为了探究酵母菌、双歧杆菌分段发酵对大麦苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及抗氧化活性的影响,研究了酵母菌、双歧杆菌组合发酵大麦苗的工艺及抗氧化活性的变化,以满足市场对大麦苗的需求,提升其经济效益和应用价值。以大麦苗粉为主要原料,SOD活... 为了探究酵母菌、双歧杆菌分段发酵对大麦苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及抗氧化活性的影响,研究了酵母菌、双歧杆菌组合发酵大麦苗的工艺及抗氧化活性的变化,以满足市场对大麦苗的需求,提升其经济效益和应用价值。以大麦苗粉为主要原料,SOD活力为评价指标,通过单因素和正交试验,优化酵母菌发酵的工艺参数;再接种双歧杆菌,进行厌氧发酵,并研究最佳发酵工艺参数,最后对样品的抗氧化活性进行了研究。结果显示:酵母菌添加量对大麦苗的SOD活力影响最显著,其次为发酵时间;酵母菌发酵的最优工艺组合为:D-阿洛酮糖添加量6%,酵母菌接种量0.85%,发酵温度30℃,发酵时间28 h,制成的麦苗酵素SOD活力最高,为76.9 U/mL。双歧杆菌发酵的最优工艺条件为:接种1.5%双歧杆菌,发酵温度37℃,发酵24 h,此条件下样品的双歧杆菌浓度和可滴定酸含量指标最佳。经酵母菌和双歧杆菌发酵后,大麦苗样品的总酚含量、羟基自由基清除率比对照组(未发酵的大麦苗液)提高了81.63%和109.03%,显示了较好的抗氧化活性。上述结果表明:酵母菌、双歧杆菌分段发酵可提高大麦苗的抗氧化活性。 展开更多

试验旨在制备穿心莲改性蒙脱石,探究其抑菌作用效果。在超声波辅助条件下,乙醇提取穿心莲内酯,与不同类型蒙脱石进行结合,离心分离制备穿心莲改性蒙脱石,采用傅里叶红外光谱等仪器表征其分子结构,并测定其对大肠杆菌抑菌作用的影响。结... 试验旨在制备穿心莲改性蒙脱石,探究其抑菌作用效果。在超声波辅助条件下,乙醇提取穿心莲内酯,与不同类型蒙脱石进行结合,离心分离制备穿心莲改性蒙脱石,采用傅里叶红外光谱等仪器表征其分子结构,并测定其对大肠杆菌抑菌作用的影响。结果显示,穿心莲改性蒙脱石制备的最佳条件是聚乙二醇PEG1000改性蒙脱石与穿心莲提取物质量比5∶2,在60℃、pH值10.0时反应2 h。通过表征分析,穿心莲内酯被成功吸附到蒙脱石分子结构中。改性蒙脱石对穿心莲内酯最大吸附量为10.33 mg/g,1 g/L的穿心莲改性蒙脱石对大肠杆菌的吸附率达到27.56%。200 g/L穿心莲改性蒙脱石在第6、8 h可以显著提高细菌漏出率与菌液电导率(P<0.05)。研究表明,穿心莲内酯与PEG改性蒙脱石结合可以提高对大肠杆菌抑菌效果,促进菌体裂解。 展开更多

In this paper, both systolic and diastolic cardiac functions were cvaluatcd in 54 lead exposed and 24 non-exposed workers by Doppler cchocardiography. With regard to systolic cardiac function, the results suggested that cardiac systolic function increased in exposed groups as a compensatory response for the effecl of lead on myocardium. To study left ventriculaf diastolic function, 2.5 MHz pulsed Doppler analyses of transmitral flow velocity were performed from apical four-chamber view. The results showed that timerelated parameters were comparable among all groups, but blood flow velocity through the mitral valve and Doppler area fractions changed significantly in lead-exposed groups as cvidenced by increased value A, decreased value E and E/A ratio. The decrease of diastolic cardiac function was more significant in lead intoxication group. It was also observed in this study that the activity in serum of thc MB isoenzyme of creatine phosphokinase (CPK-MB), one of the indices of myocardial damage, was significantly highcr in exposed group than that in control (P (0.05), and a positive correlation was found between CPK-MB activity and Pb-B. It denoted that the inereasing of lead burden leads to more release of CPK-MB from the myocardial cells and suggested the existence of slight myocardial damage, which, conceivably, might cause harm to diastolic cardiac function 展开更多
