Methods: The literature related to clinical randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on acupuncture for male immune infertility published from the establishment of the database (journal) to 2021 was searched for RR values or OR values and 95% CI as effect indicators. RevMan 5.3 software was applied for meta-analysis. Results: Acupuncture or combination of acupuncture and herbal medicine (hereafter referred to as acupuncture and medicine) or electro-acupuncture, the total effective rate was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant [RR = 1.29, 95% CI (1.20, 1.38), p 0.00001];In addition, the efficiency of the combined acupuncture and medicine treatment was better than that of the herbal medicine group alone, and the difference was statistically significant [RR = 1.05, 95%, CI (0.94, 1.16), P = 0.42];The sperm viability in the combined acupuncture and medicine treatment group was significantly better than that in the herbal medicine treatment group alone, and the differences were all statistically significant [MD = 0.04, 95% CI (?0.20, 0.28), P0.74];Sperm forward motion was significantly better in the combination of acupuncture and medicine than in the herbal medicine alone group, and the differences were all statistically significant [MD = 0.66, 95% CI (?0.04, 1.36), P = 0.06];ACP indexes were significantly higher in the combination of acupuncture and medicine than in the herbal medicine alone group, with a statistically significant difference [MD = 20.47, 95% CI (?65.31, 106.25), P = 0.64];The AsAb content in the seminal plasma of either needle medicine or acupuncture was lower than in the homogeneous prednisone group, and the difference was statistically significant [MD = ?7.00, 95% CI (?11.19, ?2.81), P = 0.001];The index of AsAb content in the serum of either needle medicine or acupuncture was lower than that of prednisone group, and the difference was statistically significant [MD = ?5.00, 95% CI (?9.53, ?0.47), P = 0.03]. Conclusion: Based on current evidence, acupuncture is more effective than Western medicine (prednisone) alone in the treatment of male immune infertility, and is more effective when combined with Chinese medicine.展开更多
Electrochemical CO reduction(ECOR)as a potential strategy for producing valuable chemicals and fuels has captured substantial attention.However,the currently available electrocatalysts suffer from poor selectivity and...Electrochemical CO reduction(ECOR)as a potential strategy for producing valuable chemicals and fuels has captured substantial attention.However,the currently available electrocatalysts suffer from poor selectivity and low Faradaic efficiency,limiting their industrial application.Herein,we systematically investigate the potential of homonuclear bimetallic electrocatalysts,Tm_(2)@C_(9)N_(4)(TM=Fe,Co,Ni,and Cu),for the ECOR through extensive density functional theory calculations.Our findings suggest that all four proposed monolayers exhibit exceptional stability,making them highly suitable for experimental synthesis and practical applications.Interestingly,these transition-metal dual atoms anchored on C_(9)N_(4)monolayers show great potential in facilitating the production of high-value C_(2)products,such as C_(2)H_(5)OH and C_(2)H_(4),due to the significantly low limiting potentials(-0.06~-0.46 V)and small kinetic energy barriers(0.54–1.08 eV)for the CO coupling process.Moreover,with the exception of Ni_(2)@C_(9)N_(4),these bimetallic catalysts demonstrate the impressive suppression of the competitive hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),leading to a high selectivity for C_(2)products in ECOR.Our predictions would accelerate the development of high-performance C_(9)N_(4)-based dual-atom catalysts for the ECOR.展开更多

Beta amyloid protein 25-35 (Aβ25-35) can generate oxygen free radicals, and MCI-186 (3-methyl-l-phenyl-2-pyrazolin-5-one, edaravone) can specifically eliminate hydroxyl radicals. The present study introduced Aβ25-35 into PC12 cells to establish a cell model of AD, and investigated the neuroprotective effects of MCI-186 on AD. Results showed that MCI-186 had a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of AD by inhibiting protein oxidative products, advanced glycation end products, lipid oxidative end products and DNA oxidative damage in PC12 cells induced by Aβ25-35.展开更多
With embryogenic callus of Larix olgensisis, we investigated the effects of inositol, glutamine, casein hydrolysate, carbohydrate, abscisic acid and silver nitrate concentration on the maturation of the somatic embryo...With embryogenic callus of Larix olgensisis, we investigated the effects of inositol, glutamine, casein hydrolysate, carbohydrate, abscisic acid and silver nitrate concentration on the maturation of the somatic embryo.Three dominant factors emerged, and we developed a response surface model based on the Box-Behnken design.We defined the optimal conditions for the maturation of somatic embryos. The contents of abscisic acid, silver nitrate, sucrose and casein hydrolysis significantly affected the amount of maturing embryos, but inositol, maltose and glutamine had no effect. By establishing a response surface model with multiple factors, we predicted that the optimal number of L. olgensis somatic embryos was 204 ± 4 gon basal medium, containing 18.28 mg Labscisic acid,5.46 mg Lsilver nitrate and 82.67 g Lsucrose. In the verification experiments, the addition of 20 mg Labscisic acid, 5 mg Lsilver nitrate and 80 g Lsucrose to BM yielded an average of 202.06 somatic embryos per gram. These results should guide large-scale breeding of L. olgensis.展开更多

