For making better use of nucleic acid resources of Gossypium hirsutum, a data-mining method was used to identify putative genes responsive to various abiotic stresses in G. hirsutum. Based on the compiled database including genes involved in abiotic stress response in Arabidopsis thaliana and the comprehensive analysis tool of GENEVESTIGATOR v3, 826 genes up-regulated or down-regulated significantly in roots or leaves during salt or cold treatment in Arabidopsis were identified. As compared to these 826 Arabidopsis genes annotated, 38 homologous expressed sequence tags (ESTs) from G. hirsutum were selected randomly and their expression patterns were studied using a quantitative real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction method. Among these 38 ESTs, about 55% of the genes (21 of 38) were different in response to ABA between cotton and Arabidopsis, whereas 70% of genes had similar responses to cold and salt treatments, and some of them which had not been characterized in Arabidopsis are now being investigated in gene function studies. According to these results, this approach of analyzing ESTs appears effective in large-scale identification of cotton genes involved in abiotic stress and might be adopted to determine gene functions in various biologic processes in cotton. 展开更多

目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者医院-家庭过渡期用药偏差现状及影响因素。方法选取四川省人民医院预出院的老年COPD患者210例为调查对象,在患者出院前1 d采用一般资料表、家庭关怀度指数量表、服药依从性量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量... 目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者医院-家庭过渡期用药偏差现状及影响因素。方法选取四川省人民医院预出院的老年COPD患者210例为调查对象,在患者出院前1 d采用一般资料表、家庭关怀度指数量表、服药依从性量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表进行基线调查,在患者出院后7、14 d采用中文版用药偏差评估量表评估其用药情况。结果210例患者在出院7、14 d内用药偏差发生率分别为34.3%和63.8%;Logistic回归结果显示,家庭关怀度、患者服药依从性、因“COPD”住院次数、出院医嘱药物数量是老年COPD患者在医院-家庭过渡期发生用药偏差的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年COPD患者在出院早期用药偏差发生率较高,随着出院时间越长,发生用药偏差的风险越大。应提高医护人员对医院-家庭过渡期用药安全的重视度,优化安全用药管理流程,减少用药偏差的发生。 展开更多

Calcium(Ca^(2+))plays an important role in determining plant growth and development because it maintains cell wall and membrane integrity.Therefore,understanding the role of Ca^(2+)in carbon and lipid metabolism could provide insights into the dynamic changes in cell membranes and cell walls during the rapid elongation of cotton fibers.In the present study,we found that the lack of Ca^(2+)promoted fiber elongation and rapid ovule expansion,but it also caused tissue browning in the ovule culture system.RNA-sequencing revealed that Ca^(2+)deficiency induced cells to be highly oxidized,and the expression of genes related to carbon metabolism and lipid metabolism was activated significantly.All gene members of nine key enzymes involved in glycolysis were up-regulated,and glucose was significantly reduced in Ca^(2+)deficiency-treated tissues.Ca^(2+)deficiency adjusted the flowing of glycolysis metabolic.However,low K^(+)recovered the expression levels of glycolysis genes and glucose content caused by Ca^(2+)deficiency.Electrospray ionizationtandem mass spectrometry technology was applied to uncover the dynamic profile of lipidome under Ca^(2+)and K^(+)interacted conditions.Ca^(2+)deficiency led to the decrease of fatty acid(FA),diacylglycerol(DAG),glycolipid and the significant increase of triacylglycerol(TAG),phospholipid phosphatidylethanolamine(PE),phosphatidylglycerol(PG),and PC(phosphatidylcholine).Low K^(+)restored the contents of FA,phospholipids,and glycolipids,effectively relieved the symptoms caused by Ca^(2+)deficiency,and recovered the development of fiber cells.This study revealed dynamic changes in transcript and metabolic levels and uncovered the signaling interaction of Ca^(2+)deficiency and low K^(+)in glycolysis and lipid metabolism during fiber development. 展开更多

目的探讨2型糖尿病伴冠心病患者医院感染的病原学特点。方法选择我院于2017年2月至2018年4月期间收治的2型糖尿病冠心病患者421例,分析2型糖尿病冠心病医院感染情况,医院感染病原菌分布及耐药情况。结果 2型糖尿病冠心病421例发生医院感... 目的探讨2型糖尿病伴冠心病患者医院感染的病原学特点。方法选择我院于2017年2月至2018年4月期间收治的2型糖尿病冠心病患者421例,分析2型糖尿病冠心病医院感染情况,医院感染病原菌分布及耐药情况。结果 2型糖尿病冠心病421例发生医院感染47例,感染率11. 16%。以呼吸道为主,其次为尿路和胃肠道。医院感染47例患者共分离培养病原菌58株,主要为革兰阴性菌,其中铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌,分别占18. 97%、15. 52%和13. 79%;革兰阳性菌中以金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌为主,分别占13. 79%和12. 07%。革兰阴性菌中铜绿假单胞菌对头孢他啶及头孢呋辛耐药率高,分别为81. 82%、72. 73%;肺炎克雷伯菌对头孢曲松及头孢西丁钠耐药率高,为88. 89%、77. 78%;大肠埃希菌对头孢他啶及头孢曲松耐药率高,为87. 50%、75. 00%。革兰阳性菌中金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌均对红霉素和青霉素G耐药率较高,均为100. 00%。结论 2型糖尿病伴冠心病患者医院感染病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,主要对头孢类耐药率较高;而革兰阳性菌主要对青霉素和红霉素耐药率较高。 展开更多
