made it possible to obtain samples with smooth surfaces and extremely low porosities.The effects of the deposition parameters on the formability and evolution of the microstructure and mechanical properties before and after heat treatment were studied.The oscillating laser deposition of 2319 aluminum alloy,especially the circular oscillation mode,significantly reduced the porosity and improved the process stability and formability compared with non-oscillating laser deposition.There were clear boundaries between the deposition units in the deposition state,the interior of which was dominated by columnar crystals with many rod-and point-shaped precipitates.After the heat treatment,theθphase was significantly dissolved.The residual dot-and rod-shapedθ'phases were dispersedly distributed,exhibiting an obvious precipitation-hardening effect.The samples in the as-deposited state had a tensile strength of 245–265 MPa,an elongation of approximately 12.6%,and an 87 HV microhardness.After heat treatment at 530°C for 20 h and aging at 175°C for 18 h,the tensile strength,elongation,and microhardness reached 425–440 MPa,approximately 10%,and 153 HV,respectively.The performance improved significantly without significant anisotropy.Compared with the samples produced by wire arc additive manufacturing(WAAM),the tensile strength increased by approximately 10%,and the strength and microhardness were significantly improved. 展开更多

Laser fusion brazing welding was proposed.Galvanized steel/AA6061 lapped joint was obtained by laser fusion brazing welding technique using the laser-induced aluminium molten pool spreading and wetting the solid steel surface.Wide joint interface was formed using the rectangular laser beam coupled with the synchronous powder feeding.The result showed that the tiny structure with the composition of a-Al and Al–Si eutectic was formed in the weld close to the Al side.And close to the steel side,a layer of compact Fe–Al–Si intermetallics,including the Al-rich FeAl3,Fe2Al5 phases and Al–Fe–Si s1 phase,was generated with the thickness of about 10–20 lm.Transverse tensile shows the brittlefractured characteristic along to the seam/steel interface with the maximum yield strength of 152.5 MPa due to the existence of hardening phases s1 and Al–Fe intermetallics. 展开更多

In recent years,high-entropy alloys(HEAs)have received more and more attention due to their unique microstructure and properties.Several researchers have reported that some ball-milled(BM)HEAs powders possess prominent decolorization performance for azo dyes.Three kinds of Co-free HEA powders(AlCrFeMn,AlCrFeNi and FeCrNiMn)have been synthesized by ball milling in this work,of which AlCrFeMn shows the best decolorization efficiency for DB6 aqueous solution.However,at this time,the BM HEAs are in powder state and not easy to be reused,so the loss rate of the powders is high during the reaction.Sometimes,the reaction between reacted the powders and the dye solution is too fast to control.While,in order to solve these problems,this work proposes to immobilize bare BM AlCrFeMn HEA powders in calcium alginate beads(CAB s)by electrospray and microfluidics.Through four cycles of reaction,the loss rate of the AlCrFeMn powders can be reduced from 40 to 5 wt%if the powders are immobilized by CABs with an average diameter of 0.55 mm obtained at the DC voltage of 30 kV.In addition,in the four cycles of experiment,the AlCrFeMn HEA-CABs with an average diameter of0.55 mm shows better stability and easier separation than that of the bare AlCrFeMn powders.These findings provide new ideas for HEAs to decolorize azo dyes and are of great significance for protecting freshwater resources. 展开更多
