天然气中硫化氢含量及硫同位素联测方法

我国含硫化氢天然气勘探潜力巨大,硫化氢成因、来源、形成机制为石油工作者所关注。硫化氢含量及硫同位素是两项常用且重要的判识指标。因硫化氢的强毒性,国内很多实验室较少检测或取消了此类检测项目。通过前处理流程优选硫化氢转化试... 我国含硫化氢天然气勘探潜力巨大,硫化氢成因、来源、形成机制为石油工作者所关注。硫化氢含量及硫同位素是两项常用且重要的判识指标。因硫化氢的强毒性,国内很多实验室较少检测或取消了此类检测项目。通过前处理流程优选硫化氢转化试剂,同时通过改进同位素质谱仪配套设备——调试硫同位素法拉第杯离子束聚焦等参数,安装特制色谱柱、特氟龙管路、硫反应管等,搭建了硫化氢含量及硫同位素联测技术平台;其次将高纯二氧化硫标准气替换为低浓度、低压力、小体积的工作标准气,通过系统条件实验探索(稳定性,标样分析等),确定最优实验条件;最后将反应生成的固体沉淀物送入质谱仪中进行硫同位素组成信息的检测,通过与标准纯含硫物质同位素组成的信号对比,计算出待测气体中硫化氢含量。用该方法对鄂尔多斯盆地大牛地气田、富县气田、鄂西渝东红星地区部分含硫化氢天然气进行硫化氢含量和硫同位素测试,所测结果稳定、精度良好,同时与外部实验室比对结果吻合。与传统方法比,该方法一次进样可得到硫含量和硫同位素数值;优选醋酸银试剂一步化学法一次性转化,减少同位素分馏;另一方面将硫化氢转化为固态硫化银,与标准物质硫化银硫同位素直接对比,同位素溯源结果更具可靠性;以低浓度、低压力、小体积的二氧化硫作为工作标准气,降低了实验室安全风险和仪器损害,满足环保安全需求。 展开更多

Because of its low price and simple design, Ti-based hydrogen storage alloys are considered to be suitable for practical applications. In this paper, we review the latest research on Ti-based hydrogen storage alloys. Firstly, the machine learning and density functional theory are introduced to provide theoretical guidance for the optimization of Ti-based hydrogen storage alloys. Then, in order to improve the hydrogen storage performance, we briefly introduce the research of AB type and AB2 type Ti-based alloys, focusing on doping elements and adaptive after treatment. 目的:调查并分析临床医生合理用药线上培训效果,提出大型综合医院合理用药培训开展思路。方法:通过调查问卷收集中南大学湘雅二医院2023年某次合理用药线上培训的满意度、培训效果及改进意见等。结果:(1)线上培训总体满意度93.9%;(2)“... 目的:调查并分析临床医生合理用药线上培训效果,提出大型综合医院合理用药培训开展思路。方法:通过调查问卷收集中南大学湘雅二医院2023年某次合理用药线上培训的满意度、培训效果及改进意见等。结果:(1)线上培训总体满意度93.9%;(2)“线上培训有收获”的认同率48.8%,“有助于合理分配时间”的认同率92.2%,“有利于提高学习兴趣及积极性”的认同率85.6%,“有利于知识的理解与巩固”的认同率90.0%,“有利于教学资源共享”的认同率95.5%;(3)“35岁及以下”年龄组医师的总体满意度最高,其余两组无显著差异;(4)收集合理用药线上培训改进意见57条,针对培训内容的意见占比最高,为47.4%。结论:建议大型综合医院开展线上、线下相结合的合理用药培训;改进线上合理用药培训内容,使之更贴合临床实际,以具体的病例、医院药品目录中的具体药品为载体,增强培训的针对性和实用性;以培训对象需求为中心多层次分类开展用药培训。 展开更多

