在三维地质建模领域,研究人员更重视建模的方法和流程,而忽略了模型的定量评价。如果把评价范围缩小至同一油气藏类型,定量评价的可比性和实用性就会显现。研究认为,定量评价体系应包括资料验证、地质认识及过程检查这3个部分。资料验... 在三维地质建模领域,研究人员更重视建模的方法和流程,而忽略了模型的定量评价。如果把评价范围缩小至同一油气藏类型,定量评价的可比性和实用性就会显现。研究认为,定量评价体系应包括资料验证、地质认识及过程检查这3个部分。资料验证主要是根据实际资料验证模型局部预测是否准确,地质认识主要是验证模型全局预测是否符合地质规律和前期认识,两者是从不同的角度对结果进行的定量验证,互为补充,是定量评价的重点;过程检查是为了避免偶然性。以复杂断块砂岩油藏为例,在征集业内专家意见的基础上,提炼并建立三维地质模型多参数定量评价标准,共选取13个特征参数,按重要性设置权重,按百分制确定各特征参数高、中、低三级评价标准,根据累积得分得出评价结论。评价结果表明,按此标准,既能客观、全面地评价模型质量,还能根据扣分项指出模型有待改进和提升的方面。 展开更多

A coupling model is proposed in this paper by using the Green Function and Newman's product principle, and the solution method is provided here as well. This model can be used to describe the reservoir inflow and wellbore flow for fishbone wells in an unsteady flow or pseudo-steady flow state. A case study indicates that the bottom hole pressure declines quickly in the unsteady flow period which is very short. The pressure drop per unit time remains unchanged under the pseudo-steady flow conditions. The distribution of flow rate along the main wellbore shows a wave shape under the unsteady flow condition, and the flow rate distribution in each branch is similar. The flow rate distribution along the main wellbore is irregular "U" shaped under the pseudo-steady flow condition, and the space-symmetrical branches have the same flow distribution pattern. In the initial production period, the flow rate increases significantly as the length of branches and the angle between branches and the main wellbore increase. As the production continues, the length and angle of branches have only a slight effect on the flow in fishbone wells. 展开更多

In the field of 3 D geologic modeling, researchers often pay more attention to modeling methods and workflows, but neglect the quantitative evaluation of models. If the evaluation is narrowed to the same reservoir type, the comparability and practicality of quantitative assessment will be emerging. The evaluation system should include three parts: data verification, geological understanding and process check. Data verification mainly involves testing the accuracy of local prediction with actual data, and geological understanding is to examine whether the global estimation honors geological principles and prior insights. Process check is also indispensable to avoid occasionality. To this end, we produced a set of assessment criteria, taking complex fault-block sandstone oil reservoir as an example. To be specific, thirteen characteristic parameters were totally selected, setting weights according to their rated importance, formulating three-level evaluation standards in a centesimal system for each characteristic parameter, and obtaining the final assessment based on the cumulative score. The results indicate that such evaluation can not only access the quality of the model objectively and comprehensively, but also identify the aspects in need of improvement through the deduction items. 展开更多

目的:基于网络药理学方法研究益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用机制。方法:使用中药系统药理学数据库(TCMSP)获取益胃汤药物活性成分,通过Swiss Target Prediction平台预测药物活性成分的潜在靶点,并检索OMIM、Gene Cards两大疾病靶点数... 目的:基于网络药理学方法研究益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用机制。方法:使用中药系统药理学数据库(TCMSP)获取益胃汤药物活性成分,通过Swiss Target Prediction平台预测药物活性成分的潜在靶点,并检索OMIM、Gene Cards两大疾病靶点数据库,然后获得益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用靶点。使用String数据库和Cytoscape3.2.1软件构建PPI网络,选出degree值排名前10的作用靶点。通过Metascape平台对益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用靶点进行KEGG通路分析。结果:从益胃汤中得到13个药物活性成分,62个与益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎相关的作用靶点。KEGG通路富集分析结果显示益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎作用机制涉及PI3K-Akt信号通路、ERBB信号通路、EGFR酪氨酸激酶抑制剂耐药,雌激素信号通路等信号通路。结论:益胃汤通过“多成分-多靶点-多通路”模式对慢性萎缩性胃炎发挥着治疗作用。 展开更多

基于井震联合逐级约束的沉积微相展布刻画——以鄂尔多斯盆地锦72井区盒1段H1-2小层为例

鄂尔多斯盆地北部杭锦旗锦72井区具有巨大开发潜力,但该地区基础地质研究相对薄弱。为明确该区主要目的层盒1段层序地层与沉积特征,精细描述开发小层的沉积微相展布,利用岩心、测录井、地震等资料,观察目的层岩心以确定沉积环境和沉积... 鄂尔多斯盆地北部杭锦旗锦72井区具有巨大开发潜力,但该地区基础地质研究相对薄弱。为明确该区主要目的层盒1段层序地层与沉积特征,精细描述开发小层的沉积微相展布,利用岩心、测录井、地震等资料,观察目的层岩心以确定沉积环境和沉积微相类型,进一步分析取心段的测井曲线和地球物理属性特征,通过岩心—测井—地震紧密结合,相互标定,建立了层序界面和沉积微相的地震综合响应模式,划分了太原组—下石盒子组小层,分析了下石盒子组1段沉积微相特征,重点精细刻画了H1-2小层沉积微相平面展布。研究区下石盒子组1段厚度约为60 m,可划分为4个小层,各小层厚度稳定,结合岩相标志、相序特征、砂体纵横展布等分析,综合认为沉积类型属于辫状河道。基于小层精细划分结果,利用地球物理属性切片技术,井震联合、逐级约束,有效刻画了以小层为单元的辫状河微相边界。盒1段H1-2小层在平面上发育约6条辫状河道,河道宽度为2~7 km,呈近南北向长条带状分布。研究结果可进一步为小层储层分析和选区评价提供约束框架。 展开更多