Background China is one of the countries with the highest burden of stroke.Implementing multidimensional management guidelines will help clinicians practise evidence-based care,improve patient outcomes and alleviate s...Background China is one of the countries with the highest burden of stroke.Implementing multidimensional management guidelines will help clinicians practise evidence-based care,improve patient outcomes and alleviate societal burdens.This update of the 2019 edition will provide the latest comprehensive recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods We conducted a comprehensive search on MEDLINE(via PubMed)up to 31 August 2023.The writing team established the recommendations through multiple rounds of online and offline discussions.Each recommendation was graded using the evidence grading algorithm developed by the Chinese Stroke Association(CSA).The draft was reviewed and finalised by the CSA Stroke Guidelines Writing Committee.Results This update included revisions of 15 existing recommendations and 136 new recommendations in the following areas of stroke care:emergency assessment and diagnosis of ischaemic cerebrovascular disease,acute-phase reperfusion therapy,evaluation of underlying mechanisms,antithrombotic therapy,prevention and treatment of complications,and risk factor management.Conclusions This guideline updated the recommendations for the clinical management of ischaemic cerebrovascular disease from 2019.展开更多

However, the detection and characterization of these unnatural species pose challenges to existing techniques. Here, by using systematic structural and ultrafast resonance Raman(RR) spectral analysis for the four possible conformers of guanine-cytosine base pairs, the prominent marker Raman bands were identified. We found that the hydrogen bonding vibrational region from 2300 cm^(-1) to 3700 cm^(-1) is ideal for the identification of these short live species. The marker bands provide direct evidence for the existence of the tautomer species, thus offering an effective strategy to detect the short-lived minor species. Ultrafast resonance Raman spectroscopy would be a powerful tool to provide direct evidence of critical dynamical details of complex systems involving protonation or tautomerization.展开更多

Thus, various processes and raw materials have been developed to prepare WPU. This review gives an overview on the de- velopments of WPU mainly derived from novel polyols, analyzes the potential application in water-based inks and presents the probable future research area about water-based inks. Notably, the poly(e-cap- rolactone) and poly(lactic acid) are the versatile materials used in WPU synthesis and supply the po- tential special performance for preparing WPU. Introduction Cerebral ischaemia-induced depression is among the most frequent neuropsychiatric consequences and adversely impact the prognosis and recovery of patients.Although several brain regions have been implied ...Introduction Cerebral ischaemia-induced depression is among the most frequent neuropsychiatric consequences and adversely impact the prognosis and recovery of patients.Although several brain regions have been implied in the development of ischaemia-induced depression,the brain region-specific neural cell apoptosis pathways have not been clarified yet.Methods In this study,bilateral internal carotid artery occlusion(BICAO)mouse model was established to induce cerebral ischaemia.Sucrose preference,tail suspension and forced swim tests were conducted on mice at 7,21 and 30 days after BICAO treatment.In addition,brain regional ischaemic neuron loss was investigated by using immunofluorescent staining of neuronal nuclei(NeuN)and caspase-8/-9-dependent cell apoptosis was also examined by western blot analysis.results BICAO-induced cerebral ischaemia resulted in decreased sucrose preference and increased immobility times,which were representative depressive-like behaviours of mice until 30 days after BICAO treatment compared with Sham-operated mice.This outcome was associated with significant neuron loss by using immunofluorescent staining and increased cleavage levels of pro-caspase-3/-8/-9,but not pro-caspase-12,by western blot analysis in hypothalamus,midbrain,prefrontal cortex and hippocampus of mice.Conclusions This study showed that BICAO-induced ischaemia caused depressive-like behaviours and caspase-8/-9-dependent neural cell apoptosis in several brain regions,including hypothalamus and midbrain of mice.展开更多
Photocatalytic water splitting utilizing solar energy is considered as one of the most ideal strategies for solving the ene rgy and environmental issues.Recently,two-dimensional(2 D)materials with an intrinsic dipole ...Photocatalytic water splitting utilizing solar energy is considered as one of the most ideal strategies for solving the ene rgy and environmental issues.Recently,two-dimensional(2 D)materials with an intrinsic dipole show great chance to achieve excellent photocatalytic performance.In this work,blue-phase monolayer carbon monochalcogenides(CX,X=S,Se)are constructed and systematically studied as photocatalysts for water splitting by performing first-principles calculations based on density functional theory.After confirming the great dynamical,thermal,and mechanical stability of CX monolayers,we observe that they possess moderate band gaps(2.41 eV for CS and 2.46 eV for CSe)and high carrier mobility(3.23×10^(4)cm^(2)V^(^(-1))s^(-1)for CS and 4.27×10^(3)cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1)for CSe),comparable to those of many recently reported 2 D photocatalysts.Moreover,these two monolayer materials are found to have large intrinsic dipole(0.43 D for CS and 0.51 D for CSe),thus the build-in internal electric field can be selfintroduced,which can effectively drive the separation of photongenerated carriers.More importantly,the well-aligned band edge as well as rather pronounced optical absorption in the visible-light and ultraviolet regions further ensure that our proposed CX monolayers can be used as high efficient photocatalysts for water splitting.Additionally,the effects of external strain on the electronic,optical and photocatalytic properties of CX monolayers are also evaluated.These theoretical predictions will stimulate further work to open up the energy-related applications of CX monolayers.展开更多

