Diabetes has long been considered a risk factor in implant therapy and impaired wound healing in soft and hard oral tissues.Magnesium has been proved to promote bone healing under normal conditions.Here,we elucidate the mechanism by which Mg^(2+)promotes angiogenesis and osseointegration in diabetic status.We generated a diabetic mice model and demonstrated thealveolar bone healing was compromised,with significantly decreased angiogenesis.We then developed Mg-coating implants with hydrothermal synthesis.These implants successfully improved the vascularization and osseointegration in diabetic status.Mechanically,Mg^(2+)promoted the degradation of Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 (Keap1) and the nucleation of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) by up-regulating the expression of sestrin 2 (SESN2) in endothelial cells,thus reducing theelevated levels of oxidative stress in mitochondria and relieving endothelial cell dysfunction under hyperglycemia.Altogether,our data suggested that Mg^(2+)promoted angiogenesis and osseointegration in diabetic mice by regulating endothelial mitochondria metabolism. 展开更多

采用热压烧结制备7075-(0%,0.5%,1%,2%,质量分数,下同)Li合金,研究Li对7075铝合金微观组织及摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:7075-0.5Li合金在60 kN烧结压力下致密度可达到99%以上。铝合金由α-Al相、η相和S'相组成;随着Li含量增加... 采用热压烧结制备7075-(0%,0.5%,1%,2%,质量分数,下同)Li合金,研究Li对7075铝合金微观组织及摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:7075-0.5Li合金在60 kN烧结压力下致密度可达到99%以上。铝合金由α-Al相、η相和S'相组成;随着Li含量增加至2%,η相减少,δ'相、δ相增多,但α-Al仍为主相。铝合金的硬度和磨损率分别为71.25HV和3.50×10^(-3)mm^(3)·N^(-1)·m^(-1),随Li含量增加,铝锂合金硬度降低,磨损率升高,但7075-0.5Li比铝合金的硬度更高,磨损率更低。7075-Li合金均发生了氧化磨损,同时还发生了黏着磨损。铝锂合金随Li含量增加,η相减少,硬度降低,Al2O3脆性大从而与基体结合较弱,微观组织枝晶间距增大,导致合金由磨粒磨损逐渐转变为黏着磨损,耐磨性能逐渐降低。与铝合金相比,热压烧结制备的7075-0.5Li合金显示了更好的耐磨性能。 展开更多

目的:研究免疫胶体金试纸法在双侧甲状腺切除手术中快速验证甲状旁腺的临床意义。方法:选择2017年9月至2018年12月于云南省肿瘤医院接受双侧甲状腺全切术手术患者进行前瞻性研究,共130例参与试验,随机分为试验组(免疫胶体金试纸组)74例... 目的:研究免疫胶体金试纸法在双侧甲状腺切除手术中快速验证甲状旁腺的临床意义。方法:选择2017年9月至2018年12月于云南省肿瘤医院接受双侧甲状腺全切术手术患者进行前瞻性研究,共130例参与试验,随机分为试验组(免疫胶体金试纸组)74例和对照组2(常规肉眼组)56例。同时收集2015年1月至2016年1月同单位采用纳米碳技术行双侧甲状腺全切患者资料为对照组1(纳米碳组)50例,比较冰冻病理检查结果及术前、术后血钙和甲状旁腺素(PTH)值等。所有手术均由同一组医生操作完成。结果:76份经过病理证实的甲状旁腺,其中74份PTH值>65 pg/mL,范围(62.1~1340.6 pg/mL),2份PTH<65 pg/mL。其余41例非甲状旁腺均<65 pg/mL,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。免疫胶体金试纸法判断甲状旁腺真阳性率(敏感度)为97.4%,假阳性率(误诊率)为0,真阴性率(特异度)为100%,假阴性率(漏诊率)为2.63%,准确率为98.3%。试验组与对照组1术后第1天复查血钙及血PTH情况,分别为(2.073±0.167 vs.2.043±0.167)mmol/L以及(35.767±13.159 vs.34.570±11.620)pg/mL。试验组术后血钙及血PTH均值稍高于对照组1,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而术后试验组血钙及血PTH均明显高于对照组2,分别为(2.073±0.167 vs.1.982±0.234)mmol/L和(35.767±13.159 vs.26.145±11.515)pg/mL,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:免疫胶体金试纸法可在术中高效、快速判别甲状旁腺,从而争取甲状旁腺的原位保留,避免误切,或在切除标本中有助于仔细寻找、辨认甲状旁腺,缩短手术时间,减少手术侵袭性,并减少术后低钙血症的发生。 展开更多

