Micro-plastics are harmful to organisms and the environment. In order to determine the hazards of micro-plastic pollution, zebrafish embryos were used as the tested organism, and 0.6-1.0 μm polystyrene micro-plastic was used to carry out embryo exposure experiment. The toxic effects of polystyrene plastic particles on zebrafish embryos were investigated comprehensively, and the toxicity was evaluated. The results of this study showed that 0.6-1.0 μm polystyrene micro-plastic had certain toxicity on zebrafish embryos, and it had a lethal effect when the concentration reached 250 mg/L; 25 mg/L 0.6-1.0 μm polystyrene particles can cause cyrtosis and pericardial edema of zebrafish embryos and other non-lethal toxic effects; and 250 and 1 000 mg/L exposure concentration can slow down heart rate. A hazard evaluation index system of polystyrene particles to zebrafish embryos was established, and it is determined that the exposure to 250 mg/L or lower concentration of polystyrene particles has slight hazard.展开更多
To effective prevent and control the disease of Penaeus vannamei Boone in Hainan Province, the morphology, cultural characteristics, physiological and biochemical reactions of the dominant strain isolated from the hep...To effective prevent and control the disease of Penaeus vannamei Boone in Hainan Province, the morphology, cultural characteristics, physiological and biochemical reactions of the dominant strain isolated from the hepatopanereas tissue of diseased P. vannamei were identified by conventional metheds, and 16S rDNA sequence was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for sequencing analysis. Furthermore, artificial experimental infection was conducted to de- tect the pathogenicity of the isolate. Finally, the lytic ability of phage 28TM against the isolate was detected by in-vitro lysis test. The results showed that the isolate (HYRJ2013) was identified as Vibrio sinaloensis. There were similar symptoms with the natural incidence of P. vannamei when the isolate HYRJ2013 was used to infect P. vannamei by muscular injection. The median lethal dose ( LD50 ) was measured as 6.68 x 107 cfu/ml. Phage 28TM could lyse the isolate and be used for biological control. The results indicate that V. sinaloensis is an opportunistic pathogen to P. vannamei.展开更多
Air pollution is a major issue related to national economy and people's livelihood.At present,the researches on air pollution mostly focus on the pollutant emissions in a specific industry or region as a whole,and...Air pollution is a major issue related to national economy and people's livelihood.At present,the researches on air pollution mostly focus on the pollutant emissions in a specific industry or region as a whole,and is a lack of attention to enterprise pollutant emissions from the micro level.Limited by the amount and time granularity of data from enterprises,enterprise pollutant emissions are stll understudied.Driven by big data of air pollution emissions of industrial enterprises monitored in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the data mining of enterprises pollution emissions is carried out in the paper,including the association analysis between different features based on grey association,the association mining between different data based on association rule and the outlier detection based on clustering.The results show that:(1)The industries affecting NOx and SO2 mainly are electric power,heat production and supply industry,metal smelting and processing industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei;(2)These districts nearby Hengshui and Shijiazhuang city in Hebei province form strong association rules;(3)The industrial enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are divided into six clusters,of which three categories belong to outliers with excessive emissions of total vOCs,PM and NH3 respectively.展开更多