Two series of polyurethanes were prepared (Groups A and B) and a new prediction model based on grey relational analysis is introduced to predict the impact order of raw materials on several properties, such as solids content, viscosity, acid number and electrolytic stability of polyure- thanes. It is found that the model can successfully predict the impact of raw materials on the properties through the designed demonstration experiments. Furthermore, the results of the prediction model show that DMPA plays a key role in viscosity, oartial acid values and electrolvtic stability.展开更多

The frequency response range of the system is 10Hz-10kHz, the laser frequency acoustic pressure sensitivity reaches 115 dB re Hz/Pa, and the equivalent noise acoustic pressure is less than 60μa/Hz^1/2. Aim:The aim of this study was to explore the difference between haemorrhagic events among those patients on either aspirin or aspirin plus clopidogrel who were enrolled in the Clopidogrel in High-Risk Patients with Ac...Aim:The aim of this study was to explore the difference between haemorrhagic events among those patients on either aspirin or aspirin plus clopidogrel who were enrolled in the Clopidogrel in High-Risk Patients with Acute Non-disabling Ischemic Cerebrovascular Events(CHANCE)trial.Methods:This was an ad hoc analysis of the CHANCE trial;data on all patients with any haemorrhagic event were reviewed and analysed.Cox proportional hazards regression was used to determine factors association with any bleeding.Results:In the CHANCE trial,there were a total of 101(2%)haemorrhagic events reported from 50 different hospitals.The clopidogrel–aspirin group had 60(2.3%)cases and the aspirin group had 41(1.6%,p=0.09).Moderate or severe haemorrhagic events occurred in 7 patients(0.3%)in the clopidogrel–aspirin group and in 8(0.3%)in the aspirin group(p=0.73).Of 36(0.7%)cases of intracranial haemorrhages,20(0.4%)were in the clopidogrel–aspirin group and 16(0.3%)in the aspirin group.Each group had 8(0.3%)cases of symptomatic haemorrhagic strokes.Other common haemorrhagic events included 24(0.5%)cases of skin bruises,13(0.3%)gastrointestinal haemorrhages,9(0.2%)gum haemorrhages and 8(0.2%)intraocular haemorrhages.Conclusions:There was no overall significant difference in haemorrhagic events(p=0.29),especially in the rate of intracranial haemorrhages between the 2 treatment groups.However,patients enrolled with minor strokes had an increased risk of haemorrhagic events regardless of treatment group,not seen in patients with high-risk transient ischaemic attacks.Being elderly,of male gender and with a history of aspirin or proton pump inhibitor usage were associated with increased risk of haemorrhage.Patients with higher body mass index had lower risk of haemorrhagic events.展开更多