Alveolar bone is the thickened ridge of jaw bone that supports teeth.It is subject to constant occlusal force and pathogens invasion,and is therefore under active bone remodeling and immunomodulation.Alveolar bone holds a distinct niche from long bone considering their different developmental origin and postnatal remodeling pattern.However,a systematic explanation of alveolar bone at single-cell level is still lacking.Here,we construct a single-cell atlas of mouse mandibular alveolar bone through single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq).A more active immune microenvironment is identified in alveolar bone,with a higher proportion of mature immune cells than in long bone.Among all immune cell populations,the monocyte/macrophage subpopulation most actively interacts with mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)subpopulation.Alveolar bone monocytes/macrophages express a higher level of Oncostatin M(Osm)compared to long bone,which promotes osteogenic differentiation and inhibits adipogenic differentiation of MSCs.In summary,our study reveals a unique immune microenvironment of alveolar bone,which may provide a more precise immune-modulatory target for therapeutic treatment of oral diseases. 展开更多

An accurate assessment of root respiration in mine reclaimed soil is important for effectively evaluating mining area ecosystems.This study investigated dynamic changes in root respiration and the contribution of root respiration to total soil respiration(R_(r)/R_(t) ratio)during the non-growing season in mine reclaimed soil,with different covering-soil thicknesses.According to the covering-soil thicknesses,the study area was divided into four sites:10-25 cm(site A),25-45 cm(site B),45-55 cm(site C),and 55-65 cm(site D).From November 2017 to April 2018(except February in 2018),the soil respiration,root respiration,temperature at 5 cm,water content,and root biomass were measured.The results show that soil temperature and root respiration exhibited similar diurnal and monthly variations.The root respiration is strongly influenced by soil temperature during the non-growing season,with an exponential and positive relationship(P<0.001).Root respiration varies with the covering-soil thickness and is greatest with a covering-soil thickness of 25-45 cm.The R_(r)/R_(t) ratio also exhibits monthly variations.During the non-growing season,the mean value of the R_(r)/R_(t) ratio is 51.15%in mine reclaimed soil.The study indicates that root respiration is the primary source of soil respiration and is an important factor for estimating the potential emission of soil CO_(2) from mine reclaimed soil at the regional scale. 展开更多

In order to reasonably evaluate the influence of coal seam surrounding rock on gas occurrence in Panji mining area, we quantitatively evaluated the effect of coal seam surrounding rock on gas occurrence by influence coefficient of roof strata thickness, and built six mathematical models of the variational gas content in the mining area which is divided into six gas geological units. The results shows that the coal seam gas content is mainly influenced by 20 mroof strata in each gas geological unit, the gas content presents the tendency of increase, and with the influence coefficient of strata thickness increases, they exist a significant linear relationship. 展开更多

Tropical cyclones(TCs),including tropical depressions and different categories of typhoons,hurricanes,and cyclonic storms,mostly originate over the oceans in the absence of direct observations.Thus,detailed monitoring and analysis of TCs has always been an unsolved problem.In the recent 20 years,great changes have taken place in domestic and foreign TC monitoring techniques,imposing a significant impact on TC operations and research.Some new technologies and products gradually emerge to support operations,with improved monitoring accuracy.In this paper,the progress on TC monitoring and analysis via meteorological satellites,radars,and airplanes in China and the world is reviewed,compared,and summarized,with special focuses on multisatellite fusion observations,in situ aircraft measurements,and some unconventional observation equipment such as rockets,saildrones,and underwater gliders.On this basis,the paper points out future directions for improving TC monitoring and analysis in aid of better TC forecast and early warning. 展开更多

Bdellovibrio-and-like organisms (BALOs) are a group of ubiquitous and obligate predatory bacteria and conmlonly used as biocontrol agents. In this study, an efficient, environmental-friendly, and convenient BALOs encouraged municipal waste sludge biolysis pretreatment technique was developed and investigated for dewaterability enhancement of excess waste sludge. The indigenous predatory BALOs were successfully isolated from the sludge for biolysis treatment. Without any chemical addition or pH adjustment, the sludge specific resistance (SRF) and capillary suction time (CST) were significantly reduced by as high as 53.4% and 23.8%, respectively within 24 h's treatment, which would further be lowered with the increase of BALOs input dosage. However, the continuous extension of reaction time would women the sludge dewaterability. The decreases of SRF and CST accompanied with the increases of sludge disintegration degree and soluble chemical oxygen demand, nitrogen, and phosphorus concentrations all emphasized the contributions of BALOs' predation activities to sludge disturbance, cell lysis, and consequently the release of sludge intracellular water to finally effectively improve the sludge dewaterability and disposal efficiency. 展开更多

