为实现磁流变阻尼器驱动的智能车辆悬架设计,在大范围驱动电流和谐波激励条件(频率和幅度)下,对一MR阻尼器进行了大量的阻尼力速度(f-v)特性测试实验研究.应用提出的不对称阻尼力产生(ADFG)算法,由该对称型阻尼器产生不对称的延伸和压... 为实现磁流变阻尼器驱动的智能车辆悬架设计,在大范围驱动电流和谐波激励条件(频率和幅度)下,对一MR阻尼器进行了大量的阻尼力速度(f-v)特性测试实验研究.应用提出的不对称阻尼力产生(ADFG)算法,由该对称型阻尼器产生不对称的延伸和压缩阻尼力,并应用提出的通用模型来描述对称和不对称滞环f-v特性.测试数据用来对模型参数进行辨识,并将模型计算结果与测试数据进行比较来验证所提模型的正确性.表明模型计算结果与测试数据在任意的激励条件和控制电流下均具有很好的一致性,因此证明所提出的ADFG算法可作为一基本的控制算法来实现从对称型MR阻尼器设计产生不对称f-v特性. 展开更多

A generalized model is synthesized to characterize the asymmetric hysteresisforce-velocity (F-v) properties of the magneto-rheological (MR) fluids damper. The model isrepresented as a function of the command current, excitation frequency, and displacement amplitude,based on the symmetric and asymmetric sigmoid functions. The symmetric hysteresis damping propertiesof the controllable MR-damper and properties of the conventional passive hydraulic damper can alsobe described by the proposed model. The validity of the model is verified by experiments, which showthat the results calculated from the model are consistent with the measured data. In addition, itis shown that the model applies to a wide vibration frequency range. The proposed model haspotential application in vehicle suspension design employing the symmetry MR-damper, and also indeveloping the asymmetry MR-damper especially for the vehicle suspension attenuation. 展开更多

Adaptive control of a flexible beam system preceded by an unknown dead-zonein the driving motor is investigated in state space form. By introducing an important lemma forsimplifying error equation between the flexible beam model and the matching reference model, arobust adaptive control scheme is developed by involving the dead-zone inverse terms. The newadaptive control law ensures global stability of the entire system and achieves desired trackingprecision even when the slopes of the dead-zone are not equal. Simulations performed on a typicalflexible beam system illustrate and clarify the validity of this approach. 展开更多