Here, we successfully synthesized Ni6MnO8 material by a fast, facile, and cost-effective method, which the area specific capacitance was found to be as high as 1113 mF/cm^2 at a current density of 1 mA/cm^2. Further, the asymmetric supercapacitor was assembled by using Ni6MnO8 as the positive electrode and graphene as the negative electrode with an operation potential from 0 to 1.4 V. It exhibited an area specific capacitance of 69.1m F/cm^2 at 0.5 mA/cm^2 and stable cycling performance which presented about 80% capacitance retention after 5000 cycles at 5 mA/cm^2. The energy density of graphene//Ni6MnO8 supercapacitors was calculated to be 18.81 mWh/cm^2 at a power density of 350.1 mW/cm^2 and still remained 5.8 mWh/cm^2 at a power density of 6990.7 mW/cm^2, meaning that the asymmetric supercapacitor combine excellent power density and energy density.展开更多

文摘With embryogenic callus of Larix olgensisis, we investigated the effects of inositol, glutamine, casein hydrolysate, carbohydrate, abscisic acid and silver nitrate concentration on the maturation of the somatic embryo.Three dominant factors emerged, and we developed a response surface model based on the Box-Behnken design.We defined the optimal conditions for the maturation of somatic embryos. The contents of abscisic acid, silver nitrate, sucrose and casein hydrolysis significantly affected the amount of maturing embryos, but inositol, maltose and glutamine had no effect. By establishing a response surface model with multiple factors, we predicted that the optimal number of L. olgensis somatic embryos was 204 ± 4 gon basal medium, containing 18.28 mg Labscisic acid,5.46 mg Lsilver nitrate and 82.67 g Lsucrose. In the verification experiments, the addition of 20 mg Labscisic acid, 5 mg Lsilver nitrate and 80 g Lsucrose to BM yielded an average of 202.06 somatic embryos per gram. These results should guide large-scale breeding of L. olgensis.
文摘Farmland weeds are an important part of farmland ecosystems.Research on farmland weeds is one of the major research fields in agricultural ecology.It is of great significance for achieving high yield,high quality and high efficiency in agriculture.In recent years,research on farmland weeds has focused on investigation of weed communities,research on weed seed banks,and research on weed control.These three research directions complement each other.Among them,the investigation work of weed communities and the research of weed seed banks are helpful for us to grasp the occurrence of farmland weeds more accurately and provide references for the control of farmland weeds.This article summarizes the research directions of farmland weeds in recent years(weed community investigation,weed seed bank,weed control)and the research methods used,provide reference value for the follow-up research work of farmland weeds,and provide theoretical support for promoting the development of rural ecological industry and building beautiful villages.

文摘Background China is one of the countries with the highest burden of stroke.Implementing multidimensional management guidelines will help clinicians practise evidence-based care,improve patient outcomes and alleviate societal burdens.This update of the 2019 edition will provide the latest comprehensive recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods We conducted a comprehensive search on MEDLINE(via PubMed)up to 31 August 2023.The writing team established the recommendations through multiple rounds of online and offline discussions.Each recommendation was graded using the evidence grading algorithm developed by the Chinese Stroke Association(CSA).The draft was reviewed and finalised by the CSA Stroke Guidelines Writing Committee.Results This update included revisions of 15 existing recommendations and 136 new recommendations in the following areas of stroke care:emergency assessment and diagnosis of ischaemic cerebrovascular disease,acute-phase reperfusion therapy,evaluation of underlying mechanisms,antithrombotic therapy,prevention and treatment of complications,and risk factor management.Conclusions This guideline updated the recommendations for the clinical management of ischaemic cerebrovascular disease from 2019.

