Due to their location, clinicians often confuse AMF with Bartholin’s cyst or perineal hernia. Radiological evaluation is performed to rule out perineal hernia and invasive neoplasm. Like other benign mesenchymal tumors of vulva, AMF shows indolent behavior and rarely recurs after complete surgical excision. 展开更多
