The trust as a social relationship captures similarity of tastes or interests in perspective. However, the existent trust information is usually very sparse, which may suppress the accuracy of our personal product recommendation algorithm via a listening and trust preference network. Based on this thinking, we experiment the typical trust inference methods to find out the most excellent friend-recommending index which is used to expand the current trust network. Experimental results demonstrate the expanded friendships via superposed random walk can indeed improve the accuracy of our personal product recommendation. 展开更多

目的探索Kindin-1蛋白在健康骨关节组织及关节炎模型骨关节组织中的表达模式及相关功能。方法分离健康小鼠、经内侧半月板失稳定术(DMM)诱导关节炎小鼠以及经胶原诱导关节炎(CIA)小鼠的骨关节组织,通过抗体免疫荧光标记分析Kindlin-1蛋... 目的探索Kindin-1蛋白在健康骨关节组织及关节炎模型骨关节组织中的表达模式及相关功能。方法分离健康小鼠、经内侧半月板失稳定术(DMM)诱导关节炎小鼠以及经胶原诱导关节炎(CIA)小鼠的骨关节组织,通过抗体免疫荧光标记分析Kindlin-1蛋白在骨关节组织内的表达情况。筛选针对Kindlin-1的siRNA序列并进行体外功能验证。结果免疫荧光分析发现Kindlin-1主要表达于健康骨组织的骨髓腔中,进一步发现Kindlin-1信号与骨内H型血管(由CD31和Endomucin共同标记)存在共定位。在DMM和CIA模型中,Kindlin-1表达量均显著升高并可特异性地标记异常的新生血管。在人类脐静脉血管内皮细胞(HUVECs)中也可检测到Kindlin-1的高水平表达。通过siRNA敲除Kindlin-1可显著地增强HUVECs的体外迁移能力。结论粘着斑相关蛋白Kindlin-1表达于血管内皮细胞,并可作为骨关节组织内血管组织及异常血管新生的生物标志及潜在靶点。 展开更多

The physical and chemical properties have significant differences for the positive and negative charged particles generated by discharge.In this work,a positive and negative corona discharge system was established,and two discharge reactors for charged particles restraining and acting were designed by a needle electrode covered with a quartz tube and a plate electrode filled with water.The corona discharges happened within the needle-plate electrodes were excited by a positive and negative high voltage source,and the characteristics of both water volatilization and oxides generation were examined within influence of the distances of both quartz tube inside and outside.The results show that the characteristics of both the water volatilization and oxides generation can be affected by the distances of both quartz tube inside and outside.When the distances of tube inside were increased from 5.00 to 13.00 mm,the water volatilizations decreased under negative corona,and increased firstly and declined immediately under positive corona.The maximum value of the water volatilization appeared in the distances of tube inside with 6.00–8.00 mm.In addition,the concentrations of the HNO_(x) and H_(2)O_(2)in treated water decreased with increasing the distances of tube inside.Moreover,with increasing the distances of tube outside from 4.00 to 14.00 mm,the change trends of both the water volatilizations and oxides presented the same as the distances of tube inside,and the maximum value of the water volatilization and oxides appeared in the distance of tube outside with about 9.00 mm.Overall,the positive corona can generate more water volatilizations and oxides in water than negative corona,and non H_(2)O_(2)can be produced by negative corona.The results reflect the difference between positive and negative corona interaction with water,which can provide reference for plasma application. 展开更多

A silicon-on-insulator-based adiabatic waveguide taper with a high coupling efficiency and small footprint is presented.The taper was designed to reduce the incidence of mode conversion to higher-order and radiation modes inside the waveguide.In connecting a 0.5-μm-wide output waveguide and a 12-μm-wide input waveguide of a grating coupler,a compact 120-μm-long taper was demonstrated,achieving a transmission of 98.3%.Previously,this transmission level could only be achieved using a conventional linear taper with a length of more than 300μm. 展开更多

The electrical nonlinearity of silicon modulators based on reversed PN junctions was found to severely limit the linearity of the modulators.This effect,however,was inadvertently neglected in previous studies.Considering the electrical nonlinearity in simulation,a 32.2 dB degradation in the CDR3(i.e.,the suppression ratio between the fundamental signal and intermodulation distortion)of the modulator was observed at a modulation speed of 12 GHz,and the spurious free dynamic range was simultaneously degraded by 17.4 dB.It was also found that the linearity of the silicon modulator could be improved by reducing the series resistance of the PN junction.The frequency dependence of the linearity due to the electrical nonlinearity was also investigated. 展开更多
