Solubilization ca...The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ionization of drug on drug solubilization in SMEDDS(self-microemulsifying drug delivery system) prepared using Capmul MCM and caprylic acid. Solubilization capacity of blank SMEDDS dispersions for danazol,indomethacin and haloperidol as model drugs was determined. Based on the outcomes of solubilization capacity study, drug-loaded SMEDDS formulations were prepared and subjected to dispersion/precipitation study and droplet size analysis. Blank SMEDDS dispersions exhibited the highest solubilization capacity for haloperidol followed by indomethacin and danazol. Furthermore, the solubilization of the three drugs in blank SMEDDS dispersions was explained by a modified mathematical model. Dispersion/precipitation studies indicate that drug-loaded SMEDDS formulations exhibited superiority in solubilizing the drugs in comparison to their respective drug powder. In addition, indomethacin and haloperidol were found to reduce the droplet size of the microemulsions while danazol did not affect droplet size formation for drug-loaded SMEDDS formulations. These findings suggest that ionization of drug affects drug solubilization, droplet size formation, drug loading and drug dispersion/precipitation profiles for the SMEDDS formulations.展开更多
The movement of the floating connecting mechanism between a hydraulic support and scraper conveyor is space movement;thus,when the hydraulic support pushes the scraper conveyor,there is an error between the actual dis...The movement of the floating connecting mechanism between a hydraulic support and scraper conveyor is space movement;thus,when the hydraulic support pushes the scraper conveyor,there is an error between the actual distance of the scraper conveyor and the theoretical moving distance.As a result,the scraper conveyor cannot obtain the straightness requirement.Therefore,the movement law of the floating connecting mechanism between the hydraulic support and scraper conveyor is analyzed and programmed into the Unity3D to realize accurate pushing of the scraper conveyor via hydraulic support.The Coal Seam?Equipment Joint Virtual Straightening System is established,and a straightening method based on the motion law of a floating connection is proposed as the default method of the system.In addition,a straightening simulation of the scraper conveyor was performed on a complex coal seam floor,the results demonstrate that the average straightening error of the scraper conveyor is within 2-8 mm,and is in direct proportion to the fluctuation of the coal seam floor in the strike of the seam with high accuracy,the straightness of scraper conveyor is more affected by the subsidence terrain during straightening than by the bulge terrain.And some conclusions are verified by experiment.Based on the verification of the relevant conclusions,a comparison and analysis of Longwall Automation Steering Committee(LASC)straightening technology and default straightening method in the simulation system shows that the straightness accuracy of LASC straightening technology under complex floor conditions is slightly less than that of the default straightening method in the proposed system.展开更多

However, as comparing to well-studied aromatic aldehydes, fewer examples for catalytic decarbonylation of aliphatic aldehydes were reported, mainly on simple or special substrates.For α-bulky or highly functionalized ones, stoichiometric Rh(I) were usually required for decent yields.Herein, we present a rare example of Ir(I)-catalyzed direct decarbonylation of α-quaternary aldehydes with broad substrate scope and good functional group compatibility via judicious selection of ligand. Theα-chirality is memorized in this decarbonylation process. In addition, we report a broad-spectrum decarbonylation of α-secondary and α-tertiary aldehydes containing multifunctional groups with an improved Rh(I)/DPPP recipe. Finally, we realized selective decarbonylation of α-tertiary aldehydes in the presence of α-quaternary one via the reactivity differences.展开更多