干酪根与芳烃化合物固—液有机质相互作用机理研究

地质条件下,烃源岩中最初生成的油气,达到饱和后,才能排出运移,而干酪根对烃类的吸附作用,是影响含油饱和度的重要因素。热解作用产生的烃类物质会与干酪根大分子发生相互作用,研究固体干酪根有机质对液态烃的溶解和吸附能力,可以明确... 地质条件下,烃源岩中最初生成的油气,达到饱和后,才能排出运移,而干酪根对烃类的吸附作用,是影响含油饱和度的重要因素。热解作用产生的烃类物质会与干酪根大分子发生相互作用,研究固体干酪根有机质对液态烃的溶解和吸附能力,可以明确烃源岩对烃类化合物的选择性滞留及生排烃特征。芳烃是石油烃类化合物的重要组成部分,在干酪根三维模型的基础上,利用Autodock软件将不同类型的芳烃化合物分子(包括苯、稠环芳烃和稠环芳烃衍生物)与不同成熟度的干酪根分子进行半柔性对接结算,计算两者结合所需的吉布斯自由能,研究芳烃化合物与干酪根结合的特征,从分子层面上研究干酪根吸附芳烃化合物的机理,揭示固—液有机质相互作用的本质。当与相同成熟度的干酪根结合时,稠环芳烃的分子质量越大、化合物中的甲基数量越多、分子缩合度越高,与干酪根分子结合所需的吉布斯自由能越低;芳烃化合物与干酪根分子之间相互作用受到芳烃的分子质量、分子缩合程度以及体系内甲基数量3个因素的影响。处于生烃高峰后,芳碳甲基含量较高的干酪根对芳烃的吸附能力较强;分子质量大、缩合度高的稠环芳烃及其衍生物与干酪根的结合能力较强;常规连接的小分子芳烃化合物在干酪根中的滞留能力较弱,更易发生排烃作用,运移富集成藏。 展开更多

Crohn’s disease(CD)is caused by immune,environmental,and genetic factors.It can involve the entire gastrointestinal tract,and although its prevalence is rapidly increasing its etiology remains unclear.Emerging biological and small-molecule drugs have advanced the treatment of CD;however,a considerable proportion of patients are non-responsive to all known drugs.To achieve a breakthrough in this field,innovations that could guide the further development of effective therapies are of utmost urgency.In this review,we first propose the innovative concept of pan-lymphatic dysfunction for the general distribution of lymphatic dysfunction in various diseases,and suggest that CD is the intestinal manifestation of pan-lymphatic dysfunction based on basic and clinical preliminary data.The supporting evidence is fully summarized,including the existence of lymphatic system dysfunction,recognition of the inside-out model,disorders of immune cells,changes in cell plasticity,partial overlap of the underlying mechanisms,and common gut-derived fatty and bile acid metabolism.Another benefit of this novel concept is that it proposes adopting the zebrafish model for studying intestinal diseases,especially CD,as this model is good at presenting and mimicking lymphatic dysfunction.More importantly,the ensuing focus on improving lymphatic function may lead to novel and promising therapeutic strategies for CD. 展开更多

Quantum generative adversarial networks based on a readout error mitigation method with fault tolerant mechanism

Readout errors caused by measurement noise are a significant source of errors in quantum circuits,which severely affect the output results and are an urgent problem to be solved in noisy-intermediate scale quantum(NISQ)computing.In this paper,we use the bit-flip averaging(BFA)method to mitigate frequent readout errors in quantum generative adversarial networks(QGAN)for image generation,which simplifies the response matrix structure by averaging the qubits for each random bit-flip in advance,successfully solving problems with high cost of measurement for traditional error mitigation methods.Our experiments were simulated in Qiskit using the handwritten digit image recognition dataset under the BFA-based method,the Kullback-Leibler(KL)divergence of the generated images converges to 0.04,0.05,and 0.1 for readout error probabilities of p=0.01,p=0.05,and p=0.1,respectively.Additionally,by evaluating the fidelity of the quantum states representing the images,we observe average fidelity values of 0.97,0.96,and 0.95 for the three readout error probabilities,respectively.These results demonstrate the robustness of the model in mitigating readout errors and provide a highly fault tolerant mechanism for image generation models. 展开更多

