In recent years,countries worldwide have engaged actively in the research and development of green and sustainable materials in the face of the increasing depletion of petroleum resources,the need to reduce material waste,and the environmental pollution caused by the various types of waste.In the tire industry,the key materials for the various components of tires are mostly dependent on petroleum resources.Development of green tires and green processing technologies using sustainable materials is an important development direction for the future of the tire industry,and many tire-manufacturing companies have proposed their visions for the development of eco-friendly tires.Rubber,cord fabric,and additives are the main materials used in tire manufacturing.This article summarizes the research status of the green materials that can meet the requirements of environmental friendliness and sustainability,replace traditional materials,and reduce petroleum resource consumption in existing tire production.These materials mainly include natural rubber or bio-based synthetic rubber,green renewable cord fabrics,and green processing additives.The prospects for the application of these new green materials in tire manufacturing are also discussed. 展开更多

人力资源是数字经济发展的核心要素,建设富有韧性的人力资源系统是应对技术冲击,推动京津冀数字化转型,实现创新高质量发展的必要举措。本文构建数字经济背景下人力资源系统韧性多样性、流动性、缓冲性和进化性的四维指标体系,评价2019... 人力资源是数字经济发展的核心要素,建设富有韧性的人力资源系统是应对技术冲击,推动京津冀数字化转型,实现创新高质量发展的必要举措。本文构建数字经济背景下人力资源系统韧性多样性、流动性、缓冲性和进化性的四维指标体系,评价2019—2021年京津冀人力资源系统韧性现状,并根据各省市暴露的发展问题匹配针对性治理策略。研究发现:(1)从整体韧性现状看,京津冀三省市的韧性均值排名为北京、河北、天津,京津冀整体、北京和河北呈上升趋势,而天津呈下降趋势,河北和天津均存在不同程度的发展不均衡问题;(2)从韧性治理看,北京、河北和天津适用的治理策略分别是整体性治理、协同治理、网络化治理。本文为区域人力资源系统韧性的动态评价与治理提供方案,同时也可应用于其他省市。 展开更多
