采用近红外波长790-900nm、功率8到20W的半导体激光器焊接电子元件与传统的软熔技术相比有着更多的优点:可以大幅度减少传到部件上的热量,精确定位点焊,在复杂的几何位置上焊接,还可以一步完成剥线和焊线。由于焊点尺寸小,使得在电路板... 采用近红外波长790-900nm、功率8到20W的半导体激光器焊接电子元件与传统的软熔技术相比有着更多的优点:可以大幅度减少传到部件上的热量,精确定位点焊,在复杂的几何位置上焊接,还可以一步完成剥线和焊线。由于焊点尺寸小,使得在电路板、连接器和柔性印刷电路板上的小部件焊接和电子元件的高密度焊接成为可能;而且,焊点间潜在的架桥现象大为减少。不仅如此,激光器还具有输出功率恒定的能力,这保证了每一个焊点的均匀一致,大大提高了焊接质量及可靠性。 下面介绍的应用实例均使用相干(Coherent)公司生产的30W带光纤半导体激光器系统(FAP—System)。 展开更多

Plants toxic to livestock species have a significantly negative impact on agriculture but can be an important source of bioactive molecules for use in medicine.The initial research on plant toxicity is focused on the response to the poisoning and the specific livestock species impacted by the toxic plant.This research emphasizes the identification of the plant and natural product(s)responsible for the toxicity to livestock,the prevention of further poisonings,and the development of treatments for the affected animals.Once the bioactive molecules impacting the livestock species have been identified,research on these compounds is then focused on determining the mechanism of action,the development of models for further study,and the identification of potential drug candidates for the treatment of disease.Specific examples of the agricultural-based research that are relevant to Human and Veterinary Medicine include:cyclopamine from Veratrum californicum(western false hellebore),piperidine alkaloids fromLupinus species(lupines),and cicutoxin from Cicuta species(water hemlock). 展开更多