We design a new hybrid quantum-classical convolutional neural network(HQCCNN)model based on parameter quantum circuits.In this model,we use parameterized quantum circuits(PQCs)to redesign the convolutional layer in classical convolutional neural networks,forming a new quantum convolutional layer to achieve unitary transformation of quantum states,enabling the model to more accurately extract hidden information from images.At the same time,we combine the classical fully connected layer with PQCs to form a new hybrid quantum-classical fully connected layer to further improve the accuracy of classification.Finally,we use the MNIST dataset to test the potential of the HQCCNN.The results indicate that the HQCCNN has good performance in solving classification problems.In binary classification tasks,the classification accuracy of numbers 5 and 7 is as high as 99.71%.In multivariate classification,the accuracy rate also reaches 98.51%.Finally,we compare the performance of the HQCCNN with other models and find that the HQCCNN has better classification performance and convergence speed. 展开更多

强震作用下地震动能量的时-频演变特性对迟滞非线性的结构有着极大影响,然而通用有限元软件现有的计算模块进行频域分析时不能对非线性结构输入解耦的EPSD矩阵,限制了随机振动理论对大型复杂结构的仿真计算。将绝对位移直接求解的虚拟... 强震作用下地震动能量的时-频演变特性对迟滞非线性的结构有着极大影响,然而通用有限元软件现有的计算模块进行频域分析时不能对非线性结构输入解耦的EPSD矩阵,限制了随机振动理论对大型复杂结构的仿真计算。将绝对位移直接求解的虚拟激励法引入多维多点的非线性动力方程,通过APDL的外部程序调用接口对非平稳地震动EPSD矩阵进行解耦与降维处理,并转化为独立于时间变量的四维均匀调制激励矩阵,实现对非线性结构精确高效的非平稳激励动态输入与随机动力响应的计算求解。最后以一座中承式三跨钢管混凝土系杆拱桥为例,计算拱肋、拱脚和桥面系响应的时变功率谱及方差。结果表明,绝对位移直接求解的激励输入方式很好地模拟了非线性结构体系所带来的时滞现象,为通用有限元软件实现非线性结构多维多点非平稳激励随机响应的求解与分析提供了可行性依据。 展开更多

为了研究计算机学科竞赛如何影响大学生学业成绩,更好地帮助高校进行竞赛团队管理,以南昌航空大学软件学院四届本科生为调查对象,使用方差分析比较传统教学模式与竞赛教学模式下学生学业成绩的差异,引入多元线性回归和分位数回归分析学... 为了研究计算机学科竞赛如何影响大学生学业成绩,更好地帮助高校进行竞赛团队管理,以南昌航空大学软件学院四届本科生为调查对象,使用方差分析比较传统教学模式与竞赛教学模式下学生学业成绩的差异,引入多元线性回归和分位数回归分析学科竞赛对学生学业成绩的影响。结果发现,计算机学科竞赛显著影响学生学业成绩,两类教学模式下学生学业成绩差异显著,学科竞赛对不同学业水平的学生群体的影响程度不同,参赛程度和获奖等级具有显著的正向影响,获奖次数具有显著的负向影响。基于此,从提高学生参赛意识、加强教学模式改革和引入分层培养教学的角度提出发展计算机学科竞赛的建议。 展开更多

