The development of lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)is restricted by their poor cycle stability and rate performance due to the low conductivity of sulfur and severe shuttle effect.Herein,an N,O co-doped graphene layered...The development of lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)is restricted by their poor cycle stability and rate performance due to the low conductivity of sulfur and severe shuttle effect.Herein,an N,O co-doped graphene layered block(NOGB)with many dents on the graphene sheets is designed as effective sulfur host for high-performance LSB s.The sulfur platelets are physically confined into the dents and closely contacted with the graphene scaffold,ensuring structural stability and high conductivity.The highly doped N and O atoms can prevent the shuttle effect of sulfur species by strong chemical adsorption.Moreover,the micropores on the graphene sheets enable fast Li^+transport through the blocks.As a result,the obtained NOGB/S composite with 76 wt%sulfur content shows a high capacity of 1413 mAh g^-1 at 0.1 C,good rate performance of 433 mAh g^-1 at 10 C,and remarkable stability with 526 mAh g^-1 at after 1000 cycles at 1 C(average decay rate:0.038%per cycle).Our design provides a comprehensive route for simultaneously improving the conductivity,ion transport kinetics,and preventing the shuttle effect in LSBs.展开更多
目的:分析577nm微脉冲激光(SML)光凝联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)患者玻璃体切除术后发生糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2019-01/2021-06就诊于我院经玻璃体切除治疗的PDR患者,术后发生...目的:分析577nm微脉冲激光(SML)光凝联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)患者玻璃体切除术后发生糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2019-01/2021-06就诊于我院经玻璃体切除治疗的PDR患者,术后发生DME患者29例30眼。根据治疗方式不同分为两组,单纯注射组患者14例14眼行玻璃体腔注射康柏西普,联合治疗组患者15例16眼行黄斑区577nm微脉冲激光光凝联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗6、12mo最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(CMT)的变化,以及治疗前、治疗12mo多焦视网膜电流图(mfERG)的变化。结果:两组患者治疗6、12mo BCVA(LogMAR)均较术前改善,CMT均较术前下降(均P<0.001)。单纯注射组治疗前及治疗6、12mo BCVA(LogMAR)、CMT与联合治疗组比较均无差异(均P>0.05)。治疗12mo单纯注射组较联合治疗组振幅略低(23.02±3.13 vs 26.50±3.33μV/deg2),潜伏期延长(38.75±1.62 vs 34.21±3.06ms)(均P≤0.001)。随访12mo,单纯注射组注射康柏西普8.14±1.46次,联合治疗组5.05±1.51次(P<0.05)。结论:577nm微脉冲激光光凝联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普可有效缓解玻璃体切除术后DME患者的黄斑水肿、提高BCVA,并能改善黄斑区视功能,有效减少康柏西普注射次数。展开更多

The ion velocity distribution function(IVDF), the maximum ion energy and ion flux d...The effect of radio-frequency substrate bias on ion properties and sputtering behavior of 2 MHz magnetron discharge was investigated. The ion velocity distribution function(IVDF), the maximum ion energy and ion flux density were measured at the substrate by a retarding field energy analyzer. The sputtering behavior was investigated by the electric characteristics of target and bias discharges using voltage–current probe technique. It was found that the substrate bias led to the decrease of sputtering power, voltage and current with the amplitude <7.5%. The substrate bias also led to the broadening of IVDFs and the increase of ion flux density, made the energy divergent of ions impacting the substrate. This effect was further enhanced by increasing bias power and reducing discharge pressure.展开更多

Western b...AIM: To investigate the activation of autophagy in rat retina after optic nerve crush(ONC) and evaluate its relationship with apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells(RGCs).METHODS: The ONC model was established. Western blots were performed to investigate expression of p62, LC3 and Beclin-1. Transmission electron microscopy was performed to discover the autophagosomes in the retina after ONC. Immunohistochemistry was used to confirm the distribution of LC3. TUNEL was performed to confirm the relationship between autophagy and RGC apoptosis. RESULTS: p62/Beclin-1 ratio was declined shortly after ONC until to day 7 after ONC and then restored to a normal level at day 21. There was an opposite change in the LC3-II/LC3 I ratio in the retina compared to the p62/Beclin-1 ratio. Increased autophagosomes were found after ONC using transmission electron microscopy, and most of the LC3-stained cells were colocalized with RGCs and Müller cells. More LC3-immunoreactive cells and apoptotic RGCs were found on day 7 following ONC. CONCLUSION: Possible activation of autophagy in RGCs after ONC;autophagy mainly occurred in RGCs and Müller cells, and the apoptosis of RGCs after ONC may be partly associated with autophagic activation.展开更多

