Geneticdivergenceanalysiswasconductedbasedonperformanceof12quantitativetraitsin85sunflowerinbredlines,tostudyitseffectivenessinpredictingyieldheterosisofthe72hybridsfromthem.Resultsshowedthatlinearregressionmodelfittherelationshipbetweenheterosisofseedoilcontentandgeneticdistance,andquadraticregressionequationtherelationshipbetweengrainyieldheterosisandgeneticdistance,whichcanbeusedinpredictingheterosisfromtheparentperformances.Clusteranalysiswaseffectivetocertainextent,butitsutilizationshouldbelimited.Grainyieldandoilcontentcanbeimprovedsimutaneouslyaccordingtotherelationsbetweengeneticdivergenceandtheheterosisofthesetwotraits. 展开更多
