FMs(Food-borne melanoidins)are brown high molecular weight polymers formed by the Mailiard reaction between carbohydrates and nitrogen-containing compounds during the processing of food or Traditional Chinese Medicine...FMs(Food-borne melanoidins)are brown high molecular weight polymers formed by the Mailiard reaction between carbohydrates and nitrogen-containing compounds during the processing of food or Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),and are widely found in food-borne products such as TCM concoctions,bakery,brewing,soy sauce,ferment and other food-borne products.FMs not only have a variety of biological activities,such as antioxidant,antibacterial,immunomodulation,regulation of intestinal flora,etc.,and can change the color,aroma and taste of food.The diversity of its components has become a research hotspot at home and abroad in recent years,with a wide range of application prospects.Therefore,this paper summarizes the existing information on FMs at home and abroad,mainly describes their preparation process,physicochemical properties,structural characteristics and functional activity research progress.Typical FMs,such as coffee,biscuits,wine and soy sauce in daily food,and Polygonatum,Perilla oil,Black ginseng,and Red jujube in T,were highlighted.Summarising the current status of research between the chemistry and pharmacodynamics of relevant FMs and presenting challenges and future recommendations for melanoidin research.In future research on FMs,one should pay more attention to basic research,especially isolation and purification and generation mechanisms,to further demonstrate the biological activity of FMs in vivo and in clinical trials.Thus,the potential value of its existence is deeply exploited to meet the needs of technology,production and health.展开更多

In this study,Co/Zr-metal organic framework(MOF)precursors were obtained by a roomtemperature liquid-phase precipitation method and the equivalent-volume impregnation method,respectively,using a Zr-MOF as the support,...In this study,Co/Zr-metal organic framework(MOF)precursors were obtained by a roomtemperature liquid-phase precipitation method and the equivalent-volume impregnation method,respectively,using a Zr-MOF as the support,and Co/Zr-MOF-M and Co/Zr-MOF-N catalysts were prepared after calcination in a hydrogen-argon mixture gases(VAr:V_(H_(2))=9:1)at 350℃for 2 h.The catalytic activities of the prepared samples for CO_(2)methanation under atmosphericpressure cold plasma were studied.The results showed that Co/Zr-MOF-M had a good synergistic effect with cold plasma.At a discharge power of 13.0 W,V_(H_(2)):VCO_(2)=4:1 and a gas flow rate of 30 ml·min^(-1),the CO_(2)conversion was 58.9%and the CH4 selectivity reached 94.7%,which was higher than for Co/Zr-MOF-N under plasma(CO_(2)conversion 24.8%,CH4 selectivity 9.8%).X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,N_(2)adsorption and desorption(Brunauer-Emmett-Teller)and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis results showed that Co/Zr-MOF-M and Co/Zr-MOF-N retained a good Zr-MOF framework structure,and the Co oxide was uniformly dispersed on the surface of the Zr-MOF.Compared with Co/Zr-MOF-N,the Co/Zr-MOF-M catalyst has a larger specific surface area and higher Co^(2+)/Cototaland Co/Zr ratios.Additionally,the Co oxide in Co/ZrMOF-M is distributed on the surface of the Zr-MOF in the form of porous particles,which may be the main reason why the catalytic activity of Co/Zr-MOF-M is higher than that of Co/ZrMOF-N.展开更多
Polygonatum is a traditional and precious Chinese medicine in China,as well as a traditional medicinal and food homologous material.It has a long history of cultivation and medicinal use.It not only has the effects of...Polygonatum is a traditional and precious Chinese medicine in China,as well as a traditional medicinal and food homologous material.It has a long history of cultivation and medicinal use.It not only has the effects of boosting qi and nourishing yin,nourishing the spleen and lungs,and tonifying the kidney,but also application value in food,health products,ornamental,cosmetics,etc.There are many varieties of Polygonatum resources all over China,which are easy to be mixed.There are three species of medicinal Polygonatum recorded in the 2015 edition of Pharmacopeia of the People s Republic of China.In order to sustainably use and fully develop Polygonatum medicinal resources,we conducted textual research on relevant data and research on the distribution of Polygonatum resources,germplasm identification,genetic diversity and breeding research,so as to provide a reference for the selection and breeding of polygonatum,artificial cultivation and the development and utilization of potential Polygonatum resources and for the solution of the contradiction between supply and demand in the Polygonatum market.展开更多