We investigate the effects of binaries on the cluster age determination for 561 open clusters in the Galactic disk via the Bayesian statistical framework.Stellar properties of these star clusters,including age,metalli...We investigate the effects of binaries on the cluster age determination for 561 open clusters in the Galactic disk via the Bayesian statistical framework.Stellar properties of these star clusters,including age,metallicity,distance modulus,color excess,binary fraction,and rotating star fraction,are derived from color–magnitude-diagrams(CMDs)via isochrone fitting to high-precision Gaia EDR3 data.Across the simple stellar population of binary and single-star,age differences can be found with the same star cluster.A Bayesian applied regression modeling software,Stan,is employed to explore how much binaries affect the age determination of open clusters.Our results present less statistically significant difference between the binary-star simple populations(bs SSPs)and the singlestar simple populations(ss SSPs)for cluster age determination.For all clusters in our sample,the ages estimated using the bs SSPs models are younger than those estimated using the ss SSPs,with a mean value of~70 Myr.However,it is found that for 52.5%clusters in our sample,ages are relatively sensitive to the presence of binaries,at least~25%younger.This suggests that in studies of open cluster age determinations,the effects of binary interactions on the whole sample are not prominent,but its effects on some clusters should still be included as an essential ingredient.展开更多
BACKGROUND Intermediate coronary lesions(ICLs)are highly prevalent but ported mixed prognosis.Radial strain has been associated with plaque vulnerability,yet its role in predicting lesion progression is largely unknow...BACKGROUND Intermediate coronary lesions(ICLs)are highly prevalent but ported mixed prognosis.Radial strain has been associated with plaque vulnerability,yet its role in predicting lesion progression is largely unknown.The purpose of this study was to determine the predictive value of angiography-derived radial wall strain(RWS)for progression of untreated non-culprit ICLs.METHODS Post-hoc analysis was conducted in a study cohort including 603 consecutive patients with 808 ICLs identified at index procedure with angiographic follow-up of up to two years.RWS analysis was performed on selected angiographic frames with minimal foreshortening and vessel overlap.Lesion progression was defined as≥20%increase in percent diameter stenosis.RESULTS Lesion progression occurred in 49 ICLs(6.1%)with a median follow-up period of 16.8 months.Maximal RWS(RWSmax),frequently located at the proximal and throat plaque regions,distinguished progressive ICLs from silent ones.The largest area under the curve value of 0.75(95%CI:0.67–0.82,P<0.001)was reached at the optimal RWSmax cutoff value of>12.6%.According to this threshold,178 ICLs were classified as having a high strain pattern.Exposure to a high strain amplitude with RWS_(max)>12.6%was independently associated with an increased risk of lesion progression(adjusted HR=6.82,95%CI:3.67–12.66,P<0.001).CONCLUSIONS Assessment of RWS from coronary angiography is feasible and provides independent prognostic value in patients with untreated ICLs.展开更多
Metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)with redox-active metal sites and controllable crystalline structures make it possible to access the merits of highly-efficient electrode materials in electrochemical energy storage syst...Metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)with redox-active metal sites and controllable crystalline structures make it possible to access the merits of highly-efficient electrode materials in electrochemical energy storage systems.However,most MOFs suffer from low capacitance and poor cycling stability that largely thwart their application.Herein,we present the holey graphene oxide(HGO)template strategy to prepare nano two-dimensional Ni(BDC)with HGO as both template and capping agent(denoted as Ni(BDC)-HGOx,x=10,20,30,and 40 according to the added HGO amount).Structural analyses reveal that HGO can significantly inhibit the Ni(BDC)agglomeration,thus offering a high ion-accessible surface area.Ni(BDC)-HGO30 with well-exposed active sites exhibits a high capacitance of 1,115.6 F·g^(−1) at 1 A·g^(−1) in 6 M KOH aqueous,1.8 times that of bulk Ni(BDC).An asymmetric supercapacitor with Ni(BDC)-HGO30 as a positive electrode and activated carbon as the opposing electrode delivers an energy density of 52.5 W·h·kg^(−1) and a power density up to 18.0 kW·kg−1,with 92.5%capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles.Galvanostatic intermittent titration technique and in situ electrochemical–Raman measurements were exploited to elucidate the electrochemical behavior of Ni(BDC)-HGO30.These results pave the way for the development of rationally tuned MOF materials for enhancing supercapacitor performances.展开更多
