60 t/h煤粉预热燃烧锅炉宽负荷运行特性研究

为满足国家“双碳”目标下煤炭清洁高效利用领域的迫切需求,在工业锅炉、电站锅炉等领域开发了煤粉预热燃烧技术。煤粉先进入流态化预热燃烧器中高温改性,再进入锅炉炉膛分级配风燃烧,从而实现了煤高效、低氮燃烧,并在1台60 t/h煤粉锅... 为满足国家“双碳”目标下煤炭清洁高效利用领域的迫切需求,在工业锅炉、电站锅炉等领域开发了煤粉预热燃烧技术。煤粉先进入流态化预热燃烧器中高温改性,再进入锅炉炉膛分级配风燃烧,从而实现了煤高效、低氮燃烧,并在1台60 t/h煤粉锅炉上进行了技术验证。锅炉侧墙对冲布置了2只预热燃烧器,单只预热燃烧器设计热功率为26 MW,以烟煤为原料,在10%~100%负荷范围开展了6个不同负荷的锅炉运行特性和NOx排放特性试验研究,结果表明:该锅炉在各负荷下运行状态稳定、良好,无助燃条件下实现了10%超低负荷稳定运行;预热燃烧器各参数合理、循环状态稳定,满足锅炉宽负荷的运行要求;负荷下锅炉燃烧效率均在97%以上,10%、20%负荷下锅炉热效率大于85%,30%及以上负荷锅炉热效率均在90%以上;通过调整配风,锅炉各负荷下NO_(x)原始排放均低于50mg/m^(3)(φ(O2)=9%)。60 t/h煤粉预热燃烧锅炉的成功示范,为煤粉高效清洁灵活燃烧技术的发展和应用提供了重要支撑。 展开更多

60 t/h预热燃烧锅炉纯燃热解半焦试验

我国低阶煤储量丰富,以热解为龙头的低阶煤梯级利用技术快速发展,其热解产生大量半焦,占原料煤质量的50%~70%,所含能量占原煤的80%左右,然而因半焦挥发分低,燃烧过程中存在着火稳定性差、燃尽难和NO_(x)排放水平高等问题,制约半焦燃烧... 我国低阶煤储量丰富,以热解为龙头的低阶煤梯级利用技术快速发展,其热解产生大量半焦,占原料煤质量的50%~70%,所含能量占原煤的80%左右,然而因半焦挥发分低,燃烧过程中存在着火稳定性差、燃尽难和NO_(x)排放水平高等问题,制约半焦燃烧利用。预热燃烧技术能较好解决上述问题,燃料首先在预热燃烧器中进行高温热改性,由一元固体燃料转化为二元高温气、固混合燃料,再送入锅炉炉膛进行高效、低氮燃烧,已在2 MW试验平台上开展了相关中试验证。为进一步验证技术效果,在一台60 t/h现役煤粉锅炉上开展了不同中、高负荷条件下纯燃半焦运行特性、NO_(x)排放特性试验,该锅炉配备了2个对冲布置的预热燃烧器。试验结果表明:热解半焦在50%~90%锅炉负荷下运行状态稳定、良好,炉膛温度分布合理;26 MW_(th)预热燃烧器各参数合理、循环状态稳定、对称性好;经预热后热解半焦在各负荷下锅炉燃烧和热效率均分别在98%、92.5%以上,实现了高效燃烧;通过调整配风,锅炉各负荷下NO_(x)原始排放均低于200 mg/m3(φ(O2)=6%),低氮燃烧效果显著。试验结果为纯燃半焦预热燃烧锅炉的设计与工程放大提供重要支撑,可直接为对冲锅炉应用提供理论数据参考。 展开更多

Mercury pollution has caused severe damage to environment and great attention has been paid to its control. Phytoremediation may become one of the most efficient measures to recover the polluted soil since it is economical, highly efficient and friendly to environment. In this report, plant genetic engineering methods were employed to modify the DNA sequence of merB genes that catalyze the conversion of organomercurals into ionic mercury. The modified mer-Bhe genes were introduced into tobacco by Agrobacterium, and the resultant transgenic plants were verified by Southern and Northern hybridization. High level of organomercu-rial resistance was detected on progenies of transgenic plants, some of which were resistant to PMA (phenyl mercury acetate) of 2.5μmol/L whereas 0.1μmol/L PMA killed the seedlings of wild-type tobacco in soiless culrure. With the increase of PMA concentration, the inhibition of the seedling growth became apparent. This result makes it possible to breed mercury-resistant tobacco 展开更多
