In this Commentary,we would like to comment on the article titled"A rapid advice guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)infected pneumonia(standard version)"as a featured article in Military Medical Research.In the guideline,except for"confirmed cases","suspected cases","close contact"and"suspicious exposure"were defined by clinical perspective based on epidemiological risk,clinical symptoms and auxiliary examination.Combined with our experience,we introduced a simple scoring proposal additionally based on not only CT imaging as strongly recommended by the guideline but also blood routine test,especially for primary screening of such patients in the out-patient department. 展开更多

Pseudo-Bonding Interaction between Boron-doped Heterofullerene and Zinc Porphine Predicted by DFT Calculation

Theoretical study on the supramolecular complexes formed between boron-doped het- erofullerene (C59B) and zinc porphine (ZnF), namely C59B-ZnP and its anion species C59B-ZnP, was performed by density functional theory calculation at wB97XD/6-31G(d) level. Strong interaction between porphyrin and heterofullerene moiety was predicted for these complexes based on geometry and electronic structure analysis. Especially, pseudobonding interaction occurring between the B atom of fullerene and the N atom of porphyrin was predicted to occur in C59B-ZnP complex, but be broken in C59B-ZnP complex. Time-dependent density functional theory calculation manifests the redshift of electron absorption for ZnP upon the interaction with heterofullerene. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the current development and challenges regarding mobile medical applications(mmAPPs),so as to provide reference for application function elevation and quality improvement.Methods:We retrieved literature databases like Web of Science,PubMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,China Biomedical Network,time limit was from January 1,2010 to December 31,2021,and restricted to the Chinese or English language.Results:This study concluded with the following six aspects:Domestic and foreign development of mmAPP,reminder function,barriers and challenges(low quality;slow update rate;lack of standard evaluation tool or criterion),privacy and safety concerns,adverse drug event report state(low report rate-related reasons,different countries’report policies),and current hindrances in the progression(economic worries;personal education level;acceptance and study of technology;rural districts,and low-income countries).Conclusions:We should focus on the application’s quality elevation rather than quantity,pay more attention to patients’adverse drug event reports,privacy and safety,and place emphasis on rural districts and low-income countries. 展开更多

通过将阳离子型聚合物聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、嵌段共聚物聚(甲基丙烯酸(聚乙二醇单甲醚)酯-b-甲基丙烯酸)和含Gd的多金属氧簇K_(7)(Gd(H_(2)O)_(3)P_(2)W_(17)_O(61))以及部分还原的K_(6)(α-P_(2)W_(18)O_(62))共混,构建了纳米尺寸... 通过将阳离子型聚合物聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、嵌段共聚物聚(甲基丙烯酸(聚乙二醇单甲醚)酯-b-甲基丙烯酸)和含Gd的多金属氧簇K_(7)(Gd(H_(2)O)_(3)P_(2)W_(17)_O(61))以及部分还原的K_(6)(α-P_(2)W_(18)O_(62))共混,构建了纳米尺寸的聚合物包埋多金属氧簇的多组分复合物PDDA-PPBM-rPOMs.实验表明,所制备的复合物在水溶液、磷酸盐缓冲液和细胞培养基溶液中都具有较好的结构稳定性,形成均一分散的直径约为67 nm的球形组装体.磁性金属氧簇的存在和较大的粒子半径使复合物在0.5 T磁场条件下的纵向弛豫效率达到51.32 L·mmol^(-1)·s^(-1),并且在载药之后没有明显降低.复合物中部分还原的多金属氧簇中的不同价态金属离子之间存在的电荷转移使复合物在载药前后均表现出良好的光热转换能力,其中,载药后的复合物在808 nm激光(1.0 W·cm^(-2))下持续照射10 min可以产生20℃的温度增量,为其用于肿瘤光热治疗提供了可能.PDDA-PPBM-rPOMs内部静电交联结构为其负载抗肿瘤药物阿霉素提供了合适的场所,使其具有超过90%的载药率,并且pH=5.0下的累积释药量是pH=7.4下的3倍,表现出明显的pH响应性药物释放能力.细胞毒性和流式细胞凋亡实验表明载药的复合物在激光照射下可以有效地抑制肿瘤细胞生长,实现光热治疗与化学治疗的协同,这也为多金属氧簇多功能复合材料用于肿瘤诊断和治疗一体化的发展提供了可用思路. 展开更多

A new tetraphenylethylene-cyclodextrin (TPE-CD) conjugate with a linkage composed of long triethylene glycol chain and triazole ring on the CD rim has been designed and synthesized. The TPE-CD conjugate exists in a stretched form in DMSO and enhances its fluorescence after addition of a small amount of water due to aggregation-induced emission (AIE) effect. However, in the presence of a large amount of water, the TPE unit will enter the cyclodextrin cavity to form a folded self-inclusion compound. In the self-inclusion compound, not only nitrogen-containing pseudo-crown ether is formed but also arouses photo-induced electron transfer (PET) process from nitrogen atoms of triazole ring to TPE unit and quenches the fluorescence although more aggregation occurs in more water. This is the first finding that TPE-macrocycle conjugate can form pseudo-crown ether and has both the AIE phenomenon and the PET effect. Interestingly, only mercury ion arouses the fluorescence recover of the self-inclusion compound by entering the pseudo-crown ether cavity and blocking the PET process by binding to the nitrogen atoms, while other tested metal ions almost have no effect on the fluorescence. Therefore, the TPE-CD conjugate can be used for the highly selective fluorescence "Turn-On" detection of Hg^(2+). 展开更多

One pair of new enantiomers of helical tetraphenylethylene(TPE)tetracycle tetradodecylurea,which show aggregation-induced emission(AIE)enhancement effect,were synthesized by attaching four dodecyl chains to a helical TPE tetracycle tetramine through urea linkage.These two TPE helicates bearing long alkyl chains could display strong circular dichroism(CD)and circularly polarized luminescence(CPL)signals not only in solution but also in solid state.Due to strong van der Waals interactions between the alkyl chains,the absolute dissymmetrical factor|glum|was up to 6.6×10^(-3),which was 2-3 fold larger than that of the helical TPE tetracycle tetramine(TPETA)without long alkyl chains in solution.Due to bearing hydrophilic urea units and hydrophobic long dodecyl chains,the helical TPE tetracycle could form chiral Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)monolayers at air/water interface and showed a strong and stable second harmonic generation(SHG)chiral signals.The degree of chiral excess(DCE)for P-isomer monolayer was up to-0.682±0.0014.This is the first example to detect chirality at the air/water interface for chiral AIE molecules.It provides a new access to the application of chiral AIE compounds in nonlinear optical activity. 展开更多

First, the magnified gr... In this study, a displacement measurement method based on digital moiré fringe is described and experimentally demonstrated. The method is formed by only one grating with a constant pitch. First, the magnified grating image is received by an imaging array and is sent to a computer. Then, the digital moiré fringes are generated by overlaying the grating image with its mirrored one. Finally, a specifically designed algorithm is used to obtain the fringes' phase difference before and after movement and calculate the displacement. This method has the effects of amplifying displacement and averaging the grating lines error, the same as the traditional moiré technique using two pieces of gratings. At the same time, the proposed system is much easier to assemble and the measurement resolution can be set more flexibly. One displacement measuring system based on this method was built up. Experiment results show that its measurement errors are less than 0.3 μm and less than 0.12 μm at the resolutions of 0.1 μm and 0.03 μm, respectively. 展开更多
