文摘目的:观察祛痛抑布颗粒联合西药治疗布鲁氏菌病性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将199例布鲁氏菌病性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组97例给予盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊,0.1 g/次,2次/d,口服;利福平胶囊,0.75~0.9 g/次,1次/d,口服。患者疼痛急性发作期使用解热镇痛等对症治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予自拟祛痛抑布颗粒(药物组成:桂枝、白芍、知母、苍术、黄柏、川牛膝、薏苡仁、羌活、独活、威灵仙、当归、地龙、豨莶草、香附、炙甘草)祛风除湿,活血止痛,1 d 1剂,2次/d,温开水冲服。3周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈55例,好转42例,无效5例,有效率为95.10%(97/102);对照组治愈39例,好转48例,无效10例,有效率为89.69%(87/97)。两组疗效对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组平均住院时间短于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3周后,患者疼痛评分的下降治疗组优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:自拟祛痛抑布颗粒联合西药治疗布鲁氏菌病性关节炎可快速缓解患者症状,缩短平均住院时间,不良反应轻微。
