By using LKB2277 bioactivity monitor, we have studied the effect of Na 2SeO 3 on Bacillus subtilis Growth at two different media and found the antagonism of protein on its toxicity. Low concentration of Na 2SeO 3 has promoting action, and high concentration of Na 2SeO 3 has inhibitory action. Half inhibitory concentration ( IC 50 ) of BPY medium is 4.2×10 -1 g / L, and IC 50 of PD medium is 2.2×10 -2 g / L. 展开更多

目的:观察姜黄素对急性肺栓塞(APE)模型大鼠血小板聚集的影响,并探讨可能机制。方法:70只大鼠随机选10只设为空白对照组,剩余60只建立APE模型,随机分为模型对照组、姜黄素50、100、200 mg/kg组、低分子肝素钙0.01 mL/kg组、姜黄素200 mg... 目的:观察姜黄素对急性肺栓塞(APE)模型大鼠血小板聚集的影响,并探讨可能机制。方法:70只大鼠随机选10只设为空白对照组,剩余60只建立APE模型,随机分为模型对照组、姜黄素50、100、200 mg/kg组、低分子肝素钙0.01 mL/kg组、姜黄素200 mg/kg+抑制剂DAPT 10 mg/kg联合组。以相应药物或生理盐水、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)干预7 d后检测血浆血小板聚集率、血小板活化指数(PRI);检测血小板活化标志物含量;检测血清心肌损伤指标脑钠素(BNP)、肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)含量;Western Blot法检测肺组织NOTCH1、JAGGED1、发状分裂相关增强子1(HES1)蛋白表达。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组血小板聚集率、PRI显著升高,血清CD63、GMP-140、BNP、cTnT含量明显升高,NOTCH1、JAGGED1、HES1蛋白表达显著下调(P<0.01),肺组织严重受损;与模型对照组比较,姜黄素各剂量组血小板聚集率、PRI,血清CD63、血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、BNP、cTnT含量显著降低,肺组织NOTCH1、JAGGED1、HES1蛋白表达显著上调(P<0.05或P<0.01);与姜黄素200 mg/kg组比较,联合组血小板聚集率、PRI,血清CD63、GMP-140、BNP、cTnT水平显著升高、肺组织NOTCH1、JAGGED1、HES1蛋白表达明显下调(P<0.05)。结论:姜黄素可降低APE模型大鼠血小板活化程度,抑制血小板聚集,减轻心肌损伤,且表现为剂量依赖性,推测其作用机制可能与激活NOTCH1/Jagged1信号通路有关。 展开更多
