While newer,more efficient Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)and extinguishing agents have been developed to reduce the occurrence of thermal runaway accidents,there is still a scarcity of research focused on the application of surfactants in different LIBs extinguishing agents,particularly in terms of patented technologies.The aim of this review paper is to provide an overview of the technological progress of LIBs and LIBs extinguishing agents in terms of patents in Korea,Japan,Europe,the United States,China,etc.The initial part of this review paper is sort out LIBs technology development in different regions.In addition,to compare LIBs extinguishing agent progress and challenges of liquid,solid,combination of multiple,and microencapsulated.The subsequent section of this review focuses on an in-depth analysis dedicated to the efficiency and challenges faced by the surfactants corresponding design principles of LIBs extinguishing agents,such as nonionic and anionic surfactants.A total of 451,760 LIBs-related patent and 20 LIBs-fire-extinguishing agent-related patent were included in the analyses.The extinguishing effect,cooling performance,and anti-recombustion on different agents have been highlighted.After a comprehensive comparison of these agents,this review suggests that temperature-sensitive hydrogel extinguishing agent is ideal for the effective control of LIBs fire.The progress and challenges of surfactants have been extensively examined,focusing on key factors such as surface activity,thermal stability,foaming properties,environmental friendliness,and electrical conductivity.Moreover,it is crucial to emphasize that the selection of a suitable surfactant must align with the extinguishing strategy of the extinguishing agent for optimal firefighting effectiveness. 展开更多

Silicon carbide(SiC) power modules play an essential role in the electric vehicle drive system. To improve their performance, reduce their size, and increase production efficiency, this paper proposes a multiple staked direct bonded copper(DBC) unit based power module packaging method to parallel more chips. This method utilizes mutual inductance cancellation effect to reduce parasitic inductance. Because the conduction area in the new package is doubled, the overall area of power module can be reduced. Entire power module is divided into smaller units to enhance manufacture yield, and improve design freedom. This paper provides a detailed design, analysis and fabrication procedure for the proposed package structure. Additionally, this paper offers several feasible solutions for the connection between power terminals and DBC untis. With the structure, 18dies were paralleled for each phase-leg in a econodual size power module. Both simulation and double pulse test results demonstrate that, compared to conventional layouts, the proposed package method has 74.8% smaller parasitic inductance and 34.9% lower footprint. 展开更多

High-performance Cu/Graphene composite wire synergistically strengthened by nano Cr_(3)C_(2) phase was directly synthesized via hot press sintering followed by severe cold plastic deformation, using liquid paraffin and CuCr alloy powder as the raw materials. Since graphene is in situ formed under the catalysis of copper powder during the sintering process, the problem that graphene is easy to agglomerate and difficult to disperse uniformly in the copper matrix has been solved. The nano Cr_(3)C_(2)-particles nailed at the interface favor to improve the interface bonding. The Cu/Graphene composite possesses high electrical conductivity, hardness, and plasticity. The composite wire exhibits high electrical conductivity of 96.93% IACS, great tensile strength of 488MPa, and excellent resistance to softening. Even after annealing at 400℃ for 1 h, the tensile strength can still reach 268 MPa with a conductivity of about 99.14% IACS.The wire's temperature coefficient of resistance(TCR) is largely reduced to 0.0035/℃ due to the complex structure,which leads the wire to present low resistivity at higher temperatures. Such Cu/Graphene composite wire with excellent comprehensive performance has a good application prospect in high-power density motors. 展开更多

为了研究煤氧化过程中热物性变化规律,采用LF457激光导热仪测量不同变质程度煤样,在空气与氮气条件下30℃~300℃温度升温过程中的热扩散系数、导热系数与比热容,并确定了热物性参数对温度的敏感性。试验结果表明:在30℃~300℃氮气环境下... 为了研究煤氧化过程中热物性变化规律,采用LF457激光导热仪测量不同变质程度煤样,在空气与氮气条件下30℃~300℃温度升温过程中的热扩散系数、导热系数与比热容,并确定了热物性参数对温度的敏感性。试验结果表明:在30℃~300℃氮气环境下,随温度的升高,比热容和导热系数逐步提高,而热扩散系数逐渐减小。同时热物性参数的变化率随温度也不断减小。在空气条件下,热扩散系数随温度升高先减小后增大,比热容为逐渐增大后趋于稳定,导温系数持续增大,其中热扩散系数的变化率先降低后增加,导热系数随比热容而持续减小。在温度达到210℃前空气与氮气条件下的热物性变化规律相似,当温度超过210℃,空气条件下煤与氧气发生反应是导致热物性参数的变化的主要因素。此外,在相同温度下比热容的敏感性最大。试验结果对热物性的探讨和煤火灾害预防工作具有必要的指导意义。 展开更多