文摘Base pair mismatch has been regarded as the main source of DNA point mutations, where minor shortlived tautomers were usually involved. However, the detection and characterization of these unnatural species pose challenges to existing techniques. Here, by using systematic structural and ultrafast resonance Raman(RR) spectral analysis for the four possible conformers of guanine-cytosine base pairs, the prominent marker Raman bands were identified. We found that the hydrogen bonding vibrational region from 2300 cm^(-1) to 3700 cm^(-1) is ideal for the identification of these short live species. The marker bands provide direct evidence for the existence of the tautomer species, thus offering an effective strategy to detect the short-lived minor species. Ultrafast resonance Raman spectroscopy would be a powerful tool to provide direct evidence of critical dynamical details of complex systems involving protonation or tautomerization.
文摘Aim Stroke is the leading cause of disability and death in China.Ischaemic stroke accounts for about 60%-80%of all strokes.It is of considerable significance to carry out multidimensional management of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.This evidence-based guideline aims to provide the latest detailed and comprehensive recommendations on the diagnosis,treatment and secondary prevention of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods We had performed comprehensive searches of MEDLINE(via PubMed)(before 30 June 2019),and integrated the relevant information into charts and distributed to the writing group.Writing group members discussed and determined the recommendations through teleconference.We used the level of evidence grading algorithm of Chinese Stroke Association to grade each recommendation.The draft was reviewed by the Guideline Writing Committee of Chinese Stroke Association Stroke and finalised.This guideline is fully updated every 3 years.results This evidence-based guideline is based on the treatment,care and prevention of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases,which emphasises on pathogenesis evaluation,intravenous thrombolysis,endovascular therapy,antiplatelet therapy,prevention and treatment of complications,and risk factor management.Conclusions This updated guideline presents a framework for the management of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.Timely first-aid measures,professional care in the acute stage,and proactive secondary prevention will be helpful to patients.

文摘Over the last few years, waterborne polyurethane (WPU) was applied to various fibers, adhesives, primers for metals, caulking materials, emulsion polymerization media, paint additives, defoamers, associate thickeners, pigment pastes, textile dyes and biomaterials, resulting in the increasing enthu- siasm of researchers to design and synthesize novel WPU with unique properties. Thus, various processes and raw materials have been developed to prepare WPU. This review gives an overview on the de- velopments of WPU mainly derived from novel polyols, analyzes the potential application in water-based inks and presents the probable future research area about water-based inks. Notably, the poly(e-cap- rolactone) and poly(lactic acid) are the versatile materials used in WPU synthesis and supply the po- tential special performance for preparing WPU. Meanwhile, addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization and atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) processes provide an opportu- nity to control the chain sequence of WPU and obtain products with the desired performance.

文摘Introduction Cerebral ischaemia-induced depression is among the most frequent neuropsychiatric consequences and adversely impact the prognosis and recovery of patients.Although several brain regions have been implied in the development of ischaemia-induced depression,the brain region-specific neural cell apoptosis pathways have not been clarified yet.Methods In this study,bilateral internal carotid artery occlusion(BICAO)mouse model was established to induce cerebral ischaemia.Sucrose preference,tail suspension and forced swim tests were conducted on mice at 7,21 and 30 days after BICAO treatment.In addition,brain regional ischaemic neuron loss was investigated by using immunofluorescent staining of neuronal nuclei(NeuN)and caspase-8/-9-dependent cell apoptosis was also examined by western blot analysis.results BICAO-induced cerebral ischaemia resulted in decreased sucrose preference and increased immobility times,which were representative depressive-like behaviours of mice until 30 days after BICAO treatment compared with Sham-operated mice.This outcome was associated with significant neuron loss by using immunofluorescent staining and increased cleavage levels of pro-caspase-3/-8/-9,but not pro-caspase-12,by western blot analysis in hypothalamus,midbrain,prefrontal cortex and hippocampus of mice.Conclusions This study showed that BICAO-induced ischaemia caused depressive-like behaviours and caspase-8/-9-dependent neural cell apoptosis in several brain regions,including hypothalamus and midbrain of mice.

文摘Photocatalytic water splitting utilizing solar energy is considered as one of the most ideal strategies for solving the ene rgy and environmental issues.Recently,two-dimensional(2 D)materials with an intrinsic dipole show great chance to achieve excellent photocatalytic performance.In this work,blue-phase monolayer carbon monochalcogenides(CX,X=S,Se)are constructed and systematically studied as photocatalysts for water splitting by performing first-principles calculations based on density functional theory.After confirming the great dynamical,thermal,and mechanical stability of CX monolayers,we observe that they possess moderate band gaps(2.41 eV for CS and 2.46 eV for CSe)and high carrier mobility(3.23×10^(4)cm^(2)V^(^(-1))s^(-1)for CS and 4.27×10^(3)cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1)for CSe),comparable to those of many recently reported 2 D photocatalysts.Moreover,these two monolayer materials are found to have large intrinsic dipole(0.43 D for CS and 0.51 D for CSe),thus the build-in internal electric field can be selfintroduced,which can effectively drive the separation of photongenerated carriers.More importantly,the well-aligned band edge as well as rather pronounced optical absorption in the visible-light and ultraviolet regions further ensure that our proposed CX monolayers can be used as high efficient photocatalysts for water splitting.Additionally,the effects of external strain on the electronic,optical and photocatalytic properties of CX monolayers are also evaluated.These theoretical predictions will stimulate further work to open up the energy-related applications of CX monolayers.

