Herein,two asymmetric hexacyclic fused small molecule acceptors(SMAs),namely BP4F-HU and BP4F-UU,were synthesized.The elongated outside chains in the BP4F-UU molecule played a crucial role in optimizing the morphology...Herein,two asymmetric hexacyclic fused small molecule acceptors(SMAs),namely BP4F-HU and BP4F-UU,were synthesized.The elongated outside chains in the BP4F-UU molecule played a crucial role in optimizing the morphology of blend film,thereby improving charge mobility and reducing energy loss within the corresponding film.Notably,the PM6:BP4F-UU device exhibited a higher open-circuit voltage(V_(oc))of 0.878 V compared to the PM6:BP4F-HU device with a V_(oc)of 0.863 V.Further,a new wide bandgap SMA named BTP-TA was designed and synthesized as the third component to the PM6:BP4F-UU host binary devices,which showed an ideal complementary absorption spectrum in PM6:BP4F-UU system.In addition,BTP-TA can achieve efficient intermolecular energy transfer to BP4F-UU by fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET)pathway,due to the good overlap between the photoluminescence(PL)spectrum of BTP-TA and the absorption region of BP4F-UU.Consequently,ternary devices with 15wt%BTP-TA exhibits broader photon utilization,optimal blend morphology,and reduced charge recombination compared to the corresponding binary devices.Consequently,PM6:BP4F-UU:BTP-TA ternary device achieved an optimal power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 17.83%with simultaneously increased V_(oc)of 0.905 V,short-circuit current density(J_(sc))of 26.14 mA/cm^(2),and fill factor(FF)of 75.38%.展开更多

In this paper, we propose an energy-harvest-aware route-selection metho...Harvesting energy from environmental sources such as solar and wind can mitigate or solve the limited-energy problem in wireless sensor networks. In this paper, we propose an energy-harvest-aware route-selection method that incorporates harvest availability properties and energy storage capacity limits into the routing decisions. The harvest-aware routing problem is formulated as a lin- ear program with a utility-based objective function that balances the two conflicting routing objectives of maximum total and maxi- mum minimum residual network energy. The simulation results show that doing so achieves a longer network lifetime, defined as the time-to-first-node-death in the network. Additionally, most existing energy-harvesting routing algorithms route each traffic flow independently from each other. The LP formulation allows for a joint optimization of multiple trafic flows. Better residual energy statistics are also achieved by such joint consideration compared to independent optimization of each commodity.展开更多

Our objective was to analyze clinical and genetic characteristics of childre...Mitochondrial disease was a clinically and genetically heterogeneous group of diseases, thus the diagnosis was very difficult to clinicians. Our objective was to analyze clinical and genetic characteristics of children with mitochondrial disease in China. We tested 141 candidate patients who have been suspected of mitochondrial disorders by using targeted next-generation sequencing(NGS), and summarized the clinical and genetic data of gene confirmed cases from Neurology Department, Beijing Children's Hospital, Capital Medical University from October 2012 to January 2015. In our study, 40 cases of gene confirmed mitochondrial disease including eight kinds of mitochondrial disease, among which Leigh syndrome was identified to be the most common type, followed by mitochondrial encephalomyopathy, lactic acidosis, and stroke-like episodes(MELAS). The age-of-onset varies among mitochondrial disease, but early onset was common. All of 40 cases were gene confirmed, among which 25 cases(62.5%)with mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA) mutation, and 15 cases(37.5%) with nuclear DNA(nDNA) mutation. M.3243A>G(n=7)accounts for a large proportion of mtDNA mutation. The nDNA mutations include SURF1(n=7),PDHA1(n=2),and NDUFV1,NDUFAF6, SUCLA2, SUCLG1, RRM2 B, and C12orf65, respectively.展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the agreement and reliability of intrapartum nonreasurring cardiotocography(CTG)interpretation and prediction of neonatal acidemia by obstetricians working in different centers.Methods:A retrospe...Objective:To evaluate the agreement and reliability of intrapartum nonreasurring cardiotocography(CTG)interpretation and prediction of neonatal acidemia by obstetricians working in different centers.Methods:A retrospective cohort study involving two tertiary hospitals(The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University and Perking University Third Hospital)was conducted between 30th September 2018 and 1st April 2019.Six obstetricians from two hospitals with three levels of experience(junior,medium,and senior)reviewed 100 nonreassuring fetal heart rate(FHR)tracings from 1 hour before the onset of abnormalities until delivery.Each reviewer determined the FHR pattern,the baseline,variability,and presence of acceleration,deceleration,sinusoidal pattern,and predicted whether neonatal acidemia and abnormal umbilical arterial pH<7.1 would occur.Inter-observer agreement was assessed using the proportions of agreement(Pa)and the proportion of specific agreement(Pa for each category).Reliability was evaluated with the kappa statistic(k-Light’s kappa for n raters)and Gwet’s AC1 statistic.Results:Good inter-observer agreement was found in evaluation of most variables(Pa>0.5),with the exception of early deceleration(Pa=0.39,95%confidence interval(CI):0.36,0.43).Reliability was also good among most variables(AC1>0.40),except for acceleration,early deceleration,and prediction of neonatal acidemia(AC1=0.17,0.10,and 0.25,respectively).There were no statistically significant differences among the three groups,except in the identification of accelerations(Pa=0.89,95%CI:0.83,0.95;Pa=0.50,95%CI:0.41,0.60,and Pa=0.35,95%CI:0.25,0.43 in junior,medium and senior groups,respectively)and the prediction of neonatal acidemia(Pa=0.52,0.52,and 0.62 in junior,medium and senior groups,respectively),where agreement was highest and lowest in the junior-level group,respectively.The accuracy and sensitivity of the prediction for umbilical artery pH<7.1 were similar among the three groups,but the specificity was higher in the senior groups(93.68%vs.92.53%vs.98.85%in junior,medium and senior groups,P=0.015).Conclusion:Although we found a good inter-observer agreement in the evaluation of the most basic CTG features and FHR category statistically,it was insufficient to meet the clinical requirements for"no objection"interpretation for FHR tracings.Further specialized training is needed for standardized interpretation of intrapartum FHR tracings.展开更多
