Recent studies have evidenced that the anatomical structure now known as the myodural bridge(MDB)connects the suboccipital musculature to the cervical spinal dura mater(SDM).In humans,the MDB passes through both the posterior atlanto-occipital and the posterior atlanto-axial interspaces.The existence of the MDB in various mammals,including flying birds(Rock pigeons and Gallus domesticus)has been previously validated.Gentoo penguins are the world's fastest diving birds.The present study was therefore carried out to investigate the existence and characteristics of the MDB in Gentoo penguin,a non-flying,marine bird that can dive.For this study,six Gentoo penguin specimens were dissected to observe the existence and composition of their MDB. 展开更多

The myodural bridge(MDB)is a connection between the suboccipital muscles and cervical dura mater in the posterior atlanto occipital interspace found in mammals.Specifically,we focused on the Gloydius Shedaoensis,a species of Agkistrodon that only found on Shedao Island located in the southeastern sea of Dalian City in China.Six head and neck up to the sixth vertebra(V6)cadavers of Gloydius Shedaoensis were examined in this study.Three were used for anatomical dissection and the remaining three were used for histological analysis.The spinalis muscle originated from the posterior edge of the supraoccipital bones and the dorsal facet of exocciput,extended on both sides of the spinous process covering the spine,merging with semispinalis muscle. 展开更多

目的分析癫痫敏感形成期海马齿状回颗粒细胞和CA1区锥体细胞树突棘的可塑性变化特征,探讨树突可塑性在神经环路重组形态学机制中的作用。方法本研究采用SD大鼠颈部皮下注射海人酸[KA,10mg/(2mL·kg)]癫痫模型,对照组注射生理盐水。2... 目的分析癫痫敏感形成期海马齿状回颗粒细胞和CA1区锥体细胞树突棘的可塑性变化特征,探讨树突可塑性在神经环路重组形态学机制中的作用。方法本研究采用SD大鼠颈部皮下注射海人酸[KA,10mg/(2mL·kg)]癫痫模型,对照组注射生理盐水。24只动物随机分成正常对照组(NS组)、癫痫发作3d组(KA3d组)和癫痫发作7d组(KA7d组)。癫痫动物发作达4级为造模成功,鼠脑经高尔基染色和火棉胶包埋与切片,在光镜水平检测海马齿状回分子层和CA1腔隙层树突棘的形态和密度。结果KA3d组齿状回分子层内带和外带树突棘密度分别为(26.8±4.06)个/50μm和(29.1±4.40)个/50μm,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);KA7d组分别为(30.7±6.78)个/50μm和(32.8±8.59)个/50μm,显著高于KA3d组(P<0.05),其中KA3d和KA7d组无颈短棘密度均明显高于对照组,相反,KA3d组分子层内带有颈长棘密度未见显著变化,但其平均长度明显下降。KA7d组分子层内、外带有颈长棘密度明显高于对照组和KA3d组。齿状回分子层内带和外带的比较分析发现KA3d组齿状回分子层内带树突棘密度明显低于外带树突棘密度。KA7d组内、外带树突棘密度无明显差别,但外带的有颈长棘密度以及其在树突总数中的比例均显著高于内带。在海马CA1区腔隙层,KA3d组树突棘密度为(0.79±0.278)个/μm出现下降趋势,KA7d组树突棘密度为(0.69±0.313)个/μm明显低于对照组和KA3d组(P<0.05)。结论海马结构内树突棘可塑性变化可能参与了癫痫敏感性形成的形态学机制。 展开更多

目的研究生物塑化技术在眼眶解剖教学中的应用。方法选择2018年9月至10月学习眼科学课程的大连医科大学2015级五年制临床医学专业216名学生和2016年9月至2018年9月在大连医科大学附属第二医院眼科进行住院医师规范化培训的52名住院医师... 目的研究生物塑化技术在眼眶解剖教学中的应用。方法选择2018年9月至10月学习眼科学课程的大连医科大学2015级五年制临床医学专业216名学生和2016年9月至2018年9月在大连医科大学附属第二医院眼科进行住院医师规范化培训的52名住院医师为研究对象,将学生和住院医师分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用生物塑化标本教学,对照组采用普通标本教学。教学结束后对两组进行考核,同时采用自制问卷调查教学效果。结果学生中试验组眼眶解剖考试成绩为(79.68±8.84)分,对照组为(62.28±12.64)分;住院医师中试验组眼眶解剖考试成绩为(81.25±4.27)分,对照组为(71.50±7.07)分,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。学生中试验组教学效果的评分为(89.19±5.60)分,对照组为(71.48±5.60)分;住院医师中中试验组教学效果的评分为(94.82±2.95)分,对照组为(80.13±5.80)分,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论相对于普通标本,生物塑化标本能够让学生和住院医师更加直观地理解复杂的眼眶解剖结构,从而提高眼眶解剖教学效果。 展开更多