文摘Anionomer-type waterborne polyurethane dispersions (PUDs) were obtained from poly (propylene glycol) (PPG), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) through a modified prepolymer isocyanate process. Two series of polyurethanes were prepared (Groups A and B) and a new prediction model based on grey relational analysis is introduced to predict the impact order of raw materials on several properties, such as solids content, viscosity, acid number and electrolytic stability of polyure- thanes. It is found that the model can successfully predict the impact of raw materials on the properties through the designed demonstration experiments. Furthermore, the results of the prediction model show that DMPA plays a key role in viscosity, oartial acid values and electrolvtic stability.

文摘Fiber laser hydrophones have got widespread concems due to the unique advantages and broad application prospects. In this paper, the research results of the eight-element multiplexed fiber laser acoustic pressure array and the interrogation system are introduced, containing low-noise distributed feedback fiber laser (DFB-FL) fabrication, sensitivity enhancement packaging, and interferometric signal demodulation. The frequency response range of the system is 10Hz-10kHz, the laser frequency acoustic pressure sensitivity reaches 115 dB re Hz/Pa, and the equivalent noise acoustic pressure is less than 60μa/Hz^1/2. The dynamic range of the system is greater than 120 dB.

文摘Aim:The aim of this study was to explore the difference between haemorrhagic events among those patients on either aspirin or aspirin plus clopidogrel who were enrolled in the Clopidogrel in High-Risk Patients with Acute Non-disabling Ischemic Cerebrovascular Events(CHANCE)trial.Methods:This was an ad hoc analysis of the CHANCE trial;data on all patients with any haemorrhagic event were reviewed and analysed.Cox proportional hazards regression was used to determine factors association with any bleeding.Results:In the CHANCE trial,there were a total of 101(2%)haemorrhagic events reported from 50 different hospitals.The clopidogrel–aspirin group had 60(2.3%)cases and the aspirin group had 41(1.6%,p=0.09).Moderate or severe haemorrhagic events occurred in 7 patients(0.3%)in the clopidogrel–aspirin group and in 8(0.3%)in the aspirin group(p=0.73).Of 36(0.7%)cases of intracranial haemorrhages,20(0.4%)were in the clopidogrel–aspirin group and 16(0.3%)in the aspirin group.Each group had 8(0.3%)cases of symptomatic haemorrhagic strokes.Other common haemorrhagic events included 24(0.5%)cases of skin bruises,13(0.3%)gastrointestinal haemorrhages,9(0.2%)gum haemorrhages and 8(0.2%)intraocular haemorrhages.Conclusions:There was no overall significant difference in haemorrhagic events(p=0.29),especially in the rate of intracranial haemorrhages between the 2 treatment groups.However,patients enrolled with minor strokes had an increased risk of haemorrhagic events regardless of treatment group,not seen in patients with high-risk transient ischaemic attacks.Being elderly,of male gender and with a history of aspirin or proton pump inhibitor usage were associated with increased risk of haemorrhage.Patients with higher body mass index had lower risk of haemorrhagic events.

文摘Supercapacitors with high energy density and high power density have attracted numerous attentions. Here, we successfully synthesized Ni6MnO8 material by a fast, facile, and cost-effective method, which the area specific capacitance was found to be as high as 1113 mF/cm^2 at a current density of 1 mA/cm^2. Further, the asymmetric supercapacitor was assembled by using Ni6MnO8 as the positive electrode and graphene as the negative electrode with an operation potential from 0 to 1.4 V. It exhibited an area specific capacitance of 69.1m F/cm^2 at 0.5 mA/cm^2 and stable cycling performance which presented about 80% capacitance retention after 5000 cycles at 5 mA/cm^2. The energy density of graphene//Ni6MnO8 supercapacitors was calculated to be 18.81 mWh/cm^2 at a power density of 350.1 mW/cm^2 and still remained 5.8 mWh/cm^2 at a power density of 6990.7 mW/cm^2, meaning that the asymmetric supercapacitor combine excellent power density and energy density.
