Relationship between clinical belonging,professional identity,and nursing information ability among nursing interns:Model construction

BACKGROUND Clinical belonging refers to the feeling that clinical medical staff feel recognized and accepted by others or groups.The level of clinical belonging of nursing interns affects students’learning motivation and confidence,which in turn affects their clinical practice behavior.AIM To explore the effects of professional identity and nursing information ability on clinical belonging among nursing interns and establish a relationship model for these factors.METHODS The researchers used the convenience sampling method to select 682 nursing interns from China.The survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire,clinical sense of belonging scale,nursing information ability self-assessment scale,and a nursing student professional identity questionnaire.The mediating effect of nursing information ability between their professional identity and clinical sense of belonging was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and the path analysis in structural equation modeling.RESULTS The total scores of clinical belonging,professional identity,and nursing information ability of nursing interns were(104.29±13.11)points,(57.89±7.16)points,and(70.29±6.20)points,respectively.Nursing information ability had a direct effect on the clinical sense of belonging(effect value=0.46,P<0.05).Occupational identity had a direct effect(effect value=0.52,P<0.05)and an indirect effect(effect value=0.21,P<0.05)on clinical belonging.CONCLUSION Nursing administrators in nursing colleges and hospitals should take effective measures to improve the professional identity and nursing information ability of nursing interns,as well as the clinical sense of belonging among nursing interns. 展开更多

目的探究无创高频振荡通气对新生儿呼吸衰竭外周血Clara细胞蛋白16(CC16)与Ⅱ型肺泡表面抗原6(KL-6)表达的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月于邯郸市第一医院就诊的208例呼吸衰竭新生儿作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法将患儿分成观... 目的探究无创高频振荡通气对新生儿呼吸衰竭外周血Clara细胞蛋白16(CC16)与Ⅱ型肺泡表面抗原6(KL-6)表达的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月于邯郸市第一医院就诊的208例呼吸衰竭新生儿作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法将患儿分成观察组和对照组。观察组采用无创高频振荡通气治疗,对照组采用同步间歇指令通气治疗,比较两组的临床疗效,并检测两组患儿机械通气后0、24和72 h血气指标、治疗前后血清CC16及KL-6的变化和并发症的发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组机械通气后的氧合指数、呼吸指数、吸入气氧浓度(FiO2)和动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)低于对照组(P<0.05),而动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、PaO2/FiO2高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组治疗后72 h血清CC16和KL-6均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后72 h的CC16与KL-6低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组机械通气时间、住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组呼吸机相关性肺炎、并发症总发病率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无创高频振荡通气治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的疗效更佳,能够显著改善患儿血气指标,减轻炎症反应,降低患儿CC16、KL-6水平。 展开更多

The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak has been brought under control through a nationwide effort,and now it has become a global pandemic and the situation seems grim.We summarized the measures taken in Wuhan and analyzed the effects to comprehensively describe the factors involved in controlling the COVID-19 in China.In China,several measures such as the lockdown of Wuhan,restriction of traffic and communities,increasing hospital beds,nationwide support from medical staff,epidemic prevention equipment and supplies,and establishment of makeshift shelter hospitals have been taken.The lockdown of Wuhan reduced the propagation of cases to other cities in Hubei province and throughout China,traffic and community restrictions reduced the flow of population and the spread of disease,increasing wards and beds and medical personnel reduced the incidence of severe cases and mortality,the establishment of the Fangcang shelter hospitals provided a good isolation and monitoring environment,and further reduced the spread and fatality of the disease.The fact that China was able to control the spread of COVID-19 within three months without a specific drug or vaccine suggests that these measures are more adequate and effective. 展开更多

The energy dissipation is a key index in the evaluation of energy dissipation elements.In the present work,a flip bucket with a slot,called the slot-type flip bucket,is theoretically and experimentally investigated by the method of estimating the energy dissipation.The theoretical analysis shows that,in order to have the energy dissipation,it is necessary to determine the sequent flow depth h1 and the flow speed V1 at the corresponding position through the flow depth h2 after the hydraulic jump.The relative flow depth h2/ho is a function of the approach flow Froude numberFro,the relative slot widthb/Bo,and the relative slot angleθ/β.The expression for estimating the energy dissipation is developed,and the maximum error is not larger than 9.21%. 展开更多

In recent years, due to the rapid development of high-performance small molecule acceptor (SMA) materials, the researches on p-type electron donor materials for matching with current efficient SMAs have become important. By means of asymmetric strategies to optimize the energy levels and inter/intramolecular interactions of molecules, we designed and synthesized an asymmetric aromatic side chain quinoxaline-based polymer donor TPQ-0F. Meanwhile, we took advantage of F atom which could form noncovalent interaction and strong electron-withdrawing property, to obtain the optimized quinoxaline-based polymer donors TPQ-1F, TPQ-1Fi and TPQ-2F. Eventually, the binary device based on TPQ-2F achieved an efficient power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 16.27%, which attributed to balanced hole/electron mobilities, less charge carrier recombination, and more favorable aggregation morphology. Our work demonstrates the great potential of asymmetric aromatic side chain quinoxaline-based polymer donors on optimizing the morphology of blending films, improving inter/intramolecular interactions, and subtly tuning energy level, finally for more efficient organic solar cells. 展开更多
