The sustenance of humanity is contingent upon the production of food.The foundation of this production is agriculture,which in turn is dependent upon the cultivation of the land.As a fundamental element of agricultura...The sustenance of humanity is contingent upon the production of food.The foundation of this production is agriculture,which in turn is dependent upon the cultivation of the land.As a fundamental element of agricultural advancement,the rational development and utilization of land play a pivotal role in the process of rural revitalization.Agricultural land productivity serves as a principal indicator of the efficacy of land utilization and the extent of agricultural advancement.Nevertheless,there is a paucity of research examining the productivity of agricultural land,particularly a lack of specialized research on large agricultural provinces.In light of the aforementioned considerations,this paper presents a comprehensive examination of agricultural land productivity and its regional variations in Heilongjiang Province in 2022,with the aid of pertinent statistical data.The findings of the analysis indicate that among the prefecture-level cities,Daqing and Suihua exhibit the highest levels of agricultural land productivity.Additionally,Zhaodong City,Zhaozhou,Qinggang,Wangkui,and Lanxi counties exhibit high levels of agricultural land productivity within their respective prefecture-level cities.There are notable disparities in agricultural land productivity across various regions,including Yichun,Heihe,Harbin,Daqing,Hegang,and Suihua.In contrast,other regions demonstrate a more balanced spatial distribution.In order to facilitate the prosperous development of the agricultural industry in Heilongjiang Province,it is essential to optimize the spatial planning of the land,to investigate the potential for agricultural development in each region,to establish effective collaboration between resources and industries,and to create a development synergy that will collectively advance rural revitalization.展开更多

Poverty alleviation is an arduous and urgent major issue in China,and the Party and the government have always been very concerned about and attached importance to poverty alleviation. At present,China’s poverty alleviation and development faces enormous pressures and challenges. Some poor areas actually shoulder the heavy responsibility of ecological protection in the process of national development. The contradiction between economic development and ecological protection is intensifying. Objectively,these poor areas have made outstanding contributions and great sacrifices for the country’s ecological construction. Therefore,it is necessary to balance the two goals of poverty reduction and building an ecological environment and explore a win-win path that is in line with the actual ecological protection and poverty alleviation and development in poverty-stricken areas. Ecological compensation for poverty alleviation is one of the basic contents of the " five-batch" project of China to implement poverty alleviation. Cultivated land is a very important ecosystem on land. On the basis of studying the ecological effects of cultivated land,the implementation of cultivated land ecological compensation has become an important part of the research on ecological poverty alleviation. On the one hand,ecological compensation for cultivated land can support or promote poverty alleviation and development. Plant height is an important morphological trait that affects crop yield.Several genes related to plant height and yield have been reported in rice(Oryza sativa L.),however,the molecular mechanism underlying the regul...Plant height is an important morphological trait that affects crop yield.Several genes related to plant height and yield have been reported in rice(Oryza sativa L.),however,the molecular mechanism underlying the regulation of these traits is still not completely understood.VP64 is widely used as a transcriptional activator to investigate the biological function of genes encoding transcription factors.Here,we identified a novel bZIP transcription factor OsbZIP62 that is involved in modulating agronomic traits in rice.Overexpression of OsbZIP62-VP64(OsbZIP62V)significantly increases the plant height and yield per plant in rice.RNA-seq analysis showed that some plant height and panicle development related genes(i.e.,OsEATB,OsDSS1 and OsGA3ox2)were up-regulated in OsbZIP62V overexpressing rice plants.Besides,OsbZIP62 could also bind to the promoters of several putative target genes.These results suggested that OsbZIP62 plays a role as transcriptional regulator in regulating the expression of genes associated with agronomic traits,and OsbZIP62 fused with VP64 would be useful in crop genetic modification with improved plant architecture and yield.展开更多
