年龄和季节对妊娠空腹血糖水平的影响

目的探讨年龄和季节对妊娠孕20~30周孕妇空腹血糖(FPG)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2022年1月1日至2022年12月31日于遵义市妇幼保健院产科门诊就诊并筛查FPG的2395名妊娠20~30周孕妇的临床资料。筛查所有孕妇FPG水平,比较不同年龄孕妇及... 目的探讨年龄和季节对妊娠孕20~30周孕妇空腹血糖(FPG)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2022年1月1日至2022年12月31日于遵义市妇幼保健院产科门诊就诊并筛查FPG的2395名妊娠20~30周孕妇的临床资料。筛查所有孕妇FPG水平,比较不同年龄孕妇及不同季节的FPG水平。结果2395名孕妇中,FPG<5.3mmol/L者2233名,占比93.2%;5.3~6.1mmol/L者130名,占比5.4%;>6.1mmol/L者32名,占比1.3%。随着年龄的增长,孕妇妊娠20~30周FPG水平呈升高趋势(P<0.05)。冬季孕妇FPG水平高于春季、夏季、秋季,秋季孕妇FPG水平高于夏季,夏季FPG水平低于春季,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年龄和季节对妊娠20~30周FPG水平均有影响,且随着年龄的增加,FPG水平逐渐上升,而且冬天血糖水平相对高于其他季节,不利于血糖水平的控制,夏季血糖水平相对较低。 展开更多

The kinematic equivalent model of an existing ankle-rehabilitation robot is inconsistent with the anatomical structure of the human ankle,which influences the rehabilitation effect.Therefore,this study equates the human ankle to the UR model and proposes a novel three degrees of freedom(3-DOF)generalized spherical parallel mechanism for ankle rehabilitation.The parallel mechanism has two spherical centers corresponding to the rotation centers of tibiotalar and subtalar joints.Using screw theory,the mobility of the parallel mechanism,which meets the requirements of the human ankle,is analyzed.The inverse kinematics are presented,and singularities are identified based on the Jacobian matrix.The workspaces of the parallel mechanism are obtained through the search method and compared with the motion range of the human ankle,which shows that the parallel mechanism can meet the motion demand of ankle rehabilitation.Additionally,based on the motion-force transmissibility,the performance atlases are plotted in the parameter optimal design space,and the optimum parameter is obtained according to the demands of practical applications.The results show that the parallel mechanism can meet the motion requirements of ankle rehabilitation and has excellent kinematic performance in its rehabilitation range,which provides a theoretical basis for the prototype design and experimental verification. 展开更多

In the process of infecting plants, plant parasitic nematodes release a series of proteins that play an essential role in the successful infection and pathogenesis of plant cells and tissues through stylets or body walls. In this study,based on transcriptome data, a chorismate mutase gene of Radopholus similis(RsCM) was identified and cloned,which is a single copy gene specifically expressed in the oesophageal gland and highly expressed in juveniles and females. Transient expression of RsCM in tobacco leaves showed that it was localised in the cytoplasm and nucleus of tobacco leaf cells, which inhibited the pattern-triggered immunity(PTI) induced by flg22, including callose deposition and defence gene expression, and cell death induced by immune elicitors BAX, but could not inhibit cell death induced by immune elicitors Gpa2/RBP-1. The RNA interference(RNAi) transgenic tomato of RsCM obviously inhibited the infection, pathogenicity, and reproduction of R. similis. However, the resistance of the overexpression transgenic tomato of RsCM to R. similis infection was significantly reduced, and the expression levels of two salicylic acid(SA) pathway genes(PR1 and PR5) in roots infected by the nematode were significantly down-regulated,which indicated that RsCM might be involved in the inhibition of SA pathway. The results of this study demonstrate that RsCM suppresses the host immune system and might be a new target for the control of R. similis, which also provides new data for the function and mechanism of CM genes of migratory parasitic plant nematodes. 展开更多

Small-break superposed station blackout(SBO)accidents are the basic design accidents of nuclear power plants.Under the condition of a small break in the cold leg,SBO further increases the severity of the accident,and the steam bypass discharg-ing system(GCT)in the second circuit can play an important role in guaranteeing core safety.To explore the influence of the GCT on the thermal-hydraulic characteristics of the primary circuit,RELAP5 software was used to establish a numerical model based on a typical pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant.Five different small breaks in the cold-leg super-posed SBO were selected,and the impact of the GCT operation on the transient response characteristics of the primary and secondary circuit systems was analyzed.The results show that the GCT plays an indispensable role in core heat removal during an accident;otherwise,core safety cannot be guaranteed.The GCT was used in conjunction with the primary safety injection system during the placement process.When the break diameter was greater than a certain critical value,the core cooling rate could not be guaranteed to be less than 100 K/h;however,the core remained in a safe state. 展开更多

