Results indicated that the Daphnia magna was very sensitive to pesticides. A case of A. moniliformis, with heavyinfection caused by nymphal pentastomids and possessing the clinical symptoms of chronic fever andabdominal pain, was admitted to the children 's hospital in Hangzhou, China.
