Ecosystem multifunctionality(EMF), the simultaneous provision of multiple ecosystem functions, is often affected by biodiversity and environmental factors. We know little about how the interactions between biodiversity and environmental factors affect EMF. In this case study, a structural equation model was used to clarify climatic and geographic pathways that affect EMF by varying biodiversity in the Tibetan alpine grasslands. In addition to services related to carbon, nitrogen, and water cycling, forage supply, which is related to plantproductivity and palatability, was included in the EMF index. The results showed that 72% of the variation in EMF could be explained by biodiversity and other environmental factors. The ratio of palatable richness to all species richness explained 8.3% of the EMF variation. We found that air temperature, elevation, and latitude all affected EMF, but in different ways. Air temperature and elevation impacted the aboveground parts of the ecosystem, which included plant height, aboveground biomass, richness of palatable species, and ratio of palatable richness to all species richness. Latitude affected EMF by varying both aboveground and belowground parts of the ecosystem, which included palatable speciesrichness and belowground biomass. Our results indicated that there are still uncertainties in the biodiversity–EMF relationships related to the variable components of EMF, and climatic and geographic factors. Clarification of pathways that affect EMF using structural equation modeling techniques could elucidate the mechanisms by which environmental changes affect EMF. 展开更多

参松养心胶囊对改善冠心病心律失常心电图及血生化指标的影响研究 被引量:6

目的观察参松养心胶囊在冠心病心律失常临床治疗中的应用效果及对患者心电图及血生化指标产生的影响。方法本文为前瞻性研究,病例纳入夏邑县人民医院2020年5月至2022年5月收治的125例冠心病心律失常患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法对其进... 目的观察参松养心胶囊在冠心病心律失常临床治疗中的应用效果及对患者心电图及血生化指标产生的影响。方法本文为前瞻性研究,病例纳入夏邑县人民医院2020年5月至2022年5月收治的125例冠心病心律失常患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法对其进行分组,其中62例予以常规治疗,列为对照组,其余63例采用参松养心胶囊配合治疗,列为观察组,比较两组患者的心电图指标变化情况、血流动力学参数变化情况,对所有患者开展为期6个月随访,比较两组随访期间的心功能指标变化情况及不良事件发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的心电图指标、血流动力学指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、3、7 d后,观察组的心电图导联QT时限离散度(QTd)均低于对照组,治疗7 d后,观察组的红细胞沉降率(ESR)、红细胞比容(HCT)、血浆黏度(PV)均低于对照组(P<0.05);随访期间,观察组的左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,左室舒张末期内径(LVDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVSD)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良事件发生率9.52%(6/63)略高于对照组8.06%(5/62),P>0.05。结论参松养心胶囊可有效改善冠心病合并心律失常患者的心电图指标,对促进其血流动力学及心功能恢复均有积极意义,且联合应用此药未明显增加患者的不良事件发生风险,安全性高。 展开更多

目的研究α-硫辛酸(ALA)对H9c2心肌细胞损伤的保护作用。方法建立H9c2心肌细胞的缺氧复氧模型,将H9c2心肌细胞为4组。①正常对照组,不做干预。②ALA组:在细胞培养基中加入ALA。③H/R组:对心肌细胞采用缺氧复氧干预。④ALA+H/R组:同时采... 目的研究α-硫辛酸(ALA)对H9c2心肌细胞损伤的保护作用。方法建立H9c2心肌细胞的缺氧复氧模型,将H9c2心肌细胞为4组。①正常对照组,不做干预。②ALA组:在细胞培养基中加入ALA。③H/R组:对心肌细胞采用缺氧复氧干预。④ALA+H/R组:同时采用ALA和缺氧复氧干预。通过显微镜观察细胞状态,采用MTT检测细胞活性及流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡,采用JC-1检测线粒体膜电位。结果①ALA+H/R组细胞死亡数量较H/R组H9c2细胞死亡明显减少,可见有细胞呈扁平梭形,也可见细胞贴壁率、折光性下降,细胞中颗粒增多,连接松散,细胞间可见较多细胞碎片。②H/R组缺氧复氧诱导后细胞活性(62.5%)较对照组(100%)与ALA组(98.6%)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);ALA+H/R组处理后细胞活性(83.7%)较H/R组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③H/R组缺氧复氧诱导后细胞凋亡比例(45.8%)较对照组(9.8%)与ALA组(10.7%)明显增加,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);ALA+H/R组处理后细胞凋亡比例(24.5%)较H/R组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④H/R+ALA组线粒体膜电位为(9.90±0.19)V,H/R组为(6.90±0.27)V,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ALA对缺氧复氧诱导H9c2细胞损伤起保护作用。 展开更多
