Immune dysregulation resulting in a lymphocyte mediated destructive process has been suggested as a possible pathogenetic link between gut and skin-related manifestations. The authors describe an atypical clinical aspect of lichen ruber planus in a patient affected by vitiligo, alopecia areata and ulcerative colitis.展开更多