Multimodal sentiment analysis for social media contents during public emergencies

Purpose:Nowadays,public opinions during public emergencies involve not only textual contents but also contain images.However,the existing works mainly focus on textual contents and they do not provide a satisfactory accuracy of sentiment analysis,lacking the combination of multimodal contents.In this paper,we propose to combine texts and images generated in the social media to perform sentiment analysis.Design/methodology/approach:We propose a Deep Multimodal Fusion Model(DMFM),which combines textual and visual sentiment analysis.We first train word2vec model on a large-scale public emergency corpus to obtain semantic-rich word vectors as the input of textual sentiment analysis.BiLSTM is employed to generate encoded textual embeddings.To fully excavate visual information from images,a modified pretrained VGG16-based sentiment analysis network is used with the best-performed fine-tuning strategy.A multimodal fusion method is implemented to fuse textual and visual embeddings completely,producing predicted labels.Findings:We performed extensive experiments on Weibo and Twitter public emergency datasets,to evaluate the performance of our proposed model.Experimental results demonstrate that the DMFM provides higher accuracy compared with baseline models.The introduction of images can boost the performance of sentiment analysis during public emergencies.Research limitations:In the future,we will test our model in a wider dataset.We will also consider a better way to learn the multimodal fusion information.Practical implications:We build an efficient multimodal sentiment analysis model for the social media contents during public emergencies.Originality/value:We consider the images posted by online users during public emergencies on social platforms.The proposed method can present a novel scope for sentiment analysis during public emergencies and provide the decision support for the government when formulating policies in public emergencies. 展开更多

目的分析老年脊柱结核患者术后认知功能障碍影响因素,为有效预防围手术期神经认知障碍(perioperative neurocognitive disorders,PND)提供科学依据。方法采用前瞻性观察研究方法,选取2019年1月至2020年6月在杭州市红十字会医院接受脊柱... 目的分析老年脊柱结核患者术后认知功能障碍影响因素,为有效预防围手术期神经认知障碍(perioperative neurocognitive disorders,PND)提供科学依据。方法采用前瞻性观察研究方法,选取2019年1月至2020年6月在杭州市红十字会医院接受脊柱手术治疗的102例老年脊柱结核患者作为研究对象。收集研究对象临床资料,术中连续测量局部脑氧饱和度(regional cerebral oxygen saturation,rSO_(2)),手术前后采用简易智能精神状态检查(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评估患者认知功能;分析影响老年脊柱结核患者术后发生PND的因素。结果102例研究对象中,10例退出,92例完成研究。完成研究者中,74例(80.43%)未发生PND,18例(19.57%)于术后7d发生PND,其中10例于术后30d恢复。单因素分析显示,发生PND者rSO_(2)低于60%持续时间[41.5(33.5,64.7)min]明显长于未发生者[0.0(0.0,5.8)min],差异有统计学意义(Z=-6.454,P=0.001)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,rSO_(2)低于60%持续时间处于31~59min者发生PND的风险是持续时间低于30min者的5.903(95%CI:1.228~28.385)倍;rSO_(2)低于持续时间≥60min者发生PND的风险是持续时间低于30min者的10.168(95%CI:1.177~87.857)倍。结论rSO_(2)低于60%持续时间长是影响老年脊柱结核手术患者发生PND的危险因素,术中应关注患者脑氧饱和度变化,及时干预,避免患者脑氧饱和度过低。 展开更多

利用流致振动原理开发新能源的思路在风力发电、波浪能发电等领域得到广泛的关注。考虑到结构发生流致振动时自身作直线运动的特点,设计一个圆筒形直线发电机来完成流致振动能量转换过程,借助电磁场仿真软件Maxwell对所设计的圆筒形永... 利用流致振动原理开发新能源的思路在风力发电、波浪能发电等领域得到广泛的关注。考虑到结构发生流致振动时自身作直线运动的特点,设计一个圆筒形直线发电机来完成流致振动能量转换过程,借助电磁场仿真软件Maxwell对所设计的圆筒形永磁直线发电机进行优化。首先分析永磁体结构和定子齿部对发电机空载感应电动势的影响,得到永磁体和齿部的最优结构。其次,提出一种L形辅助齿结构来减小定位力,结合Taguchi方法,得到定位力最小的辅助齿尺寸。计算结果表明,与优化前相比,空载感应电动势幅值提升了63%,畸变率降至5%,定位力下降了58%,更适合运用在流致振动发电领域。 展开更多