借助Image-Pro Plus辅助分析,采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子背散射(EBSD)等手段,研究了深冷处理对压铸铝硅合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:深冷处理可以有效提升压铸铝硅合金的力学性能。随着深冷时间的延长... 借助Image-Pro Plus辅助分析,采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子背散射(EBSD)等手段,研究了深冷处理对压铸铝硅合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:深冷处理可以有效提升压铸铝硅合金的力学性能。随着深冷时间的延长,深冷处理对合金力学性能的提升作用为先增加后减小的变化规律。与铸态合金相比,经12 h深冷处理后合金的力学性能获得最大的提升,抗拉强度为213.2 MPa,提升了15.4%,伸长率为8.65%,提升了36.2%,硬度HV为106.6,提升了18.1%。继续延长深冷时间,α-Al相、共晶Si相等开始缓慢长大,导致力学性能有所下降。深冷处理可以有效细化合金的α-Al相,改善共晶Si相和含铁相的尺寸和形貌,起到了细化组织和位错强化的作用。 展开更多

Objective:Evidence on the prognostic value of autologous stem cell transplantation(ASCT)and minimal residual disease(MRD)dynamics of patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma(NDMM)in China is limited.Our objective in the current study was to understand the current care paradigm and outcomes of these patients.Methods:This longitudinal cohort study used historical data from three top-tier hematologic disease care hospitals that contributed to the National Longitudinal Cohort of Hematological Diseases-Multiple Myeloma.Treatment regimens[proteasome inhibitor(PI)-,immunomodulatory drug(IMiD)-,PI+IMiD-based,and conventional],post-induction response,ASCT and MRD status,and survival outcomes[progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)]were evaluated.Results:In total,454 patients with NDMM were included(median age,57 years;59.0%males)with a median follow-up of 58.7 months.The overall response rate was 91.0%,83.9%,90.6%,and 60.9%for PI-,IMiD-,PI+IMiD-based,and conventional regimens,respectively.Patients with ASCT during first-line therapy(26.2%)had a longer PFS and OS than patients who did not receive ASCT[median PFS,42.9 vs.21.2 months,P<0.001;median OS,not reached(NR)vs.65.8 months,P<0.001].The median OS was NR,71.5,and 56.6 months among patients with sustained MRD negativity,loss of MRD negativity,and persistent MRD,respectively(P<0.001).Multivariate analysis revealed that the lactic dehydrogenase level,International Staging System stage,extra-medullary disease,and upfront ASCT were independent factors in predicting OS among NDMM patients.Conclusions:Our study showed that novel agent-based regimens,first-line ASCT,and sustained MRD negativity were associated with a superior outcome for patients with NDMM in China(Identifier:NCT04645199). 展开更多

Layered LiCoO_(2)(LCO)acts as a dominant cathode material for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)in 3C products because of its high compacted density and volumetric energy density.Although improving the high cutoff voltage is an effective strategy to increase its capacity,such behavior would trigger rapid capacity decay due to the surface or/and structure degradation.Herein,we propose a bi-functional surface strategy involving constructing a robust spinel-like phase coating layer with great integrity and compatibility to LiCoO_(2) and modulating crystal lattice by anion and cation gradient co-doping at the subsurface.As a result,the modified LiCoO_(2)(AFM-LCO)shows a capacity retention of 80.9%after 500 cycles between 3.0and 4.6 V.The Al,F,Mg enriched spinel-like phase coating layer serves as a robust physical barrier to effectively inhibit the undesired side reactions between the electrolyte and the cathode.Meanwhile,the Al,F,Mg gradient co-doping significantly enhances the surficial structure stability,suppresses Co dissolution and oxygen release,providing a stable path for Li-ions mobility all through the long-term cycles.Thus,the surface bi-functional strategy is an effective method to synergistically improve the electrochemical performances of LCO at a high cut-off voltage of 4.6 V. 展开更多

