Based on multi-source bird distribution data, we built a more spatially detailed distribution database for every bird species(1,371 species) in China, covering 2,908 counties. The sources on bird distribution are grouped into six categories: Handbooks, Literature; Fauna, Avifauna; Paper; Citizen Science data by ornithologists or birders; GPS tracing; and Website data. The database contains the following records: taxonomy, distribution data, suspicious species information, and data sources. Our database recorded 835 species(61%) appearing outside the distribution range previously known. The use of provincial boundaries as the smallest geographical unit has created misleading distribution results due to geographic aggregation for most species. The new database was built based on increased observational frequency and individuals observed in previously undetected areas particularly in Western China and towards higher altitudes and latitudes. They coincided with the discovery of the range expansion of some waterfowls into Xinjiang. The dataset provides a new base for Chinese and international ornithology studies, especially for those requiring more detailed distribution information for many taxa and large-scale regional research.展开更多

The treatment group was treated with Yinqi ointment, while the control group was treated with mupirocin ointment. After 4 weeks of treatment, the ulcer healing effect, ulcer area, granulation tissue, epithelial tissue coverage, pain score, and dynamic analysis of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), epidermis growth factor(EGF), and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in local granulation tissue were statistically analyzed before and after treatment in both groups. Results: The total effective rate was 88.37% in the treatment group and 74.42% in the control group. The wound reduction rate, epithelial tissue coverage rate, granulation tissue growth rate, and local pain relief rate in the treatment group were significantly superior to those in the control group(P < 0.05). Through the local granulation detection, the treatment group and the control group have increased VEGF, EGF, and bFGF, but the treatment group increased the role of growth factor than the control group. Conclusion: Yinqi ointment can promote the healing of DFU, and its mechanism may be related to the increase of the content of growth factor in granulation tissue.展开更多

文摘The Cretaceous(ca.145 Ma^65 Ma)was characterized by remarkable greenhouse conditions which was more server than present greenhouse gas emissions. However, this special climate condition is mainly documented from marine records. The information derived from continental sediments including terrestrial vegetation is relatively scarce. Here,we report on a palynological study of 17 samples from the Lower Cretaceous Liupanshan Group of the Sikouzi Section(spanning116 Ma^103 Ma),Liupanshan Basin and analyzed for paleoclimate implications. The palynoflora is diverse, dominated by Classopollis(Cheirolepidiaceae),with abundant ferns and rare angiosperms. The dominant ferns are from Lygodiaceae and Schizaeaceae. The palynological data shows that the Early Cretaceous floras are derived from various settings,i.e.,the Coniferales on high elevation mountains,Cheirolepidiaceae along low hills near lakes, ferns in marsh wetlands, and algae in fresh water lakes. The palynoflora indicates that the climate in the Liupanshan area is hot and dry,and the palaeogeography is characterized by complex and various outlook during the Early Cretaceous, furthermore, climate evolution revealed by the vegetation can be divided into two stages during this period. From 116 Ma to 112 Ma,the concentration of thermophilic and xerophilous species such as Cheirolepidiaceae and Schizaeaceae were relatively low, conifers increased significantly, and fern concentration remained steady. This ecosystem suggests a humid and cold climate during this period. From 112 Ma to 103 Ma,the concentration of Cheirolepidiaceae and Schizaeaceae was relatively high, and conifers decreased significantly.Compared to the upper stage, the total percentage of Lygodiaceae spores were relatively low.Vegetation change during this period may indicate an increased trend of a dry and hot environment in this region. The trend of climate change recorded by the pollen assemblages during this period coincide with global sea surface temperature fluctuation. Thus, climate change recorded by the palynological assemblage in the Sikouzi section correlates well with global climate change during the Early Cretaceous.

文摘Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are monoclonal antibody antagonists, which can block cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4 (CTLA-4),programmed death-1/ligand-1 (PD-1/PD-L1) pathways, and other molecules exploited by tumor cells to evade T cell-mediated immune response.ICIs have transformed the treatment landscape for various cancers due to their amazing efficacy. Many anti-tumor therapies, including targeted therapy, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy, combine ICIs to make the treatment more effective. However, the off-target immune activation caused by ICIs may lead to a broad spectrum of immune-related adverse events (irAEs) affecting multiple organ systems.Among irAEs,cardiotoxicity induced by ICIs,uncommon but fatal, has greatly offset survival benefits from ICIs,which is heartbreaking for both patients and clinicians.Consequently, such cardiotoxicity requires special vigilance, and it has become a common challenge both for patients and clinicians. This article reviewed the clinical manifestations and influence of cardiotoxicity from the view of patients and clinicians, elaborated on the underlying mechanisms in conjunction with animal studies, and then attempted to propose management strategies from a cardio-immuno-oncology multidisciplinary perspective.

