The Impact of Spiritual Leadership on Employee’s Work Engagement--A Study Based on the Mediating Effect of Goal Self-Concordance and Self-Efficacy 被引量:1

The average stress of people in China’s workplace is reaching the peak in recent two years.To improve employee’s positive psychological factors,Spiritual leadership has a good performance in this regard.Based on the mediating effect of goal self-concordance and self-efficacy,this paper further studies the impact of spiritual leadership on employee’s work engagement.Through the empirical study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Spiritual leadership significantly positively affects the employee’s work engagement.(2)Spiritual leadership has a significant positive effect on goal self-concordance and self-efficacy.(3)Goal self-concordance and self-efficacy have significant positive effects on employee’s work engagement.(4)Goal self-concordance and self-efficacy play a partial mediating role in the process of spiritual leadership’s impact on employees’work engagement.This study found the new mediator which partly revealed the mechanism between the effectiveness of Spiritual Leadership and employee’s work engagement.This study may serve as one of the researches for improving the effectiveness of leaders in organizations and promoting the motivation of employees in the workplace. 展开更多

双芍护睛散抗大鼠外伤性视神经损伤的视网膜神经纤维层观察

目的:观察双芍护睛散抗大鼠外伤性视神经损伤的视网膜神经纤维层变化。方法:将实验SD大鼠60只随机抽取15只为空白对照组,其余45只造模后随机分为模型对照组、生理盐水组及中药治疗组,每组15只。空白对照组及模型对照组造模后24小时后,... 目的:观察双芍护睛散抗大鼠外伤性视神经损伤的视网膜神经纤维层变化。方法:将实验SD大鼠60只随机抽取15只为空白对照组,其余45只造模后随机分为模型对照组、生理盐水组及中药治疗组,每组15只。空白对照组及模型对照组造模后24小时后,生理盐水组及中药治疗组(双芍护睛散)用药4周后取左眼观察视网膜神经节细胞及神经纤维层形态与神经纤维层厚度的变化。结果:模型对照组的视网膜中大量RGC肿胀,神经纤维层明显水肿增厚,其厚度与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(p <0.05)。生理盐水组视网膜大量RGC呈空泡样变性、脱落,神经纤维层显著变薄;而中药治疗组视网膜少量RGC轻度肿胀,神经纤维层轻度变薄,其厚度与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(p <0.05)。结论:以养血行血法组方的双芍护睛散具有一定抗视神经的损伤,促进视网膜神经节细胞及视神经纤维修复的作用而保护视神经。 展开更多

Goal self-concordance reflects self-generated personal goals aligning with people’s interests and core values in one’s implicit personality as organic components,which is measured by the“perceived locus of causality”PLOC.Pursuing and achieving self-concordant goals both predict diversified outcomes in need-satisfaction,mental and physical well-being,positive attitude and behavior,etc.Based on expounding and sorting out the concept and measurement about goal self-concordance,the author analyzes the differences among a series of goal self-concor-dance theories.This paper focuses on the latest research trends and summarizesfive influencing aspects of goal self-concordance:mental health,cognition,emotion,personal will,and behavioral outcomes.The mediating effects are discussed concerning antecedents and influence effects,the influence effects are shown in three aspects including the characteristics of individual,target,and environment.While the antecedent effects are respectively reflected in self-insight,personality,empowerment,and self-supported environment,content,and context of the goal itself.Finally,the author proposes several potential research interests from a broader perspective based on the current literature. 展开更多

But the problems of low efficiency and high energy consumption have brought new challenges to the research. This paper presents an optimal algorithm, it is targeted to address the problem of relatively low efficiency and high energy consumption in over-the-air reprogramming in WSNs. Simulation results demonstrate that the optimal algorithm can improve the efficiency of over-the-air reprogramming in WSNs, and make the energy consumption in network not only lower but more balanced. 展开更多

原子级厚度的二维层状晶体材料具有丰富的物理特性,在新型微纳米器件领域展现出重要的发展潜力,相关的器件制备和性能研究也引起了广泛的关注.二维材料微纳米器件的制备需要经过二维材料的转移及金属电极的淀积等一系列过程.然而,在传... 原子级厚度的二维层状晶体材料具有丰富的物理特性,在新型微纳米器件领域展现出重要的发展潜力,相关的器件制备和性能研究也引起了广泛的关注.二维材料微纳米器件的制备需要经过二维材料的转移及金属电极的淀积等一系列过程.然而,在传统的制备流程中所涉及多步工艺需要用到诸多不同设备,如二维材料转移对准系统、电子束曝光系统,或是光刻系统,而且往往在一些步骤中涉及有机溶液处理,有可能会对样品带来一些不利的影响.本文设计展示了一种能够实现二维材料微纳米器件制备的多功能系统,该系统不仅可以实现二维材料的高效转移,而且可以直接进行金属电极的准确淀积,并且整个加工流程不涉及溶液处理,具有操作方便、效率高、样品污染少等优点.基于该多功能系统,我们成功制备出了MoS;场效应晶体管并对器件进行了光学表征和电学性能测试,展现了这一系统在高效制备微纳器件方面的潜力. 展开更多

The therapeutic efficacy of cisplatin has been restricted by drug resistance of cancers.Intracellular glutathione(GSH)detoxification of cisplatin under the catalysis of glutathione S-transferases(GST)plays important roles in the development of cisplatin resistance.Herein,a strategy of“pincer movement”based on simultaneous GSH depletion and GST inhibition is proposed to enhance cisplatin-based chemotherapy.Specifically,a redox-responsive nanomedicine based on disulfide-bridged degradable organosilica hybrid nanoparticles is developed and loaded with cisplatin and ethacrynic acid(EA),a GST inhibitor.Responding to high level of intracellular GSH,the hybrid nanoparticles can be gradually degraded due to the break of disulfide bonds,which further promotes drug release.Meanwhile,the disulfide-mediated GSH depletion and EA-induced GST inhibition cooperatively prevent cellular detoxification of cisplatin and reverse drug resistance.Moreover,the nanomedicine is integrated into microneedles for intralesional drug delivery against cisplatin-resistant melanoma.The in vivo results show that the nanomedicine-loaded microneedles can achieve significant GSH depletion,GST inhibition,and consequent tumor growth suppression.Overall,this research provides a promising strategy for the construction of new-type nanomedicines to overcome cisplatin resistance,which extends the biomedical application of organosilica hybrid nanomaterials and enables more efficient chemotherapy against drug-resistant cancers. 展开更多

Symmetry breaking of metal cluster-based strongly correlated systems can give rise to collective phenomena.Here,the twodimensional Nb_(3) cluster compound Nb_(3)Cl_(8) is shown to suffer dramatic symmetry breaking and electron disproportionation under compression.A structural phase transition from trigonal P–3m1 to monoclinic C2/m is observed near 8 GPa with the three-fold symmetry breaking.Electron disproportionation occurs on Nb_(3) clusters from delocalized Nb^(8/3+)Nb^(8/3+)Nb^(8/3+)to localized Nb^(3+)Nb^(3+)Nb^(2+),which results in a subtle bandgap discontinuity,as evidenced by electrical transport and UV-Vis absorption measurements. 展开更多
