Many studies have already shown that dwarfism and moderate delayed leaf senescence positively impact rice yield,but the underlying molecular mechanism of dwarfism and leaf senescence remains largely unknown.Here,using map-based cloning,we identified an allele of DEP2,DDG1,which controls plant height and leaf senescence in rice.The ddg1 mutant displayed dwarfism,short panicles,and delayed leaf senescence.Compared with the wild-type,ddg1 was insensitive to exogenous gibberellins(GA)and brassinolide(BR).DDG1 is expressed in various organs,especially in stems and panicles.Yeast two-hybrid assay,bimolecular fluorescent complementation and luciferase complementation image assay showed that DDG1 interacts with theα-subunit of the heterotrimeric G protein.Disruption of RGA1 resulted in dwarfism,short panicles,and darker-green leaves.Furthermore,we found that ddg1 and the RGA1 mutant was more sensitive to salt treatment,suggesting that DDG1 and RGA1 are involved in regulating salt stress response in rice.Our results show that DDG1/DEP2 regulates plant height and leaf senescence through interacting with RGA1. 展开更多

目的比较经椎弓根椎体截骨(PSO)与经椎间隙楔形截骨(IWO)对陈旧性胸腰段脊柱后凸畸形患者矢状面平衡重建的效果。方法回顾性分析2011年9月至2016年10月20例行PSO或IWO矫形内固定术的陈旧性胸腰段脊柱后凸畸形患者资料。其中PSO组10例(男... 目的比较经椎弓根椎体截骨(PSO)与经椎间隙楔形截骨(IWO)对陈旧性胸腰段脊柱后凸畸形患者矢状面平衡重建的效果。方法回顾性分析2011年9月至2016年10月20例行PSO或IWO矫形内固定术的陈旧性胸腰段脊柱后凸畸形患者资料。其中PSO组10例(男3例,女7例),年龄为53~68岁,平均Cobb角(37.20±8.71)°;IWO组10例(男2例,女8例),年龄为49~75岁,平均Cobb角(35.07±9.43)°。所有患者随访时间均在1 a以上。测量患者术前、术后及末次随访时矢状面Cobb角、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)及视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果所有患者的矢状面参数(Cobb角、ODI评分、VAS疼痛评分)术前、术后和末次随访相互比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的矢状面参数(Cobb角、ODI评分和VAS疼痛评分)术前、术后及末次随访中比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 PSO和IWO均能有效重建陈旧性胸腰段脊柱后凸畸形的矢状面形态并获得良好的临床效果。 展开更多

LEO satellite communication network has a large number of satellites distributed in low orbits,which leads to multiple coverage of many areas on the ground.It is hard work to describe and evaluate the reliability of LEO satellite communication network.To solve this problem,the reliability of all-user terminals in LEO satellite communication network is defined,and the corresponding reliability evaluation method is proposed in the paper.Due to the large scale of the interstellar network,a modular reduction algorithm using the modular network instead of the original network for state decomposition is proposed in this paper.Case study shows that the calculation time of the proposed method is equivalent to 6.28%of the original state space decomposition algorithm.On this basis,the reliability of LEO satellite communication network is further analyzed.It is found that the reliability of LEO satellite network was more sensitive to the reliability of Inter-Satellite link and the satisfaction of global coverage in the early stage,and it is more sensitive to the reliability of the satellite in the later stage.The satellite-ground link has a relatively constant impact on of LEO satellite network. 展开更多

The marching cube algorithm is currently one of the most popular three-dimensional(3D)reconstruction surface rendering algorithms.It forms cube voxels based on an input image and then uses 15 basic topological configurations to extract isosurfaces from the voxels.The algorithm processes each cube voxel in a traversal-based manner,but it does not consider the relationship between the isosurfaces in adjacent cubes.Owing to ambiguity,the final reconstructed model may have holes.In this paper,we propose a marching cube algorithm based on edge growth.The algorithm first extracts seed triangles,grows these seed triangles,and then reconstructs the entire 3D model.According to the position of the growth edge,we propose 17 topological configurations with isosurfaces.The reconstruction results showed that the algorithm can reconstruct the 3D model well.When only the main contour of the 3D model is required,the algorithm performs well.In addition,when there are multiple scattered parts in the data,the algorithm can extract only the 3D contours of the parts connected to the seed by setting the region selected based on the seed. 展开更多

The effectiveness evaluation of GEO satellite communication constellation not only characterizes the communication capability of the constellation but also provides a basis for optimizing the constellation structure.Whether due to information poverty or the complexity of the system,the impact of uncertain information on the effectiveness evaluation needs to be considered to ensure the accuracy of the evaluation results.To address this issue,this paper develops a model for evaluating the GEO satellite communication constellation’s effectiveness in the context of poor information.Firstly,it analyses the GEO satellite communication constellation plus system based on communication links with an in-depth analysis of the constellation structure.Secondly,an equivalent transfer function algorithm based on the characteristic function and transfer probability is proposed with the help of graphical evaluation and review technique.Then,by analyzing the communication link importance connotation,the algorithm formula of communication link effectiveness and its importance is derived,and the constellation effectiveness and variance are found.Finally,the model constructed in this paper is used to evaluate the effectiveness of a GEO satellite communication constellation,further verifying the accuracy and validity of the model.Through comparative analysis,it is shown that the model can not only solving the effectiveness of the constellation but also analyzing the variation of its effectiveness.It lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis and optimization of the GEO satellite communication constellation effectiveness. 展开更多