以三维细长柔性圆柱为研究对象,基于结构梁振动模型和尾流振子模型,采用二阶中心有限差分方法求解耦合方程,研究延迟反馈控制作用下柔性圆柱的涡激振动(vortex-induced vibration,VIV)响应特性。研究发现:柔性圆柱的振动幅值和振动频率... 以三维细长柔性圆柱为研究对象,基于结构梁振动模型和尾流振子模型,采用二阶中心有限差分方法求解耦合方程,研究延迟反馈控制作用下柔性圆柱的涡激振动(vortex-induced vibration,VIV)响应特性。研究发现:柔性圆柱的振动幅值和振动频率会随着延迟时间τ的增加呈现周期性变化,不同的延迟时间τ耦合不同的延迟增益k_(d),可以实现柔性圆柱不同振动幅值和振动频率的控制;在耦合延迟增益(k_(d))符号相反时,变化曲线会有半个周期的相位差;且延迟时间τ并不能改变振幅峰值,其大小只与延迟增益k_(d)有关。理论分析证明:当τ不断增加时,振动频率f和波数k会趋向于定值。该研究提出的延迟反馈方法能够有效控制柔性圆柱的涡激振动,为海洋立管等柔性钝体的振动控制提供新的方法和思路。 展开更多

The differences in the microstructure and elevated temperature tensile properties of gravity die cast,squeeze cast,and semi-solid thixoformed Al-Si-Cu-Mn-Fe alloys after thermal exposure at 300℃were discussed.The results demonstrate that the elevated temperature tensile properties of semi-solid thixoformed alloys were significantly higher than those of gravity die cast and squeeze cast alloys,especially after thermal exposure for 100 h.The ultimate tensile strength(UTS)of semi-solid thixoformed alloys after thermal exposure at 300℃for 0.5,10 and 100 h were 181,122 and 110 MPa,respectively.The UTS values of semi-solid thixoformed alloys were higher than those of heat resistant aluminum alloys used in commercial applications.The enhanced elevated temperature tensile properties of semi-solid thixoformed experimental alloys after thermal exposure can be attributed to the combined reinforcement of precipitation strengthening and grain boundary strengthening due to thermally stable intermetallic phases as well as suitable grain size. 展开更多

The bending responses of functionally graded (FG) nanobeams with simply supported edges are investigated based on Timoshenko beam theory in this article. The Gurtin-Murdoch surface elasticity theory is adopted to analyze the influences of surface stress on bending response of FG nanobeam. The material properties are assumed to vary along the thickness of FG nanobeam in power law. The bending governing equations are derived by using the minimum total potential energy principle and explicit formulas are derived for rotation angle and deflection of nanobeams with surface effects. Illustrative examples are implemented to give the bending deformation of FG nanobeam. The influences of the aspect ratio, gradient index, and surface stress on dimensionless deflection are discussed in detail. 展开更多