Humanoid robots have attracted much attention by virtue of their compatibility with human environments.However,biped humanoids with immense promise still cannot function steadily and reliably in real-world settings in the current state.Hence,rationally combining a humanoid robot with different stable mobile platforms is a favoured solution for diverse scenarios.Here,a new versatile humanoid robot platform,aiming to provide a generic solution that can be flexibly deployed in diverse scenarios,for example,indoors and fields is presented.Versatile humanoid robot platform incorporates multimodal perception,and extensible interfaces on hardware and software,allowing it to be rapidly integrated with different mobile platforms and end-effectors,only through easyto-assemble interfaces.Additionally,the platform has achieved impressive integration,lightness,dexterity,and strength in its class,with human-like size and rich perception,targeted to have human-intelligent manipulation skills for human-engineered environments.Overall,this article elaborates on the reasoning behind the design choices,and outlines each subsystem.Lastly,the essential performance of the platform is successfully demonstrated in a set of experiments with precise and dexterous manipulation,and human–robot collaboration requirements. 展开更多

Vibrio alginolyticus is a zoonotic bacterium.A pair of specific primers was designed using the sodB gene sequence of Vibrio alginolyticus HY9901 in order to amplify the full length of the gene by PCR.The results indicated that the total length of the sodB gene was 585 bp and that it could encode 194 amino acids.The predicted amino acid sequence derivation indicated that the molecular weight of the protein was approximately 21.56 kDa,with an isoelectric point of 4.95.Upon prediction of the N-terminal signal peptide structure of the protein,no significant signal peptide cleavage site was observed,indicating that the protein lacked both a signal peptide and a transmembrane region.The amino acid sequence contained an N-glycosylation site,a casein kinase II phosphorylation site,a microsomal C-terminal target signal site,and a manganese and iron superoxide dismutase signal site.The probability of intracytoplasmic localization of the SodB protein was 56.5%,which was analyzed according to the subcellular localization of the protein.The amino acid sequence of the sodB gene of V.alginolyticus exhibited 98%-100%homology to other Vibrio species,clustering into the same subfamily with V.parahaem,indicating a relatively close relationship between them.In the prediction of protein structure,the proportions ofα-helix,random coil,β-sheet,and extended strand were 48.45%,30.41%,5.67%,and 15.46%,respectively.The similarity to template 1dt0.1.A reached 71.58%.A PTM site analysis revealed the presence of phosphorylation,glycosylation,ubiquitination,sumoylation,acetylation,and methylation modification sites,as well as the absence of lactylation modification sites. 展开更多

Metal-organic frameworks and covalent organic frameworks have been widely employed in electrochemical catalysis owing to their designable skeletons,controllable porosities,and well-defined catalytic centers.However,the poor chemical stability and low electron conductivity limited their activity,and single-functional sites in these frameworks hindered them to show multifunctional roles in catalytic systems.Herein,we have constructed novel metal organic polymers(Co-HAT-CN and Ni-HAT-CN)with dual catalytic centers(metal-N_(4) and metal-N_(2))to catalyze oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER).By using different metal centers,the catalytic activity and selectivity were well-tuned.Among them,Co-HAT-CN catalyzed the ORR in a 4e^(-)pathway,with a half-wave potential of 0.8 V versus RHE,while the Ni-HAT-CN catalyze ORR in a 2e^(-)pathway with H_(2)O_(2) selectivity over 90%.Moreover,the Co-HAT-CN delivered an overpotential of 350 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2) with a corresponding Tafel slope of 24 mV dec^(-1) for OER in a 1.0 M KOH aqueous solution.The experimental results revealed that the activities toward ORR were due to the M-N_(4) sites in the frameworks,and both M-N_(4) and M-N_(2) sites contributed to the OER.This work gives us a new platform to construct bifunctional catalysts. 展开更多