Clinical efficacy and significance of serum fibroblast growth factor-21 and ghrelin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

Objective: To treat the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease, to explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of conventional western medicine combined with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue herbs, and to detect the level of serum fibroblast growth factor-21 (FGF-21) and Ghrelin. Changes and significance. Methods: A randomized control method was used to collect 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method: 50 patients separately. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine and basic treatment;the observation group was treated with the addition and subtraction of traditional Chinese medicine formulas on the basis of the control group;the clinical curative effect was evaluated after two months of treatment, and the treatment efficiency and scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were observed in the two groups. Basic laboratory indicators were improved, and serum levels of FGF-21 and Ghrelin in patients were measured and the difference between the results of the tests was compared with the condition and efficacy. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group (86.0%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (68.0%) (P<0.05), suggesting that the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy;before treatment,there is no difference between the two groups of Chinese medicine symptom scores (P>0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05). The observation group was better among the two groups (P<0.05).After treatment, the basic biochemical indicators were improved. The observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05);Serum FGF-21 levels were significantly lower in both groups after treatment (P<0.05), and Ghrelin levels were significantly increased. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of conventional western medicine in combination with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Chinese medicine for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, effectively promote the improvement of symptoms, and can be used in clinical work through serum FGF-21, Ghrelin levels combined detection of the value of Abnormal changes to predict the severity of type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease severity and treatment effect should be widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment. 展开更多

目的观察痛风性关节炎患者第一跖趾关节超微血管成像(superb microvascular imaging,SMI)、萤火虫成像(MicroPure imaging,MI)表现,探讨二者联合对痛风性关节炎的早期诊断价值。方法64例痛风性关节炎患者应用高频线阵探头对第一跖趾关... 目的观察痛风性关节炎患者第一跖趾关节超微血管成像(superb microvascular imaging,SMI)、萤火虫成像(MicroPure imaging,MI)表现,探讨二者联合对痛风性关节炎的早期诊断价值。方法64例痛风性关节炎患者应用高频线阵探头对第一跖趾关节扫查,观察超声声像特征,灰阶超声模式下记录双轨征、痛风石、聚集体、骨侵蚀、微结晶、滑膜增厚、关节积液数目;观察SMI与能量多普勒检出滑膜血流分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级关节数,比较二者滑膜血流显示率;比较灰阶超声及MI微结晶显示率。结果SMI检出滑膜血流分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级关节数54个,能量多普勒检出滑膜血流分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级关节数39个,SMI滑膜血流显示率(84.38%)高于能量多普勒(60.94%)(χ^(2)=12.480,P=0.006)。MI微结晶显示率(76.56%)高于灰阶超声(43.75%)(χ^(2)=14.374,P<0.001)。结论SMI易发现早期微血流及滑膜炎症情况,MI可检出微结晶,二者联合检查有助于痛风性关节炎早期诊断。 展开更多

Based on the Mg^(2+)complexation with acid chrome blue K(ACBK)at pH 10.2,an automatic system was designed to determine total hardness of water.The system consists of a vector colorimeter,a multi-channel sampling pump and both reagents A and B.Two kinds of reagent solutions were prepared and used in this system,i.e.,ammoniacal buffer and ACBK—disodium magnesium EDTA solutions.The experimental results of the standard solutions containing 2 and 3 mg/L of total hardness showed that the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were 1.9%and 2.2%,respectively,and the limit of detection(LOD)was only 0.035 mg/L.The detection of four natural water samples showed that the recoveries were between 85.0%and 108.6%,consistent with those obtained by ICP-AES method. 展开更多

Relationship between Science Teaching Practices and Students’Achievement in Singapore,Chinese Taipei,and the US:An Analysis Using TIMSS 2011 Data 被引量:1

The assumption that inquiry-based instruction is more effective in influencing student science achievement than traditional didactic teaching has been the driving force of science education reform in recent decades and in many countries.However,the empirical relationship between these two kinds of science teaching and student science performance is not soundly established,which is worth a careful examination.Framed through the theoretical perspectives of inquiry-based instruction and culturally relevant pedagogy,using a two-level hierarchical linear modeling(HLM)approach and simultaneous multiple regression,this study examines the above relationship using the Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study(TIMSS)20118th grade dataset from Singapore,Chinese Taipei,and the US.The study found that for the low-performing students,none of the inquiry-based teaching practice items measured had a significant relationship with the science achievements at any performance levels of students in any country/region except for the case of two inquiry-based teaching practice items that were positively related to Chinese Taipei students’achievements.No didactic teaching practice items were associated with the Singapore students’science achievement,three of these practice items were found negatively related to Chinese Taipei students’science achievement,and one traditional didactic teaching practice was negatively related to the science achievement of U.S.students.However,for medium-and high-performing students,none of these inquiry-based or traditional didactic science-teaching practices were found to be positive predictors of science performance in all three countries/regions.However,in the case of Chinese Taipei,one didactic teaching practice item was negatively related with the medium level performing students’achievement and two didactic teaching practices were found to hinder high-performing students’science achievements. 展开更多