目的:通过研究眶下孔(infraorbital foramen, IOF)相对于前鼻棘点(anterior nasal spine, ANS)的位置关系及颏孔(mental foramen, MF)相对于颏前点(pogonion, Pog)的相对位置关系,来为正颌外科手术提供更精准的定位参考。方法:随机选取... 目的:通过研究眶下孔(infraorbital foramen, IOF)相对于前鼻棘点(anterior nasal spine, ANS)的位置关系及颏孔(mental foramen, MF)相对于颏前点(pogonion, Pog)的相对位置关系,来为正颌外科手术提供更精准的定位参考。方法:随机选取115例年轻患者的锥形束CT(cone-beam CT)图像。利用Mimics 15.0软件分析IOF和ANS、MF和Pog之间的相对位置。结果:ANS比IOF低21.40 mm,两者间的水平距离为26.42 mm。MF和Pog间的水平和垂直距离分别为23.57 mm和9.71 mm。以ANS为中心的散点图显示,83%(191/230)的IOF位于半径为30~40 mm的30~45°扇形区域内。以Pog为中心的散点图显示,98%(226/230)的MF位于半径为20~30 mm的45°扇形区域内。结论:为规避直接损伤眶下神经血管束,术者在行上颌骨截骨术时需在不高于ANS点21.40 mm的区域操作。过度地牵引黏骨膜瓣是神经受损的因素之一,尤其是在以ANS为中心的30°扇形区域(半径30~40 mm)和以Pog为中心的45°区域(半径20~30 mm),术者翻瓣和牵拉时应警惕IOF和MF的意外损伤。 展开更多

Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) have great potential as adsorbents for selective adsorption and separation of nucleoside compounds,but effectively enhancing the affinity of recognition sites by adjusting the forces between template molecules and functional monomers remains an important challenge.In this work,a surface imprinting strategy was used to construct bowl-shaped molecularly imprinted composite sorbents (BHPN@MIPs) based on polydopamine (PDA) particles and have achieved selective separation and purification of 2'-deoxyadenosine (dA).Where by the base complementary pairing interaction of the combined template molecule d A and the pyrimidine functional monomer can enhance the preassembly force,and the hydrophilic bowl-shaped PDA can provide a larger storage space contact efficiency of d A in the test solution,causing the site utilization much higher and improving the kinetic adsorption performance.The equilibrium adsorption time and maximum adsorption capacity of60 min and 328.45μmol·g^(-1)were observed by static adsorption experiments,and the selectivity experimental results showed an imprinting factor IF of 1.30.After four adsorption–desorption cycles,the initial adsorption equilibrium adsorption capacity of BHPN@MIPs still retained 91.14%.By evaluating the selective adsorption of d A in spiked human serum solutions,BHPN@MIPs can be used to selectively enrich and analyze target d A in complex biological samples. 展开更多

Atmospheric fluorocarbon plasma plays an important role in the surface modification of insulating materials like polymers.The existing fluorocarbon plasma is usually generated by dielectric barrier discharge,which has a low concentration of reactive species and may cause insufficient surface fluorination.This work attempts to develop an atmospheric fluorocarbon plasma jet using a coaxial transmission line resonator by microwave discharge with locally enhanced electric field and high density.The gas temperature is reduced by pulse modulation technology.Three kinds of working gases,pure CF_(4),Ar/CF_(4)and He/CF_(4),are utilized to generate the atmospheric microwave fluorocarbon plasma jet.The discharge images,optical emission spectra,electron densities and gas temperatures are studied experimentally.The results show that the Ar/CF_(4)plasma jet has the best comprehensive performance,such as strong discharge intensity and controllable gas temperature.The electron density of the Ar/CF_4plasma jet has a magnitude of 10~(20)m^(-3),indicating a higher density than that of the frequently used dielectric barrier discharge.With the other conditions unchanged,the gas temperature at the end of the Ar/CF_(4)plasma jet can be reduced from 410.2 to 347.3 K by decreasing the duty cycle of the modulated pulse from 0.5 to 0.1.Thence,the microwave Ar/CF_(4)plasma jet is considered to be a promising fluorocarbon plasma source for surface fluorination of polymers. 展开更多