二烯烃-苯乙烯类单体序列结构极大程度上影响相关橡胶类产品(丁苯橡胶、多元集成橡胶)或树脂产品(丁苯树脂)的综合性能。活性阴离子聚合在共聚单体序列类型调控方面具有极大的优势,如严格嵌段序列、渐变嵌段序列、无规序列及交替序列等... 二烯烃-苯乙烯类单体序列结构极大程度上影响相关橡胶类产品(丁苯橡胶、多元集成橡胶)或树脂产品(丁苯树脂)的综合性能。活性阴离子聚合在共聚单体序列类型调控方面具有极大的优势,如严格嵌段序列、渐变嵌段序列、无规序列及交替序列等。新型间戊二烯(PD)单体可以通过阴离子共聚合实现其与苯乙烯类单体特殊交替序列共聚物的合成,异戊二烯(IP)阴离子聚合可以实现高顺式1,4-结构聚合物的定向合成。文中以PD、苯乙烯(ST)和IP为共聚单体,在环己烷中(含0.015%四氢呋喃)通过正丁基锂(n-BuLi)引发聚合合成了多元共聚物,重点考察了共聚动力学和共聚物的微观结构。实验结果表明:(1)聚合动力学显示均聚合速率ST>IP>>PD,ST/IP和PD/IP二元共聚显示经典“双S”转化率曲线,ST/PD二元共聚速率与IP均聚速率相当(;2)核磁氢谱和竞聚率数据显示ST/PD二元共聚符合经典交替共聚行为,结合红外数据表明,二元共聚产物1,4-结构含量高于90%,反1,4-结构含量高于85%;(3)三元共聚转化率与瞬时共聚单体组成关系表明,异戊二烯以高顺1,4-结构插入苯乙烯-间戊二烯序列中,三元共聚产物中无明显苯乙烯微嵌段序列和聚间戊二烯序列,无规化程度高(;4)三元共聚均具有明显的活性可控聚合特征,相对分子质量与理论值高度吻合,分子量分布(D)均小于1.10;(5)差示扫描量热分析结果显示,三元序列共聚物是只有唯一Tg的无定形聚合物,共聚单体倾向无规序列排布(;6)基于ST/PD特殊的二元交替共聚,推测了ST/IP/PD可能的三元聚合机理。 展开更多

The electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)for highvalue-added products is a promising strategy to tackle excessive CO_(2) emissions.However,the activity of and selectivity for catalysts for CO_(2)RR still need to be improved because of the competing reaction(hydrogen evolution reaction).In this study,for the first time,we have demonstrated dual atomic catalytic sites for CO_(2)RR from a core-shell hybrid of the covalent-organic framework and the metal-organic framework.Due to abundant dual atomic sites(with CoN_(4)O and ZnN_(4) of 2.47 and 11.05 wt.%,respectively)on hollow carbon,the catalyst promoted catalysis of CO_(2)RR,with the highest Faradic efficiency for CO of 92.6%at-0.8 V and a turnover frequency value of 1370.24 h^(-1) at-1.0 V.More importantly,the activity and selectivity of the catalyst were well retained for 30 h.The theoretical calculation further revealed that CoN_(4)O was the main site for CO_(2)RR,and the activity of and selectivity for Zn sites were also improved because of the synergetic roles. 展开更多

目的:了解遵义地区孕晚期女性阴道及肛周分泌物中无乳链球菌的检出情况及该病原菌对抗菌药物的耐药、敏感情况,为临床妊娠期无乳链球菌感染的合理用药提供科学依据。方法:以2021年1月至2022年4月就诊于遵义市妇幼保健院、正安县妇幼保... 目的:了解遵义地区孕晚期女性阴道及肛周分泌物中无乳链球菌的检出情况及该病原菌对抗菌药物的耐药、敏感情况,为临床妊娠期无乳链球菌感染的合理用药提供科学依据。方法:以2021年1月至2022年4月就诊于遵义市妇幼保健院、正安县妇幼保健院和湄潭县妇幼保健院三家医院产科门诊的961例孕35~37周的孕妇为研究对象。利用无乳链球菌专用转运拭子采集孕妇阴道及肛周分泌物并进行细菌培养分离,利用VITEK 2细菌鉴定系统对疑似菌株进行鉴定,并利用纸片扩散法(K-B法)对分离鉴定的无乳链球菌开展药物敏感性试验(药敏试验),最后利用WHONET 5.6软件统计分析药敏试验结果。结果:共收集孕妇的阴道及肛周分泌物标本961份,从其中58份标本中分离出58株无乳链球菌,检出率为6.0%。药敏试验结果显示,分离出的无乳链球菌对青霉素、氨苄西林、头孢曲松、利奈唑胺及万古霉素100%敏感,对四环素的耐药率最高(达77.6%),其次是克林霉素(达67.2%),其对红霉素和左氧氟沙星的耐药率均超过50%。在58株无乳链球菌中,共检出红霉素耐药而克林霉素敏感或中介的无乳链球菌33株,其中D-试验(即诱导克林霉素耐药试验)阳性菌株13株,阳性率为39.4%。结论:遵义地区孕晚期女性无乳链球菌的感染率较高,青霉素可作为该地区治疗孕晚期女性无乳链球菌感染的首选药物。临床上应加强对孕晚期女性无乳链球菌的筛查,并根据药敏试验结果合理选择抗生素进行治疗。 展开更多