目的研究七氟醚预处理对脓毒症模型小鼠NALP3炎性体的影响。方法C57BL/6N健康雄性小鼠84只,采用随机数字表法,分为七氟醚对照组、七氟醚脓毒症组、氧气对照组、氧气脓毒症组,每组21只,参照文献,采用盲肠结扎穿刺法制备小鼠脓毒症模型。... 目的研究七氟醚预处理对脓毒症模型小鼠NALP3炎性体的影响。方法C57BL/6N健康雄性小鼠84只,采用随机数字表法,分为七氟醚对照组、七氟醚脓毒症组、氧气对照组、氧气脓毒症组,每组21只,参照文献,采用盲肠结扎穿刺法制备小鼠脓毒症模型。观察比较四组小鼠生存率;肝、肺以及肾脏组织的炎性评分;RT-PCR方法检测血液、腹腔灌洗液、肺灌洗液NALP3、Caspase1及ASC mRNA表达。结果七氟醚脓毒症组小鼠生存率低于七氟醚对照组(66.67%比100%,P<0.05),氧气脓毒症组小鼠生存率低于氧气对照组(55.56%比100%,P<0.05)。与七氟醚对照组比较,七氟醚脓毒症组小鼠肺、肝、肾组织炎症评分明显升高[(2.08±0.21)分比(0.83±0.44)分、(2.33±0.57)分比(0.87±0.46)分、(2.25±0.49)分比(0.71±0.24)分,P均<0.05];与氧气对照组比较,氧气脓毒症组小鼠肺、肝、肾组织炎症评分明显升高[(3.58±0.32)分比(0.82±0.37)分、(3.24±0.46)分比(0.92±0.33)分、(3.06±0.47)分比(0.67±0.22),P均<0.05];七氟醚脓毒症组小鼠肺、肝、肾组织炎症评分明显低于氧气脓毒症组[(2.08±0.21)分比(3.58±0.32)分,(2.33±0.57)分比(3.24±0.46)分,(2.25±0.49)分比(3.06±0.47)分,P均<0.05]。脓毒症组小鼠血NALP3、Caspase-1、ASC mRNA表达量显著高于对照组[NALP3:(1.58±0.42)比(1.10±0.49)、(1.47±0.54)比(1.06±0.36);Caspase-1:(1.93±0.42)比(1.06±0.44)、(1.76±0.32)比(1.03±0.29);ASC mRNA:(1.92±0.47)比(1.06±0.46)、(1.65±0.35)比(1.03±0.29),P均<0.05];与氧气脓毒症组比较,七氟醚脓毒症组小鼠血NALP3、Caspase-1、ASC mRNA表达显著下调[NALP3:(1.47±0.54)比(1.58±0.42);Caspase-1:(1.76±0.32)比(1.93±0.42);ASC mRNA:(1.65±0.35)比(1.92±0.47),P均<0.05]。氧气脓毒症组小鼠腹腔灌洗液NALP3、Caspase-1、ASC mRNA表达量显著高于氧气对照组[NALP3:(2.34±0.25)比(1.73±0.62)、(2.07±0.33)比(1.91±0.40);Caspase-1:(2.31±0.26)比(1.77±0.72)、(2.19±0.24)比(1.95±0.71);ASC mRNA:(2.33±0.57)比(1.86±0.52)、(1.06±0.42)比(1.81±0.32),P均<0.05];与氧气脓毒症组比较,七氟醚脓毒症组NALP3、Caspase-1、ASC mRNA表达量显著下调[NALP3:(2.07±0.33)比(2.34±0.25);Caspase-1:(2.19±0.24)比(2.31±0.26);ASC mRNA:(1.06±0.42)比(2.33±0.57),P均<0.05];脓毒症组小鼠肺灌洗液NALP3、Caspase-1、ASC mRNA表达量显著高于对照组[NALP3:(1.91±0.48)比(1.42±0.46)、(1.63±0.82)比(1.40±0.57);Caspase-1:(2.08±0.24)比(1.43±0.41)、(1.85±0.33)比(1.53±0.57);ASC mRNA:(1.84±0.19)比(1.59±0.61)、(1.80±0.40)比(1.79±0.33),P均<0.05];与氧气脓毒症组比较,七氟醚脓毒症组NALP3、Caspase-1、ASC mRNA表达显著下调[NALP3:(1.63±0.82)比(1.91±0.48);Caspase-1:(1.85±0.33)比(2.08±0.24);ASC mRNA:(1.80±0.40)比(1.84±0.19),P均<0.05]。结论七氟醚预处理可能抑制NALP3炎性体表达,降低脓毒症小鼠炎症水平。 展开更多

Objective miR-22 is highly active in breast cancer, especially in the luminal B and HER2 subtypes.However, the detailed potential of the use of target genes for miR-22 in breast cancer are still unclear. Inthis study, we aimed to discover potential genes and the miRNA-DEGs network of miR-22 in breast cancerusing bioinformatics approaches.Methods Analysis of microarray data GSE17508 (including 3 miR-22 knockout samples and 3 controls)obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database was performed. Differentially expressedgenes (DEGs) between the miR-22 knockout samples and the three control samples were detected usingGEO2R. The gene ontology (GO) functional enrichment analysis and protein-protein interaction (PPI)network of DEGs were performed using the online tool Metascape and STRING database, separately. ThemiR-22 and DEG networks were obtained from the miRNet database. Cytoscape software was used toconstruct and analyze a merged miRNA-DEG network. The online tools database, mirDIP 4.1, was used topredict miR-22 target genes.Results Certain DEGs and miRNAs may be potential targets for predicting and treating miR-22 expressedbreast cancer.Conclusion We constructed a prognostic model of rectal adenocarcinomas based on four immunerelatedlncRNAs by analyzing the data based on TCGA database, with high prediction accuracy. We alsoidentified two biomarkers with poor prognosis (PXN-AS1 and AL158152.2) and one biomarker with goodprognosis (LINC01871). 展开更多