文摘Stratigraphic knowledge, the cornerstone of geoscience, needs to be represented by the Knowledge Graph based upon ontology,in order to apply the state-of-the-art big-data techniques. This study aims to comprehensively construct the ontologies for the stratigraphic domain. This has been achieved by a federated, crowd intelligence-based collaboration among domain experts of major stratigraphic subdisciplines. The initial step is to enumerate key terms from authoritative references and incorporate them into the Geoscience Professional Knowledge Graphs(GPKGs)of Deep-time Digital Earth Project.During this process, semantic heterogeneities were meticulously addressed by professional judgement aided by an automatic detection of Homonyms at the GPKGs platform.Afterwards, these terms were further differentiated as either classes or properties and arranged in a hierarchical framework in a top-down process.Consequently, seven ontologies are constructed for major stratigraphic branches,i.e.,Lithostratigraphy,Biostratigraphy,Chronostratigraphy,Chemostratigraphy,Magnetostratigraphy,Cyclostratigraphy and Sequence Stratigraphy. The ontology of Biostratigraphy, among them,is elaborated here,as no biostratigraphic ontology has been attempted before to our knowledge. The constructed biostratigraphic ontology comprises following major root classes:Fossil,Biostratigraphic unit,Biostratigraphic horizon.Altogether, they contribute to the eventual dating and correlating of strata in another root class:Biostratigraphic correlation. In summary, the achievements of this study are probably heretofore the most comprehensive ontologies for the stratigraphic domain. Moreover,a proto model of semantic search engine was conceived to discuss potential application of our work for better querying stratigraphic references, utilizing the semantic liaison of the classes in the constructed ontologies.

文摘Aims Understanding the drivers for leaf traits is critical to improving our predictions on ecosystems'responses to global changes.Geographic patterns of leaf traits are shaped by phylogenetic, biological and environmental factors simultaneously. However, till now few studies have examined how these factors influenced leaf traits together, and how their effects differed at the within-and among-site levels. Methods We sampled leaf traits from a 1100 km shrub-biome transect across central Inner-Mongolia,including leaf mass per area(LMA),mass-based photosynthetic rate, nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)concentrations. We examined the effects of phylogenetic, biological(height and growth rate)and environmental(climate and soil)fac-tors on leaf traits with mixed-model analyses of variance.Variation partitioning method was used to separate the joint and independent effects of these three types of factors.Important Findings(i)Climate and soil fertility(total or available nutrient concentra-tions)together explained 11.4-41.4%of among-site variations, with remarkable difference among traits.(i)Height and height growth rate together explained 0.4--31.9%of trait variations(mostly among-site variations). Our results could only weakly support the ability of leaf traits as predictors for whole-plant growth.(ii)LMA was negatively related to height, which was consistent with the resource-use strategy hypothesis but incon-sistent with the hypotheses proposed for coexisting trees,suggest-ing that the LMA--height relationship is shaped by rather different mechanisms between the within-and among-communities lev-els.(iv)The variation partitioning analysis showed that, the rela-tionships between leaf traits and biological characters largely reflected the differences in both leaf traits and biological char-acters among species that occupying different sites. The relative importance of phylogenetic, biological and environmental fac-tors differed remarkably among leaf traits, between the within-and among-communities levels, and between different biomes.(v)Our results strongly suggest the necessity of examining the three types of factors simultaneously, and at both the within-and among-communities levels, for a better understanding of the drivers for leaf traits patterns.

文摘The lack of refined spatial detail on bird distribution in China has hindered further research due to the large geographic unit(provincial level) in existing national bird distribution data. The dataset provides a new base for Chinese and international ornithology studies, especially for those requiring more detailed distribution information for many taxa and large-scale regional research.