为了解济南市市场中短链氯化石蜡(C10-13,short-chain chlorinated paraffins,SCCPs)与中链氯化石蜡(C14-17,medium-chain chlorinated paraffins,MCCPs)在食品中的分布现状与摄入风险,于2020年在济南市采集了82种不同类别食品样品,采... 为了解济南市市场中短链氯化石蜡(C10-13,short-chain chlorinated paraffins,SCCPs)与中链氯化石蜡(C14-17,medium-chain chlorinated paraffins,MCCPs)在食品中的分布现状与摄入风险,于2020年在济南市采集了82种不同类别食品样品,采用氯强化大气压化学电离源-四级杆飞行时间质谱检测方法分析。结果表明:食品样本中SCCPs湿重含量范围是5.3~2483.2 ng/g;MCCPs湿重含量范围是4.6~605.1 ng/g;花生油SCCPs平均湿重含量最高,为2115.5 ng/g;苦瓜SCCPs平均湿重含量最低,为5.7 ng/g;豆油MCCPs平均湿重含量最高,为605.5 ng/g;白菜MCCPs平均湿重含量最低,为6.2 ng/g;SCCPs的每日摄入量(estimated daily intake,EDI)在主食类食品中最高,为2619.2 ng/(kg·d),在水产类食品中最低,为17.7 ng/(kg·d);MCCPs的EDI在主食类食品中最高,为2117.6 ng/(kg·d),在水产类食品中最低为12.1 ng/(kg·d);济南市居民SCCPs、MCCPs的危害系数(hazard quotients,HQ)分别为0.022~0.067和0.017~0.047,HQ<1说明暴露风险较低。本研究为评估济南市人群暴露于CPs的风险提供了参考数据。 展开更多

Main observation and conclusion A facile and efficient strategy for the synthesis of 5-aryl-2-(quinolin-2-yl)oxazoles via rhodium-catalyzed formal[3+2]cyclization of 4-aryl-1-tosyl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles with quinoline-2-carbaldehydes has been described.The protocol employs mild conditions and offers good yields of diverse 2,5-aryloxazole derivatives with a broad reaction scope.It is amenable to gram-scale synthesis and easily transformation.Moreover,this 5-aryl-2-(quinolin-2-yl)oxazole skeleton is indeed a new fluorophore and its applications in metal ions probes are also investigated and showed fluorescent responses to mercury ion. 展开更多

To pre-compress the disk-shaped LY12 samples along the radial direction can be done with the aid of overstress assembly by heating or by mechanical clamping,which can also generate the deviatoric stress fields under different states.The spallation signals of these pre-compressed samples are measured by VISAR in the light-gas gun shock experiments.The experimental results show that even under the same impact velocity,the pullback amplitudes of the velocity at the free surface of the samples vary significantly.According to the experimental data,we propose a distinct concept that the material spallation strength is closely related to the deviatoric stress fields in the material.Based on the numerical simulation,we develop a damage constitutive model,which reveals that the deviatoric stress reduces the tensile threshold of the void growth.The numerical investigations also demonstrate that the spallation strength decreases as pre-compression increases.The experimental idea proposed in this paper can also be used to study the spallation process in other structures. 展开更多

In order to improve the existing phosphorus index assessment methods,using the interactive evaluation index(IEI)as an auxiliary variable,the geographically weighted regression(GWR)was adopted as prediction means.A method of regional soil phosphorus risk assessment was constructed by modifying phosphorus index model(MPIM).The GWR-IEI method more accurately predicted available phosphorus(AP)and soil organic matter(SOM),and the prediction precision and goodness of fit were high.Compared with the ordinary least square(OLS)method,the relative improvement of the root mean squared errors(RMSE)with the GWR-IEI method reached 28.95%for available phosphorus predicted,while that of SOM was 21.24%.The phosphorus loss risk of most of the study area(95.29%)was moderate to low.The areas featuring an extremely high phosphorus loss accounted for merely 0.33%of the total research area.Phosphorus loss depends on the effects of many factors.Areas which have strong source or transfer factors are not necessarily high-risk areas for phosphorus loss.Only the co-occurrence of transfer and source factors leads to high risk and greater potential for phosphorus loss.The GWR-IEI-MPIM method accurately reflected the degree of risk for phosphorus at the regional scale,which provides a valuable reference for risk assessment of phosphorus. 展开更多
