Due to the high requirements of the time difference synchronization between the electronic initiation system and the seismic wave recording system, the Electronic detonator has not been widely used for Seismic exploration (Yang, 2020). This paper expounds the systematic and scientific test method from the aspects of the comprehensive performance of electronic detonators for exploration, the compatibility between the electronic detonator initiation system and the geophysical blasting machine system, the constraints of the geophysical explosion-related collaborative Danling managment cloud platform, and the quality of data collected by electronic detonator blasting in wells., and based on the analysis of the test results, the problems that need to be improved in the application of electronic detonators and detonation systems in the large-scale production of geophysical prospecting industry are put forward. . 展开更多

Numerical simulation of shear band localization in geotechnical materials based on a nonlocal plasticity model

A new nonlocal plasticity model,which is based on the integral-type nonlocal model and the cubic representative volumetric element(RVE),is proposed to simulate shear band localization in geotechnical materials such as soils and rocks.An algorithm is developed to solve the resulting nonlinear system of equations.In this algorithm,the nonlocal averaging of plastic strain over the RVE is evaluated using C0 elements instead of using C1 elements to solve the second-order gradient of plastic strains.To obtain the average plastic strain,a set of special elements,called the nonlocal elements,are constructed to approximate the RVE.The updating of average stresses of the local element is based on the nonlocal plastic strain of the corresponding nonlocal elements.Numerical examples show that meshindependent results can be achieved using the proposed model and the algorithm,and the thickness of the shear band is insensitive to the mesh refinement. 展开更多

Recent identification of NYE1/SGR1 brought up a new era for the exploration of the regulatory mechanism of Chlorophyll (Chl) degradation. Cluster analysis of senescence associated genes with putative chloroplast targeting sequences revealed several genes sharing a similar expression pattern with NYE1. Further characterization of available T-DNA insertion lines led to the discovery of a novel stay-green gene CRN1 (Co-regulated with NYE1). Chl breakdown was significantly restrained in crnl-1 under diversified senescence scenarios, which is comparable with that in acdl-20, but much more severe than that in nyel- 1. Notably, various Chl binding proteins, especially trimeric LHCP II, were markedly retained in crnl-1 four days after dark-treatment, possibly due to a lesion in disassociation of protein-pigment complex. Nevertheless, the photochemical efficiency of PSII in crnl-1 declined, even more rapidly, two days after dark-treatment, compared to those in Col-0 and nyel-1. Our results suggest that CRN1 plays a crucial role in Chl degradation, and that loss of its function produces various side-effects, including those on the breakdown of Ch-protein complex and the maintenance of the residual photosynthetic capability during leaf senescence. 展开更多