文摘The newly launched Fengyun-3D(FY-3D)satellite carried a wide-field auroral imager(WAI)that was developed by Changchun Institute of Optics,Fine Mechanics and Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences(CIOMP),which will provide a large field of view(FOV),high spatial resolution, and broadband ultraviolet images of the aurora and the ionosphere by imaging the N2 LBH bands of emissions. The WAI consists of two identical cameras, each with an FOV of 68°in the along-track direction and 10°in the cross-track direction. The two cameras are tilted relative to each other to cover a fan-shaped field of size 130°×10°.Each camera consists of an unobstructed four-mirror anastigmatic optical system,a BaF2 filter, and a photon-counting imaging detector. The spatial resolution of WAI is ~10 km at the nadir point at a reference height of 110 km above the Earth’s surface. The sensitivity is>0.01 counts s^(−1) Rayleigh^(−1) pixel^(−1)(140-180 nm)for both cameras, which is sufficient for mapping the boundaries and the fine structures of the auroral oval during storms/substorms.Based on the tests and calibrations that were conducted prior to launch, the data processing algorithm includes photon signal decoding, geometric distortion correction, photometric correction, flatfield correction,line-of-sight projection and correction, and normalization between the two cameras.Preliminarily processed images are compared with DMSP SSUSI images. The agreement between the images that were captured by two instruments demonstrates that the WAI and the data processing algorithm operate normally and can provide high-quality scientific data for future studies on auroral dynamics.

文摘The solar X-ray and Extreme Ultraviolet Imager(X-EUVI),developed by the Changchun Institute of Optics,Fine Mechanics and Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences(CIOMP),is the first space-based solar X-ray and Extreme ultraviolet(EUV)imager of China loaded on the Fengyun-3E(FY-3E)satellite supported by the China Meteorological Administration(CMA)for solar observation.Since started work on July 11,2021,X-EUVI has obtained many solar images. The instrument employs an innovative dual-band design to monitor a much larger temperature range on the Sun,which covers 0.6-8.0 nm in the X-ray region with six channels and 19.5 nm in the EUV region.X-EUVI has a field of view of 42′,an angular resolution of 2.5″per pixel in the EUV band and an angular resolution of 4.1″per pixel in the X-ray band. The instrument also includes an X-ray and EUV irradiance sensor(X-EUVS)with the same bands as its imaging optics, which measures the solar irradiance and regularly calibrates the solar images. The radiometric calibration of X-EUVS on the ground has been completed, with a calibration accuracy of 12%.X-EUVI is loaded on the FY-3E satellite and rotates relative to the Sun at a uniform rate.Flat-field calibration is conducted by utilizing successive rotation solar images. The agreement between preliminarily processed X-EUVI images and SDO/AIA and Hinode/XRT images indicates that X-EUVI and the data processing algorithm operate properly and that the data from X-EUVI can be applied to the space weather forecast system of CMA and scientific investigations on solar activity.
文摘Objective: To investigate the effect of Yinqi ointment on wound morphology and growth factor in treating diabetic foot ulcer(DFU).Methods: From December 2016 to December 2017, 92 cases of DFU with deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(44 cases in each group). Conclusion: Yinqi ointment can promote the healing of DFU, and its mechanism may be related to the increase of the content of growth factor in granulation tissue.

文摘Gallbladder cancer(GBC)is a highly invasive disease and the most prevalent malignancy of the biliary system.Patients with GBC are commonly diagnosed at a late stage and have an unfavorable prognosis.Palliative chemotherapy has been the standard care for recurrent or metastatic disease in the past decades.Recently, several targeted therapies have been investigated in advanced biliary tract cancer(BTC)including inhibitors of genes or pathways such as FGFR2 fusions or rearrangements,IDH1 mutations, and NTRK gene fusions. Also, several clinical studies involving molecular stratification have been performed in defined patient groups, for example,BRAF V600E and HER2.Mesenchymal epithelial transition(MET)encodes a tyrosine kinase receptor and its ligand hepatocyte growth factor is a proto-oncogene.Targeting the MET signaling pathway is an effective strategy in numerous cancer types. However, the poor efficacy of MET inhibitors has been demonstrated in several phase II studies, but currently no reports have explained the potential mechanisms of resistance to MET inhibitors in BTC.In this article,we report a case of metastatic GBC with MET amplification that exhibited a rapid response to crizotinib after the failure of two lines of chemotherapy. After the patient had progressed and discontinued crizotinib, cabozantinib was introduced.Analysis of circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA)by nextgeneration sequencing(NGS)indicated a loss of MET amplification status. To our knowledge, this is the first case study demonstrating the use of NGS in ctDNA to monitor the development of acquired resistance during anti-MET treatment in GBC.