As a substitute for toxic cadmium coatings in the aerospace industry,zinc-nickel coatings have excellent application prospects,and their properties can be improved by adding molybdenum.In this study,laser-assisted electrodeposition is used to improve the surface quality and properties of Zn–Ni–Mo coatings,with investigation of how laser energy in the range of 0–21.1μJ affects their element content,surface morphology,crystal phase,microhardness,residual internal stress,and corrosion resistance.The laser irradiation accelerates the electrodeposition,refines the grain size,improves the hydrogen adsorption,and reduces the residual tensile stress,and a laser energy of 15.4μJ gives the highest Ni and Mo contents and the lowest Zn content,as well as the optimum surface morphology,microhardness,residual internal stress,and corrosion resistance of the coating. 展开更多

Benefiting from the excellent properties such as high photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY), wide gamut range,and narrow emission linewidth, as well as low-temperature processability, metal halide perovskite quantum dots(QDs)have attracted wide attention from researchers. Despite tremendous progress has been made during the past several years,the commercialization of perovskite QDs-based LEDs(PeQLEDs) is still plagued by the instability. The ion migration in halide perovskites is recognized as the key factor causing the performance degradation of PeQLEDs. In this review, the elements species of ion migration, the effects of ion migration on device performance and stability, and effective strategies to hinder/mitigate ion migration in PeQLEDs are successively discussed. Quail egg ovomucoid can inhibit activation of basophils and eosinophils,while hen egg ovomucoid has been shown to be a major allergen,named Gal d 1.At present,the differences in structure and function between two ovomucoid are unclear.We found the homology of ovomucoid in quail eggs and hen eggs reached77%.Compared with hen egg ovomucoid,the distribution of secondary structure was different in AA52-53,AA57-58,AA66-68,AA71-72,AA131-133,AA139-140,AA157-159 and AA184-185.Among 9 epitopes of egg ovomucoid,there were different amino acids from quail egg ovomucoid in 8 epitopes.Recombination quail egg ovomucoid had trypsin inhibition activity and quail egg ovomucoid didn't specifically bind to serum of eggs allergic patients.Quail egg ovomucoid can significantly inhibit RBL-2 H3 cells degranulation and protect cells morphology to a certain extent,indicating quail egg ovomucoid can inhibit cells activation and have potential anti-allergic effects,which is related to trypsin inhibitory activity.The difference in sensitization compare to hen egg ovomucoid may be due to amino acids differences affecting protein structure by changing antigenic epitopes. 展开更多

为提高湿热地区青贮饲料的品质,本研究首先分析了从西南高温高湿地区青贮饲料中分离到的227株天然乳酸菌种群结构,再根据乳酸菌在高温条件下的生长活性和产酸能力筛选到4株优质乳酸菌(LP149、LS358、LR753和LPA761),并对菌株生理生化特... 为提高湿热地区青贮饲料的品质,本研究首先分析了从西南高温高湿地区青贮饲料中分离到的227株天然乳酸菌种群结构,再根据乳酸菌在高温条件下的生长活性和产酸能力筛选到4株优质乳酸菌(LP149、LS358、LR753和LPA761),并对菌株生理生化特性和生长、产酸曲线进行了测定。结果表明,天然植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)是高温高湿地区青贮料中最常见的乳酸菌菌株(占62.55%),其次是鼠李糖乳杆菌(L.rhamnosus)和副干酪乳杆菌(L.paracasei),分别占总乳酸菌的13.21%和9.25%。所筛选的4株菌株为革兰氏阳性和过氧化氢酶阴性的杆状菌,能够在pH 3.5和45℃的条件下生长。根据生理、生化特征和16S rRNA测序分析,LP149、LS358、LR753和LPA761分别被鉴定为植物乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌(L.salivarius)、鼠李糖乳杆菌和副干酪乳杆菌。在37和45℃条件下的菌株生长和产酸曲线结果表明,筛选出的4株乳酸菌有良好的高温适应性(45℃),不仅生长速度快,产酸能力强,耐盐性较好,对糖源利用范围广,而且对酸性环境有较好的适应性,可以作为后续进行高温青贮回填试验的候选菌株。 展开更多
